3sixteen Coffee Shop in Medway

This coffee shop use to be so nice and friendly, now new staff it has all changed staff would rather chat than serve, they don’t know how to use coffee machine and when you get your order it’s wrong, won’t be returning

Booked party of ten for a meal and celebration. Staff re-arranged table to accommodate us. Good food and very polite and attentive staff.

We have started to use this place frequently as it's close to the medical centre where we attend a regular clinic. The service is always warm and welcoming followed by a quick service of food. The menu is cafe style with a good selection of hot and cold snacks and lunches at very reasonable prices. Seating can be a limited at busy times as many of the customers are regulars who meet up for a chat. Outdoor seating is available but very limited . Wheelchair access is also possible but can be a challenge during those busy times. Toilets are spotless and easily accessible. A great place to eat if you want good food in a lively community atmosphere which is only a short walk away from the free car park . Thank you.

We used the 3sixteen to meet some colleagues and have a light meal. Staff were friendly and very helpful, recommend them to anyone. WiFi was helpful in our meeting, so thumbs-up for that too.

This cafe is run with an unashamedly Christian ethos ... hospitality, kindness and care are matched by good food at very reasonable prices. A great asset to the lock community ... a great place to meet and eat.

The 316 has under gone a change and now has hot meals as well as paninis and sandwiches. I had salmon with new potatoes and salad and it was delicious. The price was delicious to at only £6.50. Nice surroundings made this a very pleasant visit.

Fuimos allí por segunda vez y nuevamente no me decepcionó. La comida y el personal es estupendo. Simplemente señalar que habrá de aumentar el menú y estará cerrada por un par de semanas finales de mayo principios de Jane. Estamos con ganas de volver a ver el menú ampliado.

This place is a nice little friendly cafe,small and quite where you can sit and chat and be heard,food is good but only a small menu .staff are very nice and helpful,the place always looks clean

We popped in here for a light lunch. Food choice is good including specials. Cooked and presented well with a smile. Certainly consider coming back again.

Situated in Parkwood Green Precinct, Rainham, Kent, this is a friendly, bright and clean place to have a coffee in your local vicinity. Staff very caring and attentive.

Delightful café with friendly staff & good food, I meet with friends here several times a month.I would recommend their bacon roll & panini.

Enjoyed an all In meal deal, good value for money, ordered a cooked breakfast, nicely presented and enjoyable. Bacon sausage, egg, beans and two rounds of bread with a coffee

Un pequeño café con un tema bíblico. No dejes que eso te desanime, ya que el personal es amable y acogedor y los aperitivos y pasteles son agradables. Es una caridad creo asociados con el apoyo de la iglesia es tan bien recibido. Jane el director es muy hospitalario y atento. Así que pruébalo!

Always a friendly welcome. Good coffee and freshly prepared food. Reasonable prices and varied menu. Worth a visit.

Not the largest Menu, but thats good as it means they can keep plenty of fresh stock. The food is well prepared, tatstes good and you dont have to hang around too long. The Staff are friendly and the place is always clean and comfortable. You cant ask for any more.

Bumped into a friend I had not seen for a long time, so decided to grab a quick lunch as she had to get to work.Had heard good reports of Sixteen Cafe so we chose to eat there.We had a light lunch with tea. The food was freshly prepared and presented nicely.She did not want a lot so we shared a ciabatta which was presented with a small salad and they were happy to give us two plates to share the food! We had tea as well. It was very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely and helpful. They have a nice loo!

Decided to attend the coffee shop when the opened first thing (08:30) and was greeted with a cheerful smile and warm welcome. A reasonable amount of cakes to select. Looking on the menu board this establishment caters for a breath of palates. It was nice to be able to sit down and listen to music and hold a conversation. If there is a down side (and this is only me), I would have liked a little more space around me. There is seating outside which would be lovely when the sun comes out. I would visit again.

What a lovely cafe! I had lunch here today and the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was really tasty. I had to dash off and they poured my coffee in a takeaway cup so I could take it with me. I was even given a free shortbread biscuit because there was no full milk for my latte. A really lovely place full of genuinely happy people prepared to go the extra mile with a smile - see what I did there? Haha

Well , the food and drink from the, 3: sixteen coffee shop is delicious. The hot chocolate and the bacon roll are to die for. All the home made cakes are superb. You always have to wait for a seat as this place is so popular. Don't let that put you off. It's definitely worth it. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Do try it, you won't be disappointed.

This coffee shop is run by the local christian fellowship it is a bright and airy coffee shop. As i understand it, it is non profit making and is there as a service to the community. They do speciality teas and coffees. They have a good range of cakes sandwiches paninis and breakfasts. They will always try to make you what you want even if its not on the menu. It can get very busy at times. Seats approximately 30 people. All the food is cooked to order. There is a really good atmosphere and everyone without exception is made to feel welcome.
