Great service - welcoming friendly staff. One of our party was there for his 9th birthday and the restaurant had a card ready for him when we arrived! Food was good and cost very reasonable.

Went for my wife's 40th birthday, 12 of us in total food was good. Cocktail choice was OK, but not that big a range to pick from.

I found this place searching for vegan restaurants.The staff were very kind,helpful and courteous so I order my food,a soup and jack potato with lentils tarts,which was overheated(microwave)poorly done and tasteless.As they run out of soup I have been offered a dessert instead,I agree with that but I didn’t take it,considering what I had as a main,the dessert couldn’t certainly have been better. Back in the road I stopped at “Leon”which compared 3 Hammers is far beyond about quality. To all Vegans please don’t go in this place,

We booked the conservatory area for 40+ of our choir for our annual post Christmas meal. The organisation & good service was great. The welcome & attentiveness was warm & friendly. Groups have the fixed price 2 or 3 course menu which makes it much easier for our choir. A lovely touch was that the choirs name was printed on the menus. We all had lovely meals & a great time.

We went on Sunday we had a lovely roast.Roast potatoes were absolutely amazing vegetables was hot and gravy was lovely hope the next visit will be the same

Visited a couple of times and tended to have a bar snack but today, party of six for a meal after a round of crazy golf. Great value for money, food was lovely and hot, great atmosphere and children were welcome.

We visited for a friend's birthday on a Sunday afternoon/early evening. Not only was the food gorgeous but the entire atmosphere was very welcoming. Staff went out of their way to make sure that we were accommodated for and we're amazingly polite and pleasant.

We chose this restaurant to have Christmas Lunch as a family. The food was amazing as always, but could really do with having a choice of portion size as the dinner was huge and too much for my elderly parents, my mom was overwhelmed by the size of her meal. We did feel a little rushed as no time between courses, and had to choose quickly all three courses together as soon as we sat down and as some of the choices had changed from the original menu felt a bit stressed. Although it was Christmas Day there wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the dining area and the music played wasn’t very jolly. Staff were excellent but not very festive! We will certainly go back during the year as we enjoy the food and we couldn’t fault the Christmas Meal the food was excellent but just too much. Could do with a standard meal or a smaller one so we could choose.

Me and my family visited here for an engagement meal, and I can honestly say it was absolutely worth it. The staff were so pleasant, but I do have to say that Marie went above and beyond and I could tell she was a great asset to the waitressing team. We had hired out the conservatory as it was a big party and this seated up to 50 people. The interior was spectacular and the atmosphere was warming with background music playing at the perfect volume. Now let’s get to the food… absolutely delightful! I had ordered calamari for starter and steak and chips for my main. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and mouthwatering, I could not fault the chef one bit, hats off to them. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We've attended for many occasions for 20+ years including Sunday lunches and festive evenings. We have started attending for a cheeky breakfast before my lad has his golf lessons. Lovely, friendly service and fab food

Went to the onsite American Golf shop for some golf shoes for my wife, needn't have bothered very poor selection with even less options in size. Poor.

Extremely pleasant place to have a meal. Staff very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. We did have a couple of hiccups, cold rice for one main meal and custard instead of ice cream for a pudding, but these were rectified very quickly by apologetic staff. Will definitely go again and certainly recommend.

Food not bad, service was good. Not a bad location. Price wasn't too bad. Parking is a bit difficult, it's very busy in the car park. Worth a visit.

Great "homecooked" style food. Generous portions. Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Good choice and quality kid's food, which makes a refreshing change from naff chicken nuggets you usually end up with for kids. Staff are super 👌🏻

After the golf across the road with the grandkids, we popped over for a quick drink after a hot day. Cut a long story short, a credit card was left behind by my daughter accidentally, only to later realize she's lost it somewhere. Following morning, she had a phone call letting her know they had it at reception and it could be collected, just wanna say to the management please pass on our thanks and gratitude to which ever member of your staff who did the right thing, thats honesty and integrity as they could've have gone on a little tap/contactless spending spree Made my visit to the UK so much pleasurable.

Meal was nice resturant staff helpfull, check your bill at the end mine had 5 madri on it, and this could have only happened when you give your table number, or that bar staff friends drink free, other tha nwas good night.

We ate from the bar menu, outside in the small beer garden. Food was really good value, served piping hot and zero issues here. Drinks reasonably priced, friendly service and recommended as a snack stop before using Jurassic Creek! We will be back!!

We haven’t been here for over a year. We stopped going as the food wasn’t as good as before. Sad to say it’s not any better. It seems that since Astrid retired it’s gone downhill. I know times are hard and getting harder. It was very noisy, we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. The prawn cocktail was good but my Cajun chicken was over cooked with burnt spices and a small portion. The bbq chicken melt was overcooked and not very warm. I don’t like these twice cooked chips. Pleasant staff, friendly and welcoming.

We were shown to our table by an older friendly lady but the orders were taken by a younger member of staff who you could tell wasn’t interested. The meals took a while to be delivered to the table but that was ok as we were friends having a catch up. I’ve never had chips so hot which makes a nice change, my sauce didn’t arrive and my friends ‘well done’ steak was bright pink in the middle, no one was visible or came to ask if everything was ok. When the plates were removed we told the waitress about the sauce and steak but she didn’t say anything. We ordered desserts which were fine and then we usually order a hot drink after our meal but again no one was around to ask so we didn’t bother. When paying we were asked if everything was ok and had a refund for the steak after telling them that things weren’t ok. She did say a new chef was on their own for the first time that night but it was no excuse for the mistakes. Doubt we will visit again as the previous time we visited the service wasn’t great.

A warm welcome, polite staff who were engaging and friendly. Then some fantastic food, the round the world grill and the stroganoff were to die for. Can't believe we've not been here before but we'll definitely be back.

Crazy golf was great fun for the children. Had a meal in the bistro service and food was excellent highly recommended. The only criticism I have would be perhaps the children could go round twice on the Crazy golf and it would be worth it.

Food was terrible fillet steaks over cooked and dry .salad well where was the salad just wilted lettuce chips were cold starters were over cooked and dry for the price of the meal it was terrible.. service not good..excuse was new chef

We had a meal at the 3 Hammers today following a funeral. We all chose the light lunch menu. There were so many choices, the portions, for a light lunch menu were really generous and the food was good quality. We all managed 3 courses, it was too good not too. Service was also fab and the ambience in the conservatory was lovely. Highly recommend

Had a family meal on Sunday. Lovely food would recommend the roast dinner. Good portions plenty of choice including for the 3 kids. Service was a little slow but it was busy, so no dramas. Yes I will be going back.

I don’t unfortunately visit here half as much as I used to. Although the menu selection has improved over recent years it generally is hit & miss whether you feel you’ve enjoyed the evening and received value for money. I remember when Terry ran this restaurant upto about 2016 /17. He would always be attentive especially to regular visitors and very seldom would you see negative reviews. Unfortunately the guy who runs it now ( no idea of his name since never see him ( when I’ve visited ) interact with any customers. You wouldn’t particularly mind this provided the standards of the staff were exceptional but with the exception of a couple long-standing staff members this sadly is not the case. The price of the menu seems to increase every other week and again this wouldn’t necessarily be a huge issue given current cost of living provided the standards and quality also increased. However when you have an owner who looks down on customers as if they’re “lower forms of life” and is not one bit bothered about what people say on Trip Advisor given you see no responses then I guess you take pot luck on whether you have a good or bad experience. A shame Terry left….

Great afternoon out, we had booked the adventure golf followed by a meal in the restaurant, the food and service was outstanding. My husband went for the Sunday lunch which was lovely he also add a portion of cauliflower cheese on the side I can honestly say the best I have ever tasted, I had the Cajun chicken it was delicious the children had chicken nuggets and a steak, the steak was so tender and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back and would recommend.

Waited over an hour and twenty minutes from order being taken to food arriving..drinks never arrived had to ask again ..food was average at best had the mixed grill at 20.99 poor value in my opion.steak over cooked pepper sauce was powdery and not the best tasting.lamb kofta again tasted funny..over all 125 pound bill not great value

1st time here and got to say the light luchtime menu was value for money portions were great staff are lovely and will be back really enjoyed it

Lovely place but the food isn't as good as it used to be

Overall, it was a pleasant evening, but food was mediocre. Service was good, though.

Three of us had two or three courses with ample portions, some of the chicken and ribs went home, the jug of custard was more than I expected, suits me!

Delicious burgers, incredible service and very friendly. Highly recommended if you want to try something different in the capital.

Been in tonight probably for last time. Certain staff really need customer service training. Asked what came with basa fish was told herby potatoes and veg. Came with the potatoes and......peas!!!!!! which I do not eat, where are vegetables. Big party of us, can we pay bill separate, no, but we could two two weeks ago. The wife felt so upset with the service that she did not feel she could not even ask for her loyalty points on her card, which would have been a substantial amount. Also, having spoke to members of the family who were with us last night, at approx ten past ten when going to bar for a drink, were told the bar is shut because they have cashed up. I used to be a regular, unfortunately the quality of staff/ management seems to have diminished, so I will have to think long and hard about a future visit, and recommending it.

24/12/2022 had a lovely family meal with family all meals were lovely returned following day for a quick drink not so welcoming manageress was rude won't be back

Came last night for the Abba tribute the food was the worse we had ever had Christmas dinner was terrible watery gravy tough turkey veg not nice sorry thought it would have been better than this won't be coming again we did tell the waitress but there was no feed back

I have been here tonight for the Festive menu and it was amazing well worth the money . Big portions beat me I could not eat all my pudding. All the staff are very friendly & nothing is too much trouble well done would recommend that you go here you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere is great! I've only gone to the range but it's the value is great and the electronic addition with the computers was a wonderful touch to keep you engaged. I am not a very good golfer. The food was nice but nothing spectacular, what you would expect really.

Food was nice but we were 16 people and the service although very friendly was a little slow, some people had finished their course before others had theirs delivered. Staff very friendly and polite

The food was delicious and the service great. Unfortunately the fajitas (3 tortillas, lots of chicken, peppers and onions and a side plate with lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole) were so filling, I didn't have room for dessert. The desserts sounded tasty and the ones going to other tables looked good.

5 stars, such a shame it’s been reduced to 15 holes but I understand why.
