1st Class Pizza in Nottingham

Given them one star because zero stars wasn't an option .first and only time we'll go here 2hrs 25min for delivery would of been quicker sent second class postage food was cold order was wrong offed us free food on next order well there quids in because won't be going again very unprofessional yelling at the staff while on the phone case of the clowns running the circus worst take away experience we've had we generally don't leave reviews but this place was so bad it was warranted

I ordered a pizza on Saturday night, toward the back end of the night, I didn't get what I ordered at all. What I got was a half arsed attempt at making a pizza and had no stuffed crust even when ordered and without peperoni! Pathetic excuse for a pizza should be ashamed!!!

I was using another pizza place up until recently. Got let down by rubbish service. This place is as the name suggests 1st class. Only issue I had was delivery time but the man apologised. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a kebab on just eat and it was not good. Clearly old kebab and the sauce was sweet chilli not hot chilli and anyone who knows about kebabs will know you wouldn’t ever had sweet chilli on a kebab. Just plain wrong. The kebab was dry and when I called the shop I was told their kebab is famous “Turkish” kebab. I said I don’t think so. He offered to send another out but I declined as it would have been more of the same. Save your money, the good reviews are either people with no standards or fake and chicken burger was not good at all…coating was all it was. Sweaty coating.

Very impressed cheese burgers are like burger King and listen to the notes requested. Brilliant I recommend

Order for delivery it's ment to be within an hour took 2. 20mins for 1 10inch pizza , chicken strips , onion rings , 4 cheese cakes definitely won't be ordering from there again , to top it off the person who answered the phone was soo God damn rude shouldn't be in job if cant speak with respect , all I asked was what's taking soo long , much longer will we have to wait 🤣🤣.

This place has been going down hill for years, gave it another chance tonight ...nope let me down..food 2 hours late then wrong...call the shop and they want to argue with you ..absolute mess of a takeaway..DO NOT GO HERE ...

Wow! This place never let's me down, food is always fresh and hot and tastes amazing. Staff are always friendly and it's an overall great customer experience. Definitely a 10/10 for me :)

Best place to order, without a doubt!!! These guys go out there way to make sure you get what u like. All u gotta do is ring them and say what u want after placing your order on. Just eat like me, and guess what.... order perfect...lol its so simple. Don't be one of those people who order then expect the best without talking to these guys because u will lose out. Place your order and ring them. They will accommodate you and your order to your specific requirements. 5 star from me and a very big thumbs up. Thankyou for being you 1st class all the way....

Ordered over phone they completely got my order wrong I asked for green peppers on a pizza they put yellow peppers on and I asked for a chicken burger they brought me a cheese burger never order from these places again

Order from these guys quite a lot mostly food is good however ordered a pepperoni pizza got cheese pizza and was like cardboard very disappointed chips were cold must say worst £33 I’ve spent come on guys step up

We ordered through just eat as usual and got the usual notifications. I ended up calling the shop as it was taking a while. They assured us it was on its way and it did arrive shortly after this. The onion rings and chips were cold, the two burgers and pizza were only luke warm. I'm surprised at this as the food and service are normally spot on.

We usually buy Shish Kebabs or Burgers, Chicken and Cheese Burgers, both of which are absolutely great, fresh and extremely tasty and would highly recommend. We ordered pizzas tonight for the first time from here and they were absolutely gorgeous, the best pizzas we have had in a very long time and I would highly ❤️ these too. 10 out of 10

£12 min delivery….. We have at least 1-2 orders a month from here. The one night the Mrs wants a curry and they want minimum order for myself…. Always give £20 for a £15 order….. But not no more, that’s the last time we attempt to order from them.

Ordered from this place last night kebab meat plus chips no salad or sauce on naan got the kebab meat and naan no chips this is not the first time this has happened

They cancelled my order without letting me know, so I waited for over an hour. I called and the staff were so rude when I asked basic questions and refused to apologise. They need to learn not to accept orders they can’t do (I only ordered two things).

Do not buy from first class pizza in Mansfield. I have never taken to social media to comment on a business. Spoke to the manager about very poor food. This is a small part of the message. Spot the difference in the pizza's. One has meat due to some of it being at the side of it.

Wouldn’t even give one star but that’s the only way I could right a review, the attitude from the staff was disgusting after contacting them to find out the order we was suppose to receive 35 minutes ago had still not left and was told would be at least another 30 minutes, no apology off the manager who answered the call just a load of shouting down the phone and in the background when rudely passed over to another member of staff. Don’t waste your time ordering from here l.

Food is very nice and tasty Reasonable prices Only criticism is had to wait 2 hours 4 minutes for food to arrive and that was absolutely disgusting, and disappointing.

It’s going down hill over two hours to deliver and when you ring to enquire where your food is you get told yep just left the shop on the way 20 minutes later no food phone back we’re just finishing the order off be with you in 30 minutes. Don’t think I will be using them again for a while

1st class has been there for many years, they are an continue to be very much off the local community. French fries are to die for, kebabs even better and we'll the pizzas 💯

I can't fault the food, it was all freshly made and tasty. The portion size of the large chips were questionable, however. We ordered via Uber Eats to collect, they hadn't started cooking the food upon my arrival, and I was waiting for half an hour. They were apologetic and gave my chips for free, but this is disappointing service overall when we'd spent £35.

I always get a good service food's always hot when it arrives the driver Ali is always polite always ask how I am never moans even when my big dog is trying to get him through the window unlike some drivers from other places

1st class mistake. I tried this place years back and found it disgusting, thought id give it ago again since it's been a while it's still cheap tasteless s***, chips weren't bad though!

Best mixed kebab and chips I've had in a long long time. Portions are huge too. 100% recommend to anyone.

Ordered several times from here and every time the pizza has been fantastic, the chips have been amazing zero complaints, zero issues, zero reasons to complain, fabulous service, fantastic food cannot recommend them enough.

Good was ok. Cold drink put in a warm bag which cooled the food down and the can was warm.. driver was rude. Rang me and asked me to stand on the street, I explained he just needed to driver up further. When he got to the door, he said 'was that difficult?'.. and continued to be rude. It's a never again from me

Do not order from here and expect any kind of sympathy when they are over 1hr 30mins late with your food and still expect you to pay full price order from else where I could of had two delivery’s by now and still waiting

It was bank holiday so late arrival was expected. But the food was really dry and the dipper wrap was rock hard

Food absolutely disgusting revived wrong items Nan bread was like a brick it was that hard chips tasted like theyd been fried 4 times. Jacket potato looked like it come out the bin. How people can get away with serving food like that and think it’s acceptable is unbelievable

Delivery was a little on the late side but the chicken kebab and chips were one of the best I've tried and hot when it came, it was delicious and will definitely be ordering again some time :)

Not happy with my order i ordered a dipper wrap meal and a SFC meal and we ended up with kids sausage and chips and 6 chicken dippers and chips which I did not order, I phoned them and they said that they would get our meals straight out to us it actually took over 40 minutes for them to bring it With no real apologyat all and we ordered a double burger for my son and he couldn’t eat it as it was really greasy. We won’t be going her again

Pizzas were dry and chewy. They tasted like they had been reheated.I ordered a kebab meat pizza which had no kebab meat in it, all I could taste was mushrooms and onions. The chicken supreme had very little chicken in it. Very disappointing as last week the pizzas were superb. 0 out of 10. Can’t see me ordering again . It was a waste of £20 as most of it went in the bin

Always great service and lovely staff. The food if fresh and tasty; they bend over backwards to make your food as you’d like.

First time I've tried them, to be fair they did send a text that they were busy straight after ordering. However after 35 mins was told by the app that the driver had it I only live 1km away from the place but it took the driver another 40 mins. Needless to say the food was cold, it did look nice though and would probably have been nice hot but won't be ordering again.

Paid for a show box. There was barely any kebab or chicken meat at all and a handful of chips. The naan was rock solid and inedible and all food was cold. Rang the restaurant who did not care, response was well what do you expect for £11 and if you don't like it don't ring again. SOME HOT FOOD and MORE THAN A MOUTHFUL is what I expect and the whole order was £16. Terrible.

Ordered large chicken kebab... this was far from large.. not the usual meat.. infact it could have been sheesh which was very dry and not what was ordered. Chips were nice.. but kebab was disappointing. Delivery was as stated.. but still an hour.

Ordered spag bol and got lasagne with a piece of plastic in it. Pizza and chicken were dry. Not nice at all.

Kebab was like shoe leather chips rock hard .like the idea the salad is separate so I could reheat it but that still didn't make it any better .tastes like yesterday kebab meat already cook and reheated .first time using won't be back I will stick to my usual place

An average takeaway. The burger has a dollop of sauce right in the centre of the burger not evenly spread like is should be. Ordered a kebab with salad as well and comes without salad. How can you run a takeaway a d forget something as simple as salad. The cooking is the skilled part lol

I’ve put a picture up to what me and family order we spent £48 which is a lot of money to feed the family it was very disappointing we ordered 3 pizzas we couldn’t eat them there wasn’t hardly any toppings there was more cheese than there was a base and sauce the toppings was so small you couldn’t taste them we had two slices out of each and fed the rest to the dogs chips were cold and soggy so the dog had them too the special kababs were absolutely discussing the koffa meat tasteless dry and was like rubber chicken meat was greasy no favor and into tiny little bits discussing donner meat same again hardly any meat on both kababs tasted like it been soaked in grease for hours and it was cold kids had nuggets and wing there supposed to hot and spicy they didn’t taste of anything we wanted chilli cheese bite and gave the other ones on the menu we had bin or give 80% food to the dogs we literally couldn’t eat it we didn’t complain just due to fact we wouldn’t of got our money back so it would of been a waste of time never ever again will I order from these again and if you find in hearts to read this and give us a refund that would be great full thanks

We oftern use 1st class pizza. They are always on time or early. The food is always spot on, wether it's pizza burgers or kebabs. Would highly recommend them.
