Tonight: Bexhill Festivities centred outside the Post Office; lots of bodies milling around until 19:00hrs, tried to get a coffee etc at 16:50, SORRY - CLOSING. Some firms just don't deserve to be in business.

1066, your coffee is so weak and lacking flavour. A flat white is supposed to be on the stronger side however yours is so weak and disappointing. I occasionally come in hoping that your coffee has improved but l kick myself for giving you one more try. again. Grrr!

Devonshire Square café Radio was so loud that I had to raise my voice to be heard. Staff stated they had complained to management several times about it on behalf of customers, but ignored. Menu board flashing constantly making reading it almost impossible. Oat milk has an extortionate supplementary charge while ecologically disastrous soya is free, thereby actively promoting the destruction of the Amazon! Staff clearly not particularly happy. Highly recommend to avoid! Especially as there are loads of terrific alternatives where oat milk is not charged for.

Thought this would be a good place for lunch, dissapointing though. So called "Toasties" with really thick dry bread and very little filling. Won't go there again. Coffee was passable. Staff friendly.

I have a caramel latte and an iced Danish The atmoshere is positive and the decor attractive I'm talking about Bigger 1066,there's 2 in Bexhill The staff are very good,friendly just right.

Stopped on a busy Saturday lunchtime for coffee and hot chocolate. The drinks were good and though we didn’t eat anything, the food and cakes looked good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will return!

One of a few 1066s it has 2 in Devonshire Road(why?) Nicely decorated the hot chocolate is just the correct temperature as is the cappuccino Staff are well trained Food offer looks very average,have not tried any and do not intend to,thank you very much

Winchelsea Road
We have always ate at our local befeeter but now we have tried this one I will never eat at our local again. The chef is amazing food came out hot looked amazing and tasted the best I have tasted in a long time. This chef must love his job and I hope he is proud of what he achieved. We ordered a 3 course and couldn't manage it. We have to order a 3 course at our local as portions are so small. I still can't get over how amazing my meal was. And the place its self we have never been didn't even know it was there. It was just by chance that rainbow restaurant had no heating so we googled and found this place. We was worried would end up at the one near premiere inn, but this place is so lovely. Cosy, welcoming, we have said we will travel an hour just to go and have lunch again or even book a hotel to spend the evening here as such a nice place. Everything I wanted relaxed. Warm and such friendly staff. Waitress couldn't do enough for us. Wish I had room for desert.

Military RoadWere visiting Rye after spending a couple of days in Hastings. Found Globe Inn Marsh when searching for gluten free menus. Really varied menu and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was really knowledgeable about gluten free options and was very friendly. The decor was really quirky and it was really relaxing inside. It is clearly a very popular restaurant, such a shame we live so far away!

A21 just South of RobertsbridgeStumbled upon this cafe on the way to Rye. Staff very friendly and the food was good. Plenty of regulars. Lots of parking too. They also sell cards.

Hastings RoadReally lovely location on the beach. Abit difficult to find. You go threw a tunnel to get to the stoney beach. Lovely young lady was very pleasant. Lovely views. Food was nice and coffee. Good service.
