The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Doncaster Yorkshire and The Humber

This is a great takeaway place but I have recently been unable to place orders via their website which has resulted in me ordering elsewhere. 🤫

I rang and explained what I wpuld like to order and the guy on the phone was very helpful. I explained that last time I had ordered cookie dough it was burnt and it had put me off ordering it again. He explained why this may have been the case and said he would be watching 👀 it and so I ordered two. I also said I was disappointed about my favourite base not being available but understood the explanation. I am so grateful for ordering as the guy had really listened to me and went the extra mile. The food was exceptionally quick, the cookie dough was not burnt and my pizza even had an extra touch of my favourite base which is currently unavailable! First time using this takeaway food arrived not very warm left feeling disappointed unfortunately wouldn’t use again

Shocking service & food Waited 1.5hrs for delivery which was then cold! Won’t be ordering again from here and wouldn’t recommend

Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

Terrible,I would not recommend this Buisness. I ordered a 10inch pizza that came as only just over 8” and the pot of garlic sauce that came was only a quarter full .i phones immediately after to tell them , they did send out another mayo however when I asked to speak to the manager about the size of the pizza they put the phone down on me then ignored the phone to me . Very rude and crap customer service

Food was ordered at 9:15 didn’t arrive until 23:25, called a few times to ask where it was, phone operator just said the driver couldn’t find us but he would be 10 minutes, 30 minutes passed still no food. Called again manager answered said sorry he said no one answered the door but we have ring doorbell and no one came to deliver any food, he said sorry I will send him back can I have your postcode. Food eventually arrived stone cold and of poor quality, ordered loaded fries all they was were chips cheese and mushrooms, pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and covered in grease. Order from here regularly but will not be again after today’s performance.

He usado esta comida para llevar y recientemente ha bajado cuesta abajo. Pedí un kabab de pollo grande con ensalada y un mayo de ajo y luego papas fritas y mayo de ajo extra. Llegó faltando ensalada y 1 ajo mayo. El repartidor era genial, pero su jefe dijo que la ensalada y el ajo mayo eran gratis. Así que ella no recibe un reembolso. El hecho de que se vendiera como comida faltaba la mitad de la comida y no había dinero de vuelta. Creo que los estándares comerciales necesitan saber sobre esto y no los usaré. De nuevo. Un completo desprecio por el servicio al cliente
