The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South Derbyshire East Midlands

My Son’s 30th Birthday meal,6 of us,been before,always had fab food & we did again on this visit,I asked prior to visit,can I bring a birthday cake? Reply:Yes you can,but nut free, Can I bring sparkler & normal candles,as your web page only says no fountain candles.Reply:No,no candles allowed. We arrived,I handed over the Birthday cake,that did have “ may contain nuts”,no problem,not questioned at all,it was a chocolate/caramel cake from Tescos,gave them sparkler candles & normal candles,they brought it out when asked & sang Happy Birthday at the table,with all candles lit on the cake,a very special night,food was so yummy & the waitress was “on it”,can’t fault the night at all. Customer service reply to my comment about the night,was “managers discretion” on the night,fair enough,but,the reply I got could of stopped me from taking a cake & any candles at all! I could of cancelled the booking,if I’d actually not already been before & knew what a fab place it was with fab food!

Nice homely friendly pub serves great pizzas

We were staying in Conkers camping and caravaning site and ordered pizza and chips to be delivered. Food was hot and very tasty and delivered quickly. The chips were some of the best I have ever had, highly recommended.

My first time ordering - ordered by their App and was easy to use. Tasty hot pizza and liked by all family. Delivery time clock was spot on with prompt delivery. Will order again!!

Just had a delivery of cold food, The Nachos supreme was swimming in spicy sauce which was so overpowering. Normally one of my fav dishes. They also got the order wrong. Feels like they have gone down hill

Ordered the Classic Meal Deal on Uber Eats. Speed of service was very impressive, however it was clear that their speediness was due to lack of quality assurance for the order. Despite having ordered a large margherita pizza, cheesy bread and two diet cokes, I received a large pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and two regular cokes (not even remotely correct really). I wouldn’t have minded apart from the fact both me and my sister are vegetarian so couldn’t even eat the pizza (what a waste of food). On top of that, Uber only refunded me half the price I paid, meaning I essentially spent a tenner on a tiny cheesy bread (make it make sense I beg)?! Then I tried to call the restaurant itself, and I am not being remotely hyperbolic when I say I called 10 times and received NO answer. Couldn’t even have a replacement pizza or drink sent over, so ended up eating a frozen pizza for dinner. Overall, really disappointing experience. There hasn’t been a lower moment for a Caesar since the Ides of March.

good food and even better service, staff were super friendly and nice. The pizza was great and staff delt with a stock issue on drinks super quick and easily switched it with a good alternative.
