Little Caesars Pizza in South Derbyshire

Ordered the Classic Meal Deal on Uber Eats. Speed of service was very impressive, however it was clear that their speediness was due to lack of quality assurance for the order. Despite having ordered a large margherita pizza, cheesy bread and two diet cokes, I received a large pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and two regular cokes (not even remotely correct really). I wouldn’t have minded apart from the fact both me and my sister are vegetarian so couldn’t even eat the pizza (what a waste of food). On top of that, Uber only refunded me half the price I paid, meaning I essentially spent a tenner on a tiny cheesy bread (make it make sense I beg)?! Then I tried to call the restaurant itself, and I am not being remotely hyperbolic when I say I called 10 times and received NO answer. Couldn’t even have a replacement pizza or drink sent over, so ended up eating a frozen pizza for dinner. Overall, really disappointing experience. There hasn’t been a lower moment for a Caesar since the Ides of March.

I've experienced wonderful pizzas from Little Caesars in the states and so I was incredibly excited when I saw that it was now in the UK. As I was in the Derby area, I seized the opportunity. Though it is inexpensive it is also extremely bland. I had the standard/basic pepperoni pizza and the sauce tasted watered down, the pepperoni had next to no taste and the base was worse than any kebab shop pizza I've ever had. I certainly won't be eating at Little Caesars in the UK again. Pizza is my dopamine food and this did not hit the spot at all. Ended up going to Costco the next day and buying a huge Kirkland pepperoni pizza that fed 4 of us for approximately £7.

Save your £5 , a cheap value supermarket shop brought one tastes better, the base was cannot describe, horrendous, spo gy and not like a pizza base at all very very disappointing

Cheap isn't always cheerful!! This was awful, ate at 1.30 tasted like it had been cooked at 1.30 yesterday. True pizza was lovely and fresh this is a cheap alternative, why in Derby do we accept awful food just because it's cheap

Without doubt the worst pizza we have ever had the misfortune to buy. The base was soft and doughy. The tomato sauce of which there was too much tasted artificial and unpleasant and overwhelmed the other flavours. This was a “Mushroom Deluxe” described as having extra mushrooms. It had approximately 1 slice of mushroom per pizza slice. The previous pizza shop in this location was way superior. Little Caesars should have stayed in Detroit.

Excellent pizza, tomato sauce really tasty, great base. Quick, cheap and friendly staff. Would Highly recommend trying.

Been here a couple of times now since it was True pizza went. This is good pizza. The dough is light and not stodgy. The taste is good. The crazy puffs are nice little addition. I think with the thickness of the dough here you will get a more consistent pizza. True pizza was delicate thin dough that is difficult to get right and not turn into a sloppy mess. The Hot n Ready business model is really good . The fact I can just go in and get a pizza without waiting or ordering is a big win for me. It saves me time and saves me money. Overall this is a good tasting consistent Pizza. £5 hot n ready you can not go wrong. I will keep returning. Four circles if they did a chicken option or the three meat on hot n ready.
