The ignoramus I had to deal with actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was merely trying to get the money back that they stole from me after they cancelled my order because they don't deliver to where I was staying! WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE?? I have used this company for may many years but after that piece of turd speaking to me like that - NEVER AGAIN! I better get my money back by Monday as the imbecile said I would!!

Called at this place as it looked interesting from the outside...... should have known it's a complete hole when I stepped foot through the door. We ordered a combination of chicken pieces, chicken strips and wings along with fries and a bottle of pop. When I say the strips, wings and chicken are the worst I've ever had, I don't feel I'm under selling it enough!! I can only assume by the taste and texture that they microwave warmed our food, it was not good in the slightest!! The only items that were edible were the bottle of pop and the fries. I will never go here again, even if I become desperate or I'm offered a cash incentive!! Take my advice, avoid at all costs!

¡EVITAR! ! ! ! ! Sin higiene alimentaria básica, sin lavarse las manos después de tratar con carne cruda, el propietario / gerente es un idiota grosero que no se preocupa por el servicio al cliente y necesita volver a la escuela y aprender sobre seguridad alimentaria

You can't beat a deep fried doughnut the old fashioned way. This is how doughnuts are made at the big successful doughnut giant stores... Krispy Kreme & Dunkin' Donuts before they're smothered in icing etc. £4.80 for 5 x doughnuts? Yeah, great... at least let people know that they are miniature doughnuts... I'm all about supporting small businesses and having checked the reviews of Swanage and its various restaurants and outlets I found Dino's. A fried chicken/pizza shop with a little doughnut stand by the front door and as a doughnut fanatic I just had to head over for a visit. It is placed in a prime location just off the high street and simultaneously off the seafront. So why are there almost no reviews and some bad ones? Why was the place empty? The summer season has just been and gone too. The fish and chip shop opposite was busy even though a fairly large percentage of their reviews state that the large fish are tiny fish with huge amounts of batter over them. Firstly... it looks like a kebab shop from 1988. Ok, that doesn't really bother me either but it WILL turn off the wealthy mums in their 4X4 AMG's/Q7's so thats them gone. Secondly... food speaks for itself... I didn't try the fried chicken but I did see it sitting there behind the glass looking a little sorry for itself. Not something I'd bring home to the wife... if I had one. Thirdly... and this is by far the most important and obvious point... nowhere does it say 'MINI doughnuts' or 'LITTLE donuts'. See my photo. Now for some figures... the doughnuts were little dainty dwarf doughnuts and at 5 for £4.80 I felt utterly ripped off. The 5 x mini doughnuts wouldn't equate to 2 x standard supermarket sized doughnuts. 5 x full sized doughnuts at Sainsbury? £1.20. Granted... they're not freshly fried in front of your eyes but thats is still a 1/4 of the price for more than double of the same product. Nothing wrong with the taste but the machine they were cooked in didn't look particularly clean, who knows how long the oil had been in it and along with being sneakily ripped off, being served doughnuts that were clearly for elves, I also had a stomach ache later on in the evening for hours, with Dino's being the only culprit. I have the strongest digestive system in the Western hemisphere too, a normal person would have been internally broken which would have consequently damaged the smooth running of the local sewer system. Unbelievable how some people operate...

It was so bad. There was no tomato sauce on the base, barely a tablespoons worth spread over a LARGE pizza. The cheese was so so so bad. It was so rubbery, did not taste like real cheese. It did not melt or go stringy like mozzarella is supposed to do - even cheddar. It was just terrible pizza. You can't really go wrong with pizza. I don't know how they managed to make such a horrible pizza. I didn't even want to give one star. My husband also collected the pizza and it was pouring down with rain so he asked for a bag for the pizzas and the guy behind the counter said no. How bizarre and unhelpful and rude.

First things first when I answered the what were you here for question on Tripadvisor I put other, despite that I ordered Dinner from this place the reason why I selected other is because I never went in the shop physically. Now onto the theme, the formula for the area of the triangle is 1/2 the base multiplied by the height, however the formula for making amazing pizza here is that the Pizza is all about that Base,No trouble! Second things second,my review about the food. The food was delicious as usual from Pizza Hut,they always deliver consistently excellent quality Pizza! I ordered the Medium Meat Supreme Pizza on a Gluten Free square base. It was lovely and hot and absolutely delicious. I also ordered normal Cheese and Mushrooms with the Pizza which were delicious! The Chicken Wings were delicious and the BBQ dip was what you call flavour! I would highly recommend you order the Meal Deals because they are a lot better value for money,in the meal deal it includes a Pizza, your preference on Cheese(whether you would prefer it Normal or Plant Based),any extras(you do have to pay an uplift)sides and additional sauces to the sides and a drink. Everything was presented well and we received the food hot. Also it’s great to see that the hygiene rating has improved and that no points(a good thing for restaurants or anywhere handling food)has been achieved in Food,Hygine and Safety! I would highly recommend ordering a takeaway here,we received everything in an appropriate amount of time. Btw,just incase you live(or are)in Hillingdon,Uxbridge or Iver or near that area that unfortunately the Uxbridge Pizza Hut delivery branch does not do deliveroo so apart from the restaurant in Lombardy retail park(Hayes) this is your nearest branch and this is your nearest delivery only Pizza Hut Branch is this branch. I like how they mark Gluten Free options on the menu and that when you click on the options for Pizza Crusts,GFA options for Pizza have a Gluten Free Base option Available. I like it how it is a completely separate base so you can tell the gluten free Pizza to the gluten containing Pizza.

This restaurant gives off the chain restaurant vibe - it lacks atmosphere, service is hit and miss and the food is so-so. It is close to the station though, so convenient, i guess.

Ordered the mighty meaty/ hotdog crust, the pizza was the size of my fist, really disappointed, literally a 4 inch pizza with bites around the edge.

From good pizza go worst pizza in no time. Never the same flavour. Too much salty and over cooked. Awful.

Placed an order for collection where I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the initial 45 minutes before collection only to receive the worst take out food I have ever had the misfortune to 'eat' .The chicken burger was missing the extras I ordered ( and was charged for) and the actual chicken was inedible, dry and tough. not to even mention the southern fried chicken that is most defiantly not 'my favourite chicken', it so looked terrible I didn't even have the courage to even try it. In short, you might as well go get a 99pburger from Mcdocnalds. they at least, are edible and not straight for the garbage.
