Pizza King in Mendip

Ordered the mighty meaty/ hotdog crust, the pizza was the size of my fist, really disappointed, literally a 4 inch pizza with bites around the edge.

Would not even rate these people if I had could help it! Ordered food too be delivered too be then told it was handed too the wrong person. Did not ask for any order confirmation. Lying and backchatting me on the phone as he called himself the (manager) do not trust these people they are liers and will take your money. Also will abuse you down the phone and make out like you are lying also swearing and shouting in there own language is absolutely poor behaviour. Too be threatened is another thing. Also said if they had to replace it they will spit in the food and do other things too it. All been reported and handed over to Just eat. Please do not trust these people and read reviews first.

Food was said to be delivered in 30 minutes. Almost an hour later when I rang they insisted it was sent out ‘10 minutes ago’ another 20 minutes later I ring asking and get told very rudely my fold is coming and they hang up. Eventually arrives and half the order is missing! Tried ringing and goes straight to voicemail for over 30 minutes. Take what little of the order I have to the restaurant - no apology and just accusations and rudeness. Didn’t even get a full refund! Such a shame as the food is usually quite good…

My sister and I walked past Pizza King. I was tempted with the offer of a German Kebab and Chips. Our order was taken very quickly , the staff were friendly and the portion sizes were generous. Good value for money. Make sure you treat yourself to a delicious dessert or two.
