Wings were too spicy, spent too much time on the toilet on the way. Had to avoid through college as the fumes were too spicy

I go in and order normally so get to watch as the pizza is being made. from cut and hand stretching of the dough to fresh toppings being used. The ice cream is very good too.

This is a review for a delivery order. I ordered pasta yesterday and I got a call from the restaurant that the topping I ordered (chorizo) was not available. My other options- italian sausage, spicy beef, etc were also not available so I settled for ham. The pasta arrived quickly enough but it was all covered in cheese. I ate it anyway after removing half the cheese and it was good enough. Today I placed an order for 2 portions of pasta- 1 was meant to be shells and the other spirals. I was careful enough to choose toppings I knew were available and I specifically requested for half the cheese that was used the day before. I also requested for a portion of hot chilli dip. Food arrived within the specified time but both portions were spirals, covered in thick cheese. My hot chilli dip also was not delivered. I didn't notice the missing dip until the delivery guy had left because I thought the hot chilli would mask the cheese but it was not there. I had given the delivery guy £21 and received £10 change for a £10.18 order. So I called Olive Green to complain, hoping they would send an exchange for the wrong order and include my hot chilli dip. The first man seemed to have no idea about my order so he shouted in a language I don't understand to someone else, presumably to explain my complaint (I could hear the conversation but did not understand the language). The lady came to the phone and said 'Hello? yeah?' I tried explaining but she seemed confused (it was an online order so the evidence should be clear to them). I became upset at that point and while I was explaining all over again, I raised my voice (wrong of me) as it seemed like I had to repeat myself so many times on something that was so straight forward. Then she spoke in that other language to someone else and all she said was 'send the food back, we will refund your money'. No apology, no explanation, no offer to send the correct order. I simply said 'fine' and ended the call. The same delivery guy came back (this was all within 10 minutes) and suddenly he could not produce the £11 I had paid him earlier. He also didn't seem to understand me even though I was speaking English (at least I believe I speak correct English). He ended up searching his entire car and giving me only £10.80 with a promise to bring the 20p later in the evening- I'll be a fool to wait for that. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I will never order from them again. I should have paid that little extra for better quality pasta from Al Verde which is a stone throw from Olive Green.
