PizzaExpress in Kingston upon Thames

This restaurant gives off the chain restaurant vibe - it lacks atmosphere, service is hit and miss and the food is so-so. It is close to the station though, so convenient, i guess.

Bad service - my food was sitting there and I had to find a waitress, who was busy on her phone messaging or whatever, and ask her to get my food. She did not even look apologetic or say anything. Same waitress I had to find to pay my bill. Again she did not say a word when processing my credit card. She clearly does not want to work there or has some other issues! There was one other waiter who originally took our order and then disappeared completely and left the woman by herself but not busy with only three table occupied.

Good customer service , from the moment we enter the location till the moment we left , food was great for price quality. Our waiter Katye did great , she was always smiling and payng attention to details. I will defenetly come back. All personal where frendly and always ready to make extra mile when needed. Good job PizzaExpress i am really impressed.

It's a nice place. Staff are helpful and the food is good value for money. The dough balls are great!

Esta fue una visita muy decepcionante. Tuve por varias veces y parecía en las ventanas y parecía interesante y bueno. Así que finalmente nos fuimos. El servicio era terrible. Nuestro camarero simplemente desaparecen. Estaban fuera de la pizza y el reemplazo de la firma dicen que pedimos era muy mediocre. Pedí una lasaña. Llegó sin pan y estaba tan climatizada que tenía que comer con una cuchara. Más como sopa lasaña. Yo ni siquiera creo que podría decir si había pasta. El vino era terrible!
