This hotel is tucked right inside the Westfield Stratford shopping center, making it an ideal location for those looking to shop, dine, or access public transport. With easy access to the Underground, Overground, and National Rail services, getting around London is a breeze from here. Hyatt House guests enjoy complimentary breakfast and access to a self-service laundry/dryer room (on Level 9, if I recall correctly). The breakfast spread was decent, though it’s disappointing that halal meat options are still not available at this location—something the hotel could definitely improve on given the area’s diverse population. Adding halal options would really enhance the experience for Muslim travelers who frequent this area. One major downside is the confusing arrival experience. There’s no clear hotel signage from the street, and no direct street parking available. If you’re driving, especially during peak hours, it can be quite frustrating to locate the entrance. The hotel is tucked between restaurants and just before the main mall entrance. You’ll first be greeted by a welcome desk at ground level, then need to head up to Level 3 for check-in. That said, once you’re inside, the hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Rooms are well-equipped with kitchenettes, making it a good option for longer stays or families. Just be prepared for a bit of navigation stress the first time you arrive—especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area.

Very nice food, but the service was indifferent at best. We had a voucher for a tasting menu and a free welcome drink. We were never given the drink but didn't want to make a fuss (we were there to enjoy ourselves not to complain) so put up with it. Nobody took our coats or offered to take them. We ordered a bottle of wine and it took ages to come, and they didn't leave it at the table but nobody noticed when my glass empty so i had to ask for my glass to be topped up when it was empty. It wasn't the same year as the one in the menu. They brought the bill before we were finished and didn't ask if we wanted cheese or coffee. At no point did we feel they cared about our experience or what we wanted. It just felt, as i said, indifferent, and not the special occasion it was meant to be. But the food was very good.

Tuvimos una cena maravillosa aquí en el fin de semana con nuestra tarjeta de gusto, que era tan barato que no lo podía creer! Además puedes llevar tu propio alcohol y tienen habitación cachimbas bajar escaleras.Nunca habíamos estado antes. Llamamos era tan fácil hacer una reserva y cuando llegamos nos recibió muy bien y tomar asiento.La comida era incluso mejor que el gran servicio! ! Era tan delicioso todo casero y te puedo decir! Nos llena los entrantes y los platos principales luego vinieron y fueron tan delicioso que comimos! Mi pareja y yo tuvimos tagine de pescado el cuscús de cordero que estaba muy bien preparado.estaremos viniendo regularmente y recomendar a mis amigos.

I've been four times in 2025 so far and it has been excellent every time, so we shall keep returning. Previously I've had a moussaka, a house burger and a battered chicken salad - all were very enjoyable. Today's Sunday lunch £20 special offer was outstanding. A starter (feta cheese and spinach in a filo pastry) and a large, succulent and beautifully cooked T-bone steak (with fries, mushrooms tomates and a separate peppercorn sauce), plus a glass of very decent house red wine. Honestly I would have expected to pay upwards of £25 for the main meal alone, it was a quality and sizeable cut of steak, well prepared. Kudos to the chefs plus service from the server team was great. The table was booked for the next time, when we paid the bill each time, we have been delighted each time we went and were sure we would want to be back next time. It's always had enough customers to create some ambience but not so full that service slowed down or the servers too busy. It's now part of our match day routine - when a burger outside the stadium is £11, it is absolutely a no-brainer to sit down at Zuzu in pleasant, comfortable surroundings and have quality food at a very good price. Very relaxing! Thank you to all the team and we will be back next season!

Decided to try this restaurant and was very pleasantly surprised. Food was 10 out of 10 and plenty of dishes to choose from. Tried the ribs and squid starters with a Malaysian prawn curry for the mains and all tasted amazing. Casual restuarant with very helpful staff and very reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back and trying some different dishes.

Love Nooks! El personal es excelente, la comida siempre es deliciosa y son eventos de bar que siempre están llenos. Trate de venir tan seguido como pueda con mi compañero y no puedo dejar de decirle a mis amigos que viven en la zona que vayan y lo revisen.

Gute Pasta im Westfield Einkaufszentrum. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, wenn man mal für die europäischen Verhältnisse teuren Bierpreise absieht.
