Sadly let down by online check in not working. Booking not recognised and was expected to pay again. Reception still very poor with language barrier, disbelieving staff that are not friendly. STILL struggles with breakfast re stocking when busy with item running out. ROOM WAS OK shower rail broken but at least the room was cleaned properly which is a first

It is located right by Stratford train station, restaurants, and the Westfield shopping mall. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Upon entrance into the hotel lobby downstairs, you are met with a frontdesk that will offer you help and resources in your plans to explore London!

I have stayed in a LOT of hotels many more pricey than the HYATT REGENCY STRATFORD and this has got to be one of the best, staff are SO polite and accommodating, cleanliness was great, hotel smelt lovely, drinks prices reasonable, rooms were quiet which i was pleasantly surprised by being a large hotel, situation is perfect with everything you need on your doorstep. Very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again

Stayed here 3 times and always the same experience: The hotel itself is nice, but the staff is unfriendly and not customer oriented. I‘m a World of Hyatt Globalist member, and used to receive free suite upgrades (as ruled in terms and conditions) if available. However not at this property: Even when a suite is bookable in the Hyatt App the checkin staff told me it is not available as it is „blocked by the manager“ - whatever that means. Also the manager has no time to talk to me. Additionally the checkin staff is not fluently in English, a must at such a property. Hope for better stays in the future.

The location is ideal; however, the cleanliness of the room was below standard and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The mattress was old and saggy. Although we booked a king room, it appeared that two single beds had been joined with a king mattress placed on top. On a positive note, we were provided with extra bottles of water upon request, which added some points for the service.

The Hyatt Regency Stratford is conveniently located close to the subway, train and the large Westfield shopping center, perfect for exploring the city or shopping. The rooms are spacious, with modern and refined decoration, and the hotel is distinguished by its pleasant scents which create a soothing atmosphere. Finally, the staff, always smiling and attentive, helps to make the stay even more pleasant. An address that I recommend without hesitation!

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel! Mattress and pillows worn out. Heating/cooling system can't be shut down, would just start blasting and wake me in the middle of the night! Breakfast was good and selection not ad good as what it was used to be (no smoked salmon)

We really like this. Hotel new manager came in. Seems to shake things up and is more like breaking things up making everything harder. What used to be so easy? He's definitely a company man and there for the company and not the customer in my humble opinion... Rest of the people there are very friendly, kind and helpful, but need to learn the difference between a sheet and a duvet. We basically use it because it was a great location for the airport to catch a bus easily from Westfield Mall. And of course, Westfield Mall is great to get that last minute shopping in. Their breakfast buffet is okay. Nothing special but again the staff is friendly enough. And as accommodating as they can be. All in all is a good stay, but The hospitality is changing and can't really be sure to continue to use this exact Hyatt In the future.

This was the absolute worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed in. Upon checking in with the front desk, I was told there was no way my room was ready yet even though I wasn’t even asked what name my reservation was under. Told to wait over an hour for my room to be available. Did an online check in instead and was immediately notified my room was ready. Terrible customer service from the jump, which is frustrating as a World of Hyatt member. Room was fine for what I needed but the shower was not draining and the floor was overflowing with water after 2 minutes of the shower being on. Called maintenance and they “fixed” it (AKA let the water drain for 30 minutes). It was never fixed and shower experience was a mess every time. The most shocking aspect of this stay was requesting luggage hold with concierge. As a frequent Hyatt guest, I am well aware that luggage can be held for free, for pretty much any amount of time you need within reason. I needed my luggage held for 2 weeks. To my surprise, I was told by the concierge that it would be 5£ for every single day held, per luggage. I was told this was a “new policy” and it would be cash only and payment was needed upfront (would have been 140£). Not sure why he thought anyone would be stupid enough to fall for that. Had to request my luggage to be held at a different Hyatt in London who confirmed that it is, in fact, free. Genuinely just shocked that a Hyatt employee tried to scam me during my stay. On top of all that, my sister left behind a pair of shoes in our room by accident. She called every single day after we left to try to talk to whoever managed lost and found. Was told every time by front desk staff that housekeeping was busy or it wasn’t there (even though they never bothered to check). Would have been a 1 star but I’ll give it 2 because breakfast was delicious and the folks there were great. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend to anyone

We stayed here previously when it was called Holiday Inn/Staybridge Suites. This is the first time staying in Hyatt Regency and I was really impressed with how modern and spacious our room was. Some comments I would like to add are: 1. The TV sometimes goes blank for 10 seconds. There was one occasion where it kept turning off after 1 minute but it somehow fixed itself. 2. The YouTube app on my phone kept prompting me to connect to someone’s Fire Stick when on the hotel WiFi. I don’t even have a Fire Stick so the YouTube app was finding other devices on the hotel network (and it did find several Amazon Fire devices). I feel this is a security risk and some sort of network isolation should be applied. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

I chose Hyatt for a corporate workshop venue. It is super connected now with the Elizabeth line and just 45 mins from London Heathrow airport and no train changes which is a plus point. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and of course the location is among the hustle and bustle of Westfield shopping mall yet you cannot hear anything inside the rooms. The conference staff are exceptional and adapted to our changes along the way. Great experience overall and very pleased.

The hotel itself looks nice and pretty but this 1 star is to reflect the staff. Zero customer service. So unprofessional and so incompetent. We were first greeted by concierge at the ground floor, who refused to take our bags until we confirmed that early check in was not possible, almost 20 minutes of wasted time. More importantly, the fire alarms rang multiple times two days in a roll at 3am, each staff member had a different story to tell. Our group which took up 3 rooms were receiving random phone calls past midnight, to the point we had to unplug our phones. One of our rooms flooded at 2:30AM and had to wait 1.5 hours to get a new room and all they offered was free late checkout or breakfast after multiple negotiation. For six hours there was no air conditioning, no elevator, and no water. Had to climb 20 flight of stairs every time you need to talk to the staff. They won’t even pick up phone. Every time we were in the lobby we would notice all the calls went unanswered. Anyway, their solution was to shower at the gym because the engineer was not there yet. They did nothing to address the issue. All they said was we will let the manager know. The manager never contacted us during our stay. Nothing at all. Be aware if you choose to stay here.

Attended for a work event. I was welcomed as soon I entered. The office room was an excellent size with a large balcony overlooking Stratford and with the views of the o2. Nice neutral decor, clean, air conditioned, frequently stocked with drinks and snacks. Toilets were very clean and I noticed they were cleaned frequently throughout the day. Lunch was very nice, with a good selection of hot food and dessert. Requested extra ice cream from a random staff member and it was delivered! Lovely hotel. I’d love to visit on a personal trip and explore the rest it has to offer.

Best place to stay. Incredibly friendly staff "from ground to reception to security to cleaning fabric to......." Where to begin where to end? Rooms are good and clean. We have a room on the seventh floor. The exclusive location means you can also eat very well outside (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We are excited and sad to be leaving tomorrow. We decided at the time, because close to the Abba Voyage performance can be booked here. But exclusivity has its price. Regarding the rooms, we think it is important that there is a toilet brush in the bathroom. We found the lack of it strange. You should also update the USB ports. The hotel provided us with adapters for the sockets because we accidentally took the American one with us. Thanks again to everyone.

Had a great few nights here while visiting London. The hotel was really quiet so I had some great nights sleep. It was a little tricky to find the hotel the first time as I spent a while on the wrong level of the Westfield as the hotel is a level up from the Station. Talking of the station the rail links are excellent and using the Elizabeth line I was only ever 30mins away from venues in London. There is also lots of other DLR and Underground connections from the same station.

If you're in Stratford for business, this is an excellent hotel. If you're looking for a business or tourist hotel and want a lower nightly rate compared to London, this can work as long as you're ok with a 30-ish minute ride back to London. The area is very good, with plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, and Olympic Park nearby for a stroll. Rooms are very average. Front desk staff were excellent, restaurant staff were very hit-and-miss. This building is shared with Hyatt House (higher floors), and as such you have access to complimentary washers and dryers (free of charge, no soap available at time of use). Globalist: no Regency Club lounge. Instead, one beverage and a one full-sized appetizer per night/per person (they will ask you to sign a check for the full amount, but it does not show on your bill). Buffet breakfast.

Very good business hotel Comfortable / clean and tidy Good basic amenities too Has a bar and restaurant. Though the restaurant is average and in general if you are a foodie / or loves good food then best to walk out of hotel and choose any restaurant outside. We had a meal in the hotels restaurant on the third floor. It was average / nothing great to note / tiramisu etc all were average / probably get better tiramisu from M & S or Waitrose We had a steak and that was average too

This hotel is tucked right inside the Westfield Stratford shopping center, making it an ideal location for those looking to shop, dine, or access public transport. With easy access to the Underground, Overground, and National Rail services, getting around London is a breeze from here. Hyatt House guests enjoy complimentary breakfast and access to a self-service laundry/dryer room (on Level 9, if I recall correctly). The breakfast spread was decent, though it’s disappointing that halal meat options are still not available at this location—something the hotel could definitely improve on given the area’s diverse population. Adding halal options would really enhance the experience for Muslim travelers who frequent this area. One major downside is the confusing arrival experience. There’s no clear hotel signage from the street, and no direct street parking available. If you’re driving, especially during peak hours, it can be quite frustrating to locate the entrance. The hotel is tucked between restaurants and just before the main mall entrance. You’ll first be greeted by a welcome desk at ground level, then need to head up to Level 3 for check-in. That said, once you’re inside, the hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is welcoming and professional. Rooms are well-equipped with kitchenettes, making it a good option for longer stays or families. Just be prepared for a bit of navigation stress the first time you arrive—especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area.

Tuvimos una cena maravillosa aquí en el fin de semana con nuestra tarjeta de gusto, que era tan barato que no lo podía creer! Además puedes llevar tu propio alcohol y tienen habitación cachimbas bajar escaleras.Nunca habíamos estado antes. Llamamos era tan fácil hacer una reserva y cuando llegamos nos recibió muy bien y tomar asiento.La comida era incluso mejor que el gran servicio! ! Era tan delicioso todo casero y te puedo decir! Nos llena los entrantes y los platos principales luego vinieron y fueron tan delicioso que comimos! Mi pareja y yo tuvimos tagine de pescado el cuscús de cordero que estaba muy bien preparado.estaremos viniendo regularmente y recomendar a mis amigos.
