Back in ownership of the people that made it so great. Delightful food, sometimes unexpected choices and an excellent atmosphere and service. Not the cheapest venue but worth the visit

Visited this place with my mega-carnivore boyfriend who has an embarrassing addiction to chicken wings and we loved it. I’m a pain in the ass veggie and these guys didn’t disappoint. There are even vegan dishes that I will definitely be ordering on our next visit, which will no doubt be very soon. My boyfriend had the chicken wings (no surprise there!) and the Bronco burger and rarely is he rendered speechless! When I asked if he was ok he said he was having a religious experience! I had the meat free “Cheese” option and couldn’t have been happier or fuller!!! The owner treated us to a taste of different sorbets which were mental! The first was lime, lemon and chilli, then a bacon one and a brussel sprout one; both were crazy but oddly delicious! This place should be packed out 24/7..... if you love burgers, chilli sauces and wings you’ll die unhappy if you don’t visit! Photos really don’t do it justice!! I’m a crap photographer!

A decent meal was soured by the poor customer service on paying the bill. On taking payment there was zero eye contact from the waitress, nor did she ask me how my meal was or say anything at all for that matter. All she did was type the amount due into the card machine before holding it up to show me how much I needed to pay. Intentional or not, it was a needlessly rude way to treat a customer and was a sour note to end on.

Good place for a funny evening.

Amazing - i've driven past this pub for many years and always fancied a visit. It is a good 35 mins from home but very much worth the drive. We've visited twice now, once as a couple and second time as a family with our dog. 1st visit - lovely relaxed eatery and lots of choice. Partner had the Seabass and I have the Chicken Skewers - both equally scrummy. 2nd visit was on a Sunday and the best Sunday roast my partner has had (his words) and we've had some lovely ones. I had the Cod loin - Gluten Free and was absolutely beautiful. We ate this time in the bar area as we had the dog and its was still lovely, relaxed and enjoyable. Lots of GF options upon request, staff always very friendly and the car parking is free for diners/visitors, just add your reg upon entering - you can't miss it! Certainly will be back.
