Brilliant food and service, very welcoming and staff well mannered

Thank you so much to all the team at The Three Moles. We visited today for the first time and had a wonderful Sunday lunch. We were a party of four ordering a variety of dishes, which we all really enjoyed. We felt very much at home, the pub has a relaxed country atmosphere and the team are extremely warm and friendly. Our Beagle loved her experience too, super dog friendly, she enjoyed the dog menu, fuss and treats. Thank you so much again to all the team, we highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Very poor service tonight, we are regulars at this branch and come every weekend where we always receive excellent service by Shubham or Badrul. Tonight a new member of staff named Akeel was very rude and condescending to us regarding our order and receiving a doughnut as per the Tim Horton receipt sweet treat which they advertise when collecting your coffee as sticker on the window and we can only claim it next time which is not what the receipt states. He says he has a new staff working who made a mistake so will not honour the offer. Yes you read that correctly AKEEL and his teams MISTAKE so he won’t honour the offer. All this rude behaviour soon as we approach the window then he started berating the other new staff member infront of us saying his mistake not his own, keeps calling me “mate” and that we don’t understand anything, no apology or hands up we made a error . Losing regulars all for what. Very poor attitude !! Wanted to show who was in charge keeps saying I’m the manager and was having a power trip infront of the other workers very embarrassing. Would avoid when this unprofessional team and manager is on shift! Very very disappointed more about principle and respect treating regular customers.
