Not the best tasting food 😕 only good thing was the donuts

Better food than the McDonald's next door and definitely better coffee than the costa next door.

Very disappointing. Lattice fries cold, burge r s flavourless. Coffee however was delicious.

Person serving hot drink was holding his finger over the drinking hole. Disgusting. The toilets weren't very clean. Looks like hygiene in general is an issue. Not at first sight, but when you watch people and what they do. They don't care.

First tried Tim Hortons in Vancouver and it was lovely at first bite. Timbits are just lush. There drinks range is absolutely awesome with so many choices and the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you find yourself on the A259 pop in, you won't regret it.

One of the worst burgers I've tasted, staff were great place was clean, it was just the quality of the burger, would try the chicken burgers next time

It's different. It can be good and can be bad. 3 out of the 5 times I have been there it's been bad but you can get lucky. The menu keeps changing. They had the maple burgers one time and they were above average for fast food burgers. Their recent menu isn't great. Doughnuts are good but expensive

Don't take cash which is last time I looked was the currency of the UK. Took my business else where.

Possibly the most expensive doughnut I'll ever purchase and it was stale 😭

Come here almost every day sadly out of 5 days your lucky to get the drink you ordered 3 out of 5 times. Even in store they forget to add syrups or extra shots, safe to say I've given it a good go but won't be returning way too many inconsistencies.

Usually really good but somehow missed 3 donuts off our order and they weren't even busy...

Avoid!!Avoid!!! I got food poisoning from eating here. The worst of the worst. I ordered A double cheeseburger meal at the drive through, it took me 30 seconds to get to the window and my order was handed to me. I was shocked. When I opened the cheeseburger, it was cold. After a couple of bites I realised it wasn’t cooked properly. Absolute filth of a place.

Dead place to go and eat everything takes long so understaffed hardly nothing out on show place looked like a dump and a bomb went off need more staff and more of a atmosphere maybe change the staff and music up abit as this feels depressing when you walk in to it

As a Canadian living abroad I was so excited to hear there was a Timmy’s near the coast. It took over an hour to get there, but I thought it would be worth it. Was sadly disappointed! No double double and the coffee was bitter. Not sure what’s happened for it to go so wrong, but was severely disappointed. And the cost nearly made us choke as the same order in Canada was $5, compared to the eye watering £8! Went across the way to Costa.

Possibly the nastiest burger and fries I’ve eaten in my life. Never had it before until now and I wish I could turn time back so I never tried it. The meat tasted awful like boiled mince and onions and the chips were dry and hard, had no flavour, were wet. Also I got 5. 5 chips. They also missed my extra sauce I order

Always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons. Zak is often on front-of-house and clearly enjoys making sure his customers are satisfied. Much better than McDonalds.

A little taste of Canada in the UK! Staff are really friendly and helpful, the wait is a little longer than in other fast food places but it's well worth the wait. For the authentic Canadian experience try an original blend double double (coffee) and a box of timbits. Shame they don't have the full Canadian menu, the side of chilli con carne would be a great addition to the menu. Always clean and welcoming.

Popped in for breakfast with hubby and kids after Bognor ParkRun. Very busy, but maintained their professionalism and high standards of food. Had to pick up half a dozen maple donuts to take home! Lovely to see so many people af all ages chilling out in the relaxed seating enjoying spending time, not feeling rushed. Worth the detour - or simply the drive!

Super friendly staff. The restaurant is clean. Burgers and the doughnuts are really tasty. Wasnt keen on the Tim bits , they didn't have much flavour. The iced coffee is awful too. Very sweet and doesn't taste like coffee at all.

Polite and friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable environment. Original Tim Hortons blend coffee and cheese burger very nice.

Zac stood out as a server whilst others appeared slightly lacklustre. Food was great value (breakfast wrap) and coffee was good value.

Food was actually ok, but not 'fantastic'. Took a while to get our order. Prices are cheap.

Staff seem unaware of what's happening.in store, screens at the front don't allow payments, cashier had limited idea on how to use the till, i was over charged and staff didn't know how to refund, chips look good but where cold, cherry slushie tastes like chemicals!! All in all a very unsatisfying experience!! Should have gone to McDonald's!!!

I was going to mcdonalds next door, but there was such a queue! Anyway, the burgers at Hortons were superb! Milkshakes perfectly made. The chicken wraps, too, were excellent. So Hortons it is from now on!

I've had better burgers in my school cantine back in the 90s. Awful, tasted like a cheap rustlers microwave burger. The shakes are basicly just crushed ice with watery chocolate syrup. The only mildly good thing was the hot chocolate.

Great coffee, recommend the french vanilla latte! Always good for a coffee and bacon roll after a long dog walk in the morning!

Their hot chocolate is great, the same as it is in Canada. I would recommend you stick to the drinks and donuts. I got the cheese burger, and it was like a greasy funfair burger.

The food was great. So make no mistake, of that's all you want, you'll be happy. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. The self service kiosk crashed 3 times and then the service at the till was slow. They also tried charge for the philly, which I couldn't see on the self service machine to add! I will say the man did waiver the 50p for the cheese

Love the music they play in here! It’s awful but the kind of awful that makes your day - we literally come back here to listen to the terrible playlist. Food is good, nothing to write home about but the burgers are delicious, they taste a bit like the ones you can get in a B&Q car park but in the best way #tradiemeal. Keep the music awful and the food okay and we’ll keep coming back 😍

It used to be that the flexibility of being able to choose your preferred filling, sauce etc was a benefit of Tim Hortens..Mayo was removed from the menu but staff would add Mayo or give you a pot if you asked. Now it's chargeable...one unique selling point gone...and consequently less enjoyable.. crazy..

I've only given this 2 stars because of the comfy seats... which I sat in whilst eating my limp burger and soggy waffle fries, all while looking out the window at McDonald's next door... wishing I'd gone there instead...

I raised a complaint at Tim Hortons Chichester branch regarding missing items when they delivered our orders at St Richard’s hospital . Subham was the staff member who dealt with our concerns . I informed him that incident was the second time and quite unfair as we paid then we didn’t receive some of our ordered food items particularly when we had a very busy shift and ended up with no food to eat. He was apologetic and very sympathetic and replaced those missing food items . It was an excellent customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm sorry but I didn't enjoy the experience. The coffee wasn't that special either. The reason for the one star for service is that you pretty much serve yourself.

Well I won't be going in McDonald's if Tim Hortons in town. Had a triple burger, b e a tiful. Their breakfast is very competitive too and almost same as MacDonalds.

Spent our whole time looking through the window longingly at McDonald's wishing we had gone there. Burger was meh, sweaty wrapped up in foil and extremely greasy, chips were soggy and floppy, unlike Tim's Bits which were dry, and crusty and tasteless. Paid extra for what sounded like a nice refreshing lemonade, was actually just very weak squash wuth some ice. The milkshake was icy and tasteless. Was quite excited to try here but it was a very disappointing, ever priced experience!

The so called hot food is barely hot the so called hot drinks are barely hot and they only except card payments. And it’s well overpriced, especially when the hot food and drinks are barely warm. In the future I think I’ll visit McDonald’s or Costa next door instead!!

I went to order a French vanilla latte with oat milk but they told me it doesn’t come with oat milk so I asked for a vanilla latte with oat milk they still made the French vanilla and charged us for it, even tho we asked for the oat milk latte instead

Tim Hortons should stick to coffeee and donuts. The burgers are rank. No wonder they have teams of workers giving away free stuff outside their restaurants. Bang average overpriced.

Tasteless, colourless and lukewarm food! Should have gone to McDonald’s next door. Was told I had to wait 8-10 minutes for freshly cooked fries yet they arrived only a few minutes later warm and limp. Staff not very welcoming. Ordered at drive thru at around 13:25 on Friday 5th January. This was our first and last Tim Hortons!!

Very tasty doughnuts and fast service! Edit: theres a couple of occassions that their drive thru is closed which is inconvinient. They probably need more staff as it takes longer to get an order even with just coffee.

I am quite shocked at reading all the positive reviews of this place. We went today and had burgers, chicken burgers, fries and drinks. The lattice fries were OK, but the beef burgers we had were bland, tasteless, there were no gherkins and three tiny pieces of onion, with what tasted like boiled beef burgers. My boyfriend had a bacon burger with one sorry, limp piece of bacon in. Genuinely horrible, won't be back.

Nicer atmosphere than macdonalds. But prices bit higher. Staff are very good though, always remember your regular order and are very attentive. Always clean and staff always busy

So came here with my family and what a lovley time we had got served by someone called Zak who was so lovley normally we don't get nice staff but this time it was different the food was great you need more staff like zak hard work doesn't go unnoticed thank you

Shubham was kind and polite when I came in to get a iced coffee. Its nice to have people like him serve you as it makes all the difference. I offered him a tip as its in the Christmas period however he declined as it was Tim Hortons policy to not accept tips.. Give this man a raise please 🙏 Lovely iced macchiato by the way

Super clean, great coffee and hash brown and staff are absolutely lovely.

This place has so many teething issues. I only do the drive thru and I’ve tried 4 times now and not once have I got food 1 that I had ordered, food quickly or hot food. Language seems to be a barrier too and why I’m waiting when there’s no cars in the drive thru is beyond me. McDonald’s do hot food, cope with high traffic and 9/10 get the order correct. I’ve tried and tried with this place and it’s not something I’ll be trying again.

Keep a hold of Zak he is the most attentive and friendly person. The staff are so good. Food could be a little hotter but it's OK. The gingerbread hot chocolate is a must. So is the mint.
