Tim Hortons in Chichester

Looks great tastes bland and cold. Stay away I won't return

Now, I have to put that below McDs which is normal bottom of my list, unfortunately burgers where not not good at all, tasted so plain and dry and what ever the sauce was tased cheap! Also brownie shake tasted like it was filled with chocolate sauce… as u can prob tell I didn’t enjoy it lol & it’s safe to say I’d never try it again.

They don’t expect cash,and that’s probably why it’s completely empty and McDonalds over the road was packed

First time going to Tim horton’s and oh my god this is fast food done well - food was great, for the price of any other fast food restaurant but without the plasticky feel. Super clean seating area and overall nice environment. Timothy treated me right!!

Beats the golden arches by a mile. Not overly greasy and doesn't look like it's been thrown about first. Great service when we went. Didn't have one, but the donuts looks amazing. Probably a good thing I don't live too close to it, otherwise I'd be putting on a fair bit of weight.

Absolutely fantastic service and food & drink! Greeted by staff, shown what to do, food brought to me, rubbish taken away from me! This location is exceptionally clean! Completely unexpected from “fast-food” and this location has set the standards extremely high for the local competition!

It's OK. Donuts are very 'bready' but the burgers are great. Always a queue though and what seems like confusion in the kitchen every time we go.

My second time visiting, I brought my family after enjoying the food a few months back. Food was great, but the place needs a good clean, especially the toilets.

A slice of Canada right here in Chichester. I'm already leaving it a 5 star review just on breakfast and coffee selection. I haven't been near this area around lunch/dinner time to try out there main menu but it looks fantastic. The breakfast is awesome especially when combined with the £1 breakfast with a drink. Meaning you can get a big wrap a hash brown and a HUGE coffee for under a five, which is fantastic. I'm not sure how large TH large coffee is but the cup is immense it must be 600-750ml approx. Timbits are fantastic too, small versions of their doughnuts

First time in Tim Hortons, had the pancakes and bacon, could have been better presented,2 pancakes with a blob of bacon served in a burger box, served with golden syrup, what happened to maple syrup? They are Canadian after all Tasted good, Timbits were great and French vanilla coffee was good. It's fast food so don't expect silver service, I will definitely go back as I would like to try the burgers.

Didn't make the drink properly.. forgot the cream marshmallows etc.

Ordered a strawberry shake and a pumpkin latte with skimmed milk for me and my partner. The latte had no pumpkin spice syrup in and also tasted like they had watered down whole milk instead of using skimmed. The shake, hadn’t been mixed properly; there were clumps of strawberry flavouring and also had been made with water instead of the cream we ordered with.

Ordered a strawberry shake and a pumpkin spice latte, in which the shake is literally ice water with some chemical flavouring added, and the latte was a weak sugary drink with no actual pumpkin spice in there.

Shahid is the best great food always friendly

Brilliant! Especially the breakfasts and the coffee. The French vanilla latte is the greatest coffee I've ever had. My favourite breakfast is the big breakfast wrap with chipotle. The Timbits (small doughnut balls) are legendary.

Visited the Tim Hortons in Chichester whilst on a break from home in Cornwall. First time experience at Tim Hortons. First impressions were good. Easy to use screens to order from, order didn't take long to be ready. Had the Hot Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, Maple dip doughnut and a strawberry vanilla doughnut. All tasted great , would highly recommend. Very clean with plenty of available seats. Staff were very attentive and friendly 👍 Now for the negatives... Getting to Tim Hortons was a complete nightmare due to the ridiculous traffic in the area ( apparently that's normal for Chichester ) and quite limited parking and small spaces in the car park. But overall it's definitely worth a try 👍

Large coffee is actually large, which is awesome, but I ordered a mocha and I think they must have lightly whispered the work coffee over my cup before/after they made me a trough size hot chocolate that I couldn't drink for an hour haha staff were great. Produce... leaves something to be desired.

Had to have a meal on the go and were pleasantly surprised. Calm and friendly service, clean space, easy ordering - and genuinely the nicest fast food! Chicken was real, not reconstituted, coffee and tea excellent. Lovely guy at the till made sure our drinks were how we wanted it. Whay a discovery.

Me and my family ordered breakfast this morning for it to come cold and not what we had ordered. We ordered 3 triple burgers to only have one triple and the other 2 to be singles. I waited over 2 hours for my order and the only reason we ate the burgers was for the fact we were hungry. I'm very disappointed as I've did hear great things but that's made my mind up about them because it was terrible service and the food was cold and bad

The service was really fast and the food was really good quality. Definitely worth the cost!! Plus the staff are really friendly and helpful:)

I order 3 tripple cheesburgers on just eat and when the food was delivered 2 of the cheeburgers were only single patty and the only tripple they got right didnt have bacon on i wouldnt recomend ordering to anyone reall not happy with the service i got

Tim Hortons, a Canadian favourite and for good reason….You can have some of the best coffee and food items around. Excellent to see Tim’s in the UK. Felt like home. I had the Sausage-Egg breakfast sandwich with a black coffee…..Terrific presentation and taste.

First visit. Enjoyed with what we ordered. The lattice chips something different although some were a bit too crispy! The doughnuts went down well with the grandkids. Clean and spacious eating area. Still waiting for Tim Hortons to open along the Fareham/Gosport Rd (more to our area where we live - the empty premises still waiting to be fitted out.

I thought I'd try something a bit different. Service was incredibly slow. Lots of people hanging about waiting on orders. The food was ok, nothing special. Not worth the price.

Amazing staff. Really considerate and helpful. Tim Hortons Food and drink is quickly becoming a favourite. So much better than the other main brands. The quality and value is hard to beat. 2x excellent chicken burger meals for less than £10. The restaurant and restrooms were immaculately clean. Plenty of parking. Just can't fault this place.

Awful food, stale and old, even the salad was off. Ended up throwing in the bin. Waste of money.

Last week due to no fault of the staff; I had an allergic reaction due to the machine not picking up a no sauce request. The team and Prakash the store manager have been brilliant since, welcomed us back and took care of our future orders and now have printed stickers on the orders to show personalised orders. Couldn’t have asked for a more understanding response to an allergy.

It's great great food, good donuts nice interior comfortable and clean. However I visited with a large family, and due to the time taken to receive food and eat the food, and socialise as you would in a coffee shop, I received a parking fine from the car park for over staying the time limit, I am in the process of appealing against the fine, as I was clearly in the Tim Hortons for the entire length of my car park stay. 5 stars is a possibility if the visit doesn't end up costing me an extra £60 on top.

Never had bad food here, service is always friendly and fast. Same goes for the food. Tables are always clean. Restaurant is spacious and airy, toilets always clean.

Place was untidy with bins overflowing, toilets were clean. The lack of sauces with only tomato offered but not given. Burgers are good but bacon did not add anything as flavourless. wrapped without finesse so content had to be assembled.

Card machine broke on drive thru so had to come inside but was quick

First time having Tim Hortons in the U.K. let’s start with the great. The coffee was excellent and the nacho chilli cheese chicken stack was amazing. However the lattice chips. What a massive disappointment. They are worse than something you would buy frozen in a budget supermarket and oven cook. I’d suggest if you buy them drown them in sauce of your choice. The biggest disappointment though is the atmosphere. I get it was a weekday and the fixtures and fittings are okay it is devoid of any atmosphere.

Coffee is normally so good that's what I go for but it was awful. Yesterday, it really put me off. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Popped in first thing, extremely quick, efficient and friendly service, all food piping hot, can't fault it.

Super fast service. Self service ordering kiosk then they just call out your number. Sir was kind enough and told us not to run in getting our orders 🤣 Pancakes were fluffy! Iced Caramel macchiato was soo good!! Perfect for the weather. Good indoor seating space Accepts card payments. Also, please throw your own trash once your done eating. Tidy up :)

Me and my bro come here all the time. Food is sensational. Coffee is out of this world good. Chris the chef is probably my favourite human on planet earth. Real special man and deserves the world. Definitely come try big Timmy H in Chichester out. You won’t be disappointed

Chris is nothing short of sensational as a person and as chef. Food is always 10/10 and that French vanilla latte always hits the spot.

Chris and the team are super friendly as we had small children and brought our order to us. The restaurant is clean and always well stocked with our favourite bites!
