Location splendida a due passi dal parco cibo squisito persone gentilissime.. porzione generose e dire poco,credo che se si è in giro venire qui sia un passaggio furbo.. sia per una pasta e un caffè sia per una colazione o brunch

Piccolo locale al piano seminterrato abbastanza spartano. Tuttavia piatti veramente deliziosi e porzioni molto abbondanti. Se siete in zona e vi piace il genere… assolutamente da provare!

The food is really delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the experience I had was absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday I had the immense embarrassment of falling off the chair, which simply broke, causing me to fall to the floor with a loud crash. Everyone got up from the tables, looking curious to see what had happened. Amidst much laughter, the manager approached and, insensitively, asked if I was okay, in addition to suggesting that I had broken my chair because I was drinking caipirinha. At that moment, in addition to the immense embarrassment, I felt a mixture of indignation and offense at the mockery and lack of respect. After this incident, it became clear that all employees changed their behavior, and the initial friendliness disappeared. There is no doubt that this restaurant is not prepared to deal with accidents that can occur due to obvious maintenance failures or inadequate quality of furniture. The most revolting thing is that, despite all this, my bill was around £160 and I received no apology, nor a discount as a sign of consideration. I was already a frequent customer of the restaurant, and this episode not only left me extremely disappointed, but also made me realize the establishment's total disregard and lack of respect. I am truly outraged by the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism shown.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Service appointed personnel. Recommended!

We were given this afternoon tea as a present. The menu for the afternoon tea looks good... but fails to deliver. "Mini brioche and sandwiches Ham, cheddar and mustard Chicken and pesto Cucumber, crème fraiche and smoked salmon Egg mayonnaise and cress." What we actually got was four very small squares of sandwich each, consisting of just the smoked salmon and the egg mayonnaise. Some small cakes as described and a scone. Some of the bread was not the freshest we've ever had, not stale, just not as soft as fresh bread. We were only offered one cup of tea or coffee. Every other afternoon tea we've had at other venues at least offered us additional drinks. It's not as if the place was busy, there were only a few occupied tables. As for atmosphere and ambiance, there was none, especially as the cleaner was hoovering around us and then using a floor polisher.
