Caesar Restaurant in City of London, Westminster

Conveniently located a short walk from Paddington Station and just blocks from Hyde Park. We enjoyed the sauna and excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful, warm, and kind. Very happy with our experience and hope to stay again!

An exceptional hotel, due to its location, facilities and staff. The reception staff are very friendly, trying to help you at all times. The decoration of the common parts of the hotel is spectacular, with Roman mosaics. The rooms are new, as they have been renovated. The varied breakfast (the avocado toast and egg Benedictine is highly recommended).

Hadi Mara and nice hotel, but the service and insurance are slow. We have not returned it for a month. Its location is nice and elegant, and it is close to Hyde Park, about a 5-minute walk.

Wonderful stay at Caesar hotel. Beautiful position on a very quiet street close to Hyde Park, ideal to go running. Rooms recently refurbished and of great quality. Excellent breakfast. I used it on a trip with my daughter. The location was quiet and convenient to go anywhere, so there were no problems. The lady at the front desk was also very kind and made my first trip to London very memorable. thank you. Also, if I have a chance to go to London, I would like to use it.

This is a really great hotel. The service at reception is very nice and accommodating, especially Anna and John. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast is very good and has something for everyone with fresh fruits, from sweet to savory. Can only recommend the hotel.

We spent two nights on November 24 at this hotel with my husband and our baby. The room was spacious (be careful not all of them are), clean and ideal for a family. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is quite calm. Even without breakfast, everything was within reach. A great experience that we highly recommend!

We stayed from 30/12 to 2/01. Strategic location, there are 3 metro stations around with different destinations. Top welcome. Attentive, competent and very kind and helpful staff. In particular, Roberto at the reception made us feel pampered and satisfied every request. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. Very warm room, daily linen change. Well-stocked courtesy set with herbal teas and biscuits and water refilled free of charge every day. Breakfast/brunch highly recommended, and we thank Roberto for introducing it to us. If we were to return to London, we will return to Caesar also due to the kindness of the staff.

Lovely, clean hotel in a quiet residential area a few blocks from beautiful Kensington Gardens and a 20 minute walk to Notting Hill. Standard rooms are “small” compared to a typical American hotel room but normal for a European hotel room. Comfortable queen size bed and thoughtful, modern, and functional design throughout. Nice bathroom and shower. They left a little treat for us upon arrival, plus complimentary still and sparkling water, coffee, tea, and biscuits. Perfect base for exploring London- public transit is nearby but you are away from the crowds. Roberto at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming! Would absolutely stay here again when in London.

For a 4 star hotel, this hotel missed the mark too many times. First, if you book late (our mistake), you get put into the closet room - this is the room between the bar and the kitchen. And yes, it's just as loud as it sounds. It's also on the first floor with windows that seem too sketchy to want to sleep near, and lights that flicker on... Also all the furniture in this particular room looks water damaged, thrift store second chance quality. Not exactly what you expect for a "4 star." Also, the TV only had 2 channels, in Spanish. I suppose a great opportunity to practice your Spanish. Since the sound was a little too much, the staff generously moved us to a second room, this time upstairs and considered one of their "superior rooms." Besides a robe, and the presence of a water bottle (was it included, who knows), this room was smaller than the one downstairs. But, at least it felt safer. The fun aspects about this room was that the sink was clearly clogged and not working properly (it gurgled, cute - not) and even though the shower had doors, they didn't come together properly, so you still managed to soak the entire floor. Which obviously has been a problem for a while because some of the bathroom floor was clearly warped. But, at least the limited furniture didn't feel like it was brought in from the trash and the TV worked. And, bonus, you get to hear the lobby music all night long, along with the doorbell when people walk in. If you fall asleep to sounds and music, or the sounds of snoring from the room next to you, then this room is for you! On our second night, since it was going to be $500 more to stay in a better room (seriously,) we were moved to another standard room which was on the first floor but in the back. Which, if we were given this room in the first place, one could argue that the hotel is "4 stars" but there's not much to the room that describes it as "4 stars." At least the sounds of the lobby, kitchen, etc. weren't present, but the walls were just as paper thin and therefore we heard the chatting of our neighbors for most of the night. At least they didn't snore. Sink wise, this room wasn't much better and since there were no doors on the shower, and despite trying to manage the handle, you'll still have the option to clean the bathroom floor while you take a shower. Multitasking at its best. Also, the hot water stopped working after 9am. So take your shower before 9am! All of this could be ignored - even having to stand on the toilet to reach the bathroom fan could be ignored - if the beds were comfy, and "4 star" quality. But, if a days inn has a better bed, then you are missing the mark. I'm not sure what about this place was "4 stars." It looks nice on the outside, and yes, the staff were friendly enough. Especially since they did move us away from the closet - so that I'm grateful for. But, you can't have greatness with bad ingredients and I don't think there are good ingredients to start with here. Even the location isn't superior. A hotel should be judged on its worst room, not its best. And we saw their worst room, the closet between the kitchen and bar - and even if they tell their staff to "be quiet," they can't tell their customers to be quiet, and if you are to rate a hotel based on this room, I would say they are quite far from 4 stars. And with a price of over $250 a night, do not stay here. The hostel is probably better, at least there you'll be able to meet the person who snores all night.

We visited this fine establishment for one night, to celebrate our anniversary. The beauty of the room was amazing. The quality of service, top notch. The variety of food at breakfast - the attentive and kind staff, 5 stars! Could not have asked for more. The prices reflect the quality overall. Well worth it. Look forward to returning. Very quiet location. Great breakfast

Its location is great! Close to the bus or subway station. Rooms are slightly larger than the average London room. We booked 7 nights for about 6,500 riyals. Our period was mid to end of November. Great service from the staff, cleaning the rooms daily and renewing the towels, the staff are all wonderful! We are keen on quality and always monitor the quality supervisor. I recommend it We booked through the Agoda application and requested a room with 2 separate beds, but the request did not reach the hotel. I advise those who book through the applications to contact the hotel themselves and give their feedback directly after booking.

It was definitely a well-deserved 4 stars. The beds are great, modern bathroom, everything is clean and always properly refilled. Attention: no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast not booked. Very quiet, even though everything is around the corner.

Room very small (we were put in ground floor internal with window looking into construction), tv did not work, kettle was European plug where room only had GB plugs, then power in our room went out in morning. Considering price we paid, not worth it even though compensated us 10% on checkout.

The room is tooooo small. There is no space to open my luggage. Lobby and facilities are too basic look like 3 starts. However, employees were polite. They were kind enough to take the luggages to my room.

The executive room is small, about 10' X 10' Very small w very small bathroom. I wish I could have stayed in the double deluxe but none available. The Bed was OK, a bit hard, the pillows were huge and really uncomfortable. Good linens, thats important No luggage rack...... No mini refrigerator....... No iron or ironing board or steamer One bottle of water a day....for 2 ppl Room service bottles were 3 lbs. Plus service fee. Asking for filtered water in our travel bottles seemed irritating........ That was rough, always needing water.. There's no small store on premises or near. The room did have a window we could open & see the trees & get a breeze. It was quite nice when the construction was done for the day. At first it wasnt a great impression but as we stayed the impression improved. The area is great It's a quaint, nice neighborhood, where you don't feel afraid going anywhere. Close to Paddington station & close to other stations. Housekeeping is very good! Staff is excellent. I must mention Michael the evening manager being a great aid & comfort for me. Thank you Michael! I must mention Magda as such a professional serving breakfast & room service always being so sweet!!! Your a star Magda! I must mention Thomas, Thomas always has a smile on his face and seems happy to see you. I actually missed Thomas on his days off!!! Last but not least is David, my help in the evening hours when I wanted a glass of wine. He was courtious & nice and professional. Well, I think that's it. I was happy to just not have carpet in my room! Yay!

The hospitality within was wonderful, the complaints I had upon the first room (2 single beds pushed together which ultimately had me falling through the middle) were resolved fairly quickly and was straightforward. Whether it was the night or day staff all were welcoming and polite. Unfortunately the bedroom had signs of an ant infestation, within 5 minutes of entering the room I noticed a live ant under the table which I swiftly did away with (in the morning), however in the evening I noticed 2 more in the bathroom and woke the next day to find more live ants. 7+ were found under the table, 1 on the chair and 2 which had found it's way on to the bed. It honestly made my skin crawl, this definitely created a bad experience and has made me all the more wary. It's unfortunate that the amount spent for some peace was actually spent on distress.

Very good hotel. Very attentive staff, clean room, in my case, a little small for two people, with facilities (wifi, TV, etc.). Very good location.

My second visit was for a birthday party, one of three that evening. The food was excellent, varied and plentiful. The friendly, helpful staff take a note of diners' preference for mild to hot dish by dish. Will deffo continue going.

Nice to have a bar in the hotel to come in for a drink after dinner. Very attentive service and good conversation.

Mucha variedad, recién preparado. Personal muy atento. Marché completo para pasar el día. Vegetariana y desayunos ingleses eran preciosas.

Nice bar and restaurant right in the Caesars hotel. The late dinner was fresh and really good. The are offering goos wines and cocktails. Nice quiet place for a dinner or lunch.

Trist, det var ingen andre gjester og dårlig service! Klønete kelner knuste flere ting opp til flere ganger. Maten smakte ingenting og vinen var alt for varm! Fikk feil mat 2 ganger og feil vin! Anbefaler ikke dette stedet for noen! Selvom hotellet så veldig fint ut er ikke restauranten mye å skryte av! Syns denne burde fjernes som anbefaling for dette er ikke et sted man ønsket og spise! Brukte bare masse penger på mat som egentlig ikke smakte noen ting! Trist at det skal være sånn 😕

Booked after reading a good review and wanted something within walking distance of our hotel. We weren't disappointed and couldn't understand how quiet the restaurant was as the food and service were superb. Lovely atmosphere and original freshly cooked dishes. Would highly recommend if staying close by.

I had a late night supper on my return from the office when staying in the hotel. The restaurant has aspirations to be something special and is stylish whilst still being friendly and personal. They were running a special for residents of two courses for £21 or 3 for £25 along with a free glass of house wine, I started with an excellent chicken terrine and followed it up with homemade fishcake topped with a poached egg, there was a small amount of salad but I could probably have done with a little more salad or some veg if I hadn't been eating so late at night. The food was beautifully presented and more importantly was very tasty. I would be happy to eat here again

Verry hard to find..no sinage. . Look for the bambo outside on the corner. We had the haddock fish cakes well put together dish.. The confit duck was the clasik..nice cabbage. The samon was perfectly done.. Probally the best meal todate in london

In het hotel gelegen restaurant.Of je nu op je kamer wilt eten of in het hotel restaurant, de bediening is in beide gevallen super(deluxe). Ook na de maaltijd is er ruimte om in het restaurant een drankje te nuttigen. Wanneer de lichtjes op dempen gaan, is de gehele entourage nog sfeervoller.

Everything was ab fab, the Mediterranean touch. At breakfast I had pan con tomate, I did not think that was done anylonger.

We were really impressed with the Caesar. The decor was modern and stylish and the food was fantastic yet reasonably priced. All three courses were exquisite with only very minor gripes (my duck could have been a bit pinker). When we dined at 9pm on a Saturday night, there was only one other table. Be that as it may, it didn't feel like it was lacking in atmosphere; it felt intimate, which when dining as a couple, isn't a bad thing. The waiter was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, I don't know whether he felt compelled to do this because it was quiet or because he wanted to hurry us along so he could go home but everything was so quick. Slightly too quick in fact. Each course followed the other immediately so there was no chance of a break. All in all, though, I would highly recommend the Caesar and will definitely return.

La carte est variée, aux teintes britanniques. Les plats sont très agréables, et démentent la mauvaise réputation dont peur souffrir la cuisine anglaise . Le restaurant est cosy, il offre une ambiance intime.

la cuisine est correcte, pas de souci...mais alors...que c'est froid ! des serveurs bafouillant un anglais approximatif, des portions minimes, des prix élevés...très dommage...une exception : les desserts, excellent...

We ate in the bar of the hotel to which this restaurant is attached. The meal was very nice but the bar was pretty dimly lit. Service was kind of slow but our barman/waiter was very friendly and nice.

Had dinner here the other night and the food and the service were wonderful. Menu was great, in fact my main issue was we couldn't choose what we wanted. Service was faultless and overall a wonderful night was had. We actually ate in a private room but if the level of food there is anything to go by, then we will be back again!
