Slug & Lettuce in City of London, Westminster

Booked bottomless brunch. Got there to be told they’re not doing bottomless brunch. Ordered 2 for 1 cocktails as advertised, to be told they’re not doing 2 for 1 currently. Staff were rude. It took over an hour to get some £15 nachos. What a joke. Only good thing was the music🤣

Booked dinner yesterday however when I arrived there was no sign of anyone. Eventually we found the table which had my name and said reserved for myself. Sat down and tried to order and it wouldn't work. I then asked a staff member why I couldn't order and she said there was no gas so they were no longer doing food. Really disappointed I was not informed before arrival as I had booked this for my partners birthday. I told the staff member and they didn't show any signs of trying to make the situation better (could've apologised or offered something on the house for the inconvenience however they didn't). We were then left trying to find else where to eat which is annoying as most places are fully booked on a Friday evening. very disappointing and poor communication. Do not recommend

One of the nicest bars in the o2! The food was prompt and delicious, drinks were perfect. Definitely will be back next time I’m around. Thanks Kelly, James and team :)

Went during Sabrina Carpenter concert. Music was unbearably loud, 2for1 deal wasn’t available with limited information saying so, bar very busy and bartender (Wesley) very rude.

Rachael was amazing very good customer service from Rachael lovely food and it was service with a smile nothing was too much for Rachel. Also I got a alternative option as I am vegetarian

We had a terrible experience in London at the O2x service was so bad, and barely had any drinks for our bottomless. We complained about the slow service, and receiving the wrong drink for every order but they did nothing to resolve. I wouldn’t recommend coming.

We went for a bottomless brunch before our Sabrina Carpenter concert and had Nadia as our waitress. She was so attentive and always asking how everything was, she was amazing!!

Atmosphere here was so chilled and old school 90s rnb and po0 being played! Deka was the perfect host making sure we always had drinks and making them to perfection! We will definitely be back! One of the best Slug & Lettuces we've been too!!

Staff were so welcoming and on the ball, never had a moment with an empty glass. So accommodating and the food was delicious. Huge shoutout to our server Deka, a lovely lady who looked after us during our visit, 100% would recommend ❤️❤️

I recently visited Slug and Lettuce in the o2 and had a lovely time. My server, Emi, was very helpful whilst I was picking what to drink and made me a very nice Sex on the Beach cocktail. Service was fast too. Would return :)

We had food and drink all was nice but the floor staff are absolutely rude there body language is a disgrace. We was sitting at a table and was told we couldn't sit there as we had to reserve it so we moved the table wasn't reserved for anyone and told it says that upstairs is for reservation only, nothing said that. Then we was sitting down stairs to have a woman slam down the menu stand placing a reservation card down then comes back telling us we have to move she then lied about being the manager as a man came over saying he was the manager so saying that she was refusing to let customers talk to the actual manager it's a joke never going back again they need to go tgi friday and get tips from the lovely happy staff there on customer service

EMI was amazing , very helpful and nice

I was there on Friday night, the team member helped me find a nice table which was lucky as the place was about to get very busy with an event that was going on at the O2. Service was great, the bartender James recommended a great wine, along with some delicious small plates for us, We didn’t wait long for our food and the bartender remembered my new labourite wine when I went back to the bar, which made me feel valued as a customer. Have to say we had previously been in the all bar one, and the atmosphere in the Slug and Lettuce was totally on point, could not be beat. Thank you to the team for the great service, showing the love and the great atmosphere which made our evening. Highly recommended and we wil be back.

Deka was amazing!! Very attentive and asked us several times if we wanted another drink. We definitely got our moneys worth for bottomless!! (This isn’t even all of the drinks we had and there’s only 2 of us)

Great drinks mixed by Reyonce and great service the food was really good and Constant flow of drinks for the bottomless brunch only downside is the heating was broken so was a little cold but didn’t let that stop us from having a good time would defo come back again

Worst place I have ever been to.

Came to slug & lettuce for a friends birthday brunch. Food service was very slow (got our food 15mins before brunch time was over and made us late to our next activity booking) however our lovely waitress Deka was able to give us a few extra drinks to make up for it ,food was great and drinks were good.

The brunch started off bad and we waited 20 mins to be served, however when we was assigned Deka she was fantastic and kept the drinks going and made sure our brunch ended as it should. She provided a fantastic service and is an assets to slug and lettuce O2 xx

Awful service. Waited 30 mins for drinks. Escalated it to the staff they did nothing. It still wasn’t here 15 mins later over an hour I requested a refund from the manager who did nothing

Celebrated my friends bday here, huge shout out to Deka who made our experience 10/10. We did a bottomless brunch, comparing to other places I’ve done a bottomless brunch at the drinks could’ve come quicker, we only got about 7 drinks in the 2 hours, but we could see there was only two foh staff on a busy Friday night.

I got 3 small dishes - 2 out of three were lovely - the 3rd chicken bao buns were awful. 1st of all bao buns are meant to be a soft bun - this came deep fried! 🤢 no warning of that since the menu didn't mention it at all. The filling was again nice but the fried bun completely spoilt it - please please please state on the menu of this happens! I did not want or expect a fried bao bun!

We waited 20 mins for our drinks to turn up, put in a food order that didn't arrive. Waited over an hour, nothing. We weren't the only people with this problem because when I went to the bar to ask for a refund, there were three other people complaining about the same thing. The manager didn't appear to care, never apologised, or offered to help. Just gave me a refund, never said a word the whole time....in fact none of the staff said anything. I was super polite too when I could have been a lot more upset. Very poor service, would not visit again.

Not usually one to leave revirws but we came today (29th december) at 9.30am, the bar staff were so rude, all have attitude problems and no customer service skills. Bare in mind we are there for a kids show. The 3 coffees we ordered took 20 mins, the place was not even busy. The family next to us literlly got a refund and walked out due to how rude/ disorganised it all was. Shame because we’ve come before and the staff were nice and the place itself is pretty. Maybe need some kind of training for the ones that look like stroppy kids working behind the bar.

SHAMBLES. It took the kitchen 1.25 hours to bring out £30 worth of food. Customers who ordered 30 minutes after me were receiving orders. Nothing on the bar staff I just honestly think the kitchen must have been a scene from Gordon Ramsay’s nightmares. For a restaurant that has the fortune of basing itself inside a popular attraction in London, I’d stick to drinks your food was woeful. 1 waiter as well for a restaurant hosting 40+ guests. Poor effort S&L

Thank you to Alisha for the kindness you showed my son today. We will always remember how you went above and beyond to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible for him. This was the best autism-friendly service at a restaurant that we have ever experienced, so thank you.

Complete shambles ahead of disney on ice. Waited for over an hour for food and ended up leaving after getting a refund. Multiple tables were doing the same. If the place had decent management they would have stopped taking orders and given the kitchen a chance to catch up.

Came here on the 22nd December pre concert, had a table booked. Ordered drinks and food at the bar, young girl at the bar was polite. Our starters came on time but mains took long to arrive and people next to us had their food before ours. Did not find the staff friendly. Food was nice although it came late. I have been here with work a number of times and found the service good, unfortunately on this occasion has made me not wanting to return.

I went in with a group of friends on Friday 13th December for pre concert drinks. I ordered 2 gin and slimline tonics and queried the price when it came to over £25. The lady serving said they were doubles. I told her I hadn't asked for doubles and was shocked to be told they only served doubles unless otherwise asked for. I asked for singles and she put a £6 refund up for me to tap my card on but checking my bank I have not got the refund and over £25 was debited. The thing that is most wrong is that without knowing they are being served doubles, people could unwittingly subsequently drive their car thinking they are within the limit but two drinks could cost you your licence. Dreadful and dangerous practice. Not impressed.

Home of 2 for 1 but don’t do 2 for 1 and the cocktails were minging tastes like the punch made at my cousins 5th birthday but for £15 then we asked for money back and they person (appreciate she was busy) was very shirty as if we was wrong for not thinking they didn’t taste good, guys go be at 1 and save your time

We sat for the bottomless brunch and we were served by Deka. We sat down and our first drink came within seconds and from that point we were never left drinkless, halfway through our current drink the new order was already taken and arriving at the table. Food was lovely, we had a lovely time, would 100% recommend!

Harley was amazing. We are a large group and he made sure we always had everything we needed to have a good time. He asked which drinks we liked the most and brought us a jug of each so we can top up. They were very busy and Harley still made the effort with us.
