Really recommend. Good music, great vibes and a good selection of drinks. Great for any occasion. Emi who served us was really friendly, prompt at taking the order and very efficient.

Came in for a couple of drinks with my friends and was served by Emi, she was amazing. She has incredible customer service skills, was very polite and helpful and made incredible cocktails for our group.

Mary was amazing! We had some issues booking bottomless brunch but she sorted us out and kept our drinks topped up the entire time! She is a fabulous hostess and a credit to the team!

Came to the O2 branch today the service was amazing. We asked to sit at the booth. It wasn’t yet clear as customers had just left but the host Izmir did not hesitate to take our order and placed us there. His customer service was amazing. He even helped us out and made sure that we took advantage of all the offers they had on in the restaurant. Thank you

Came in for pre drinks before going to see Jungle, they were playing their music all night and kept a good vibe throughout. Drinks tasted good worth the price. Huge props to James for getting drinks served fast.

Had a table booked for 1pm my daughters birthday had to find staff to let them know we had arrived was told to just sit where we want no interaction from staff no one interested in serving us after 20 minutes we departed. Staff clearly have no concept of hospitality service Slug & Lettuce missed out on £180 which was spent else where.

I stood at the bar and watch 3 bar staff serve without speaking or smiling once. Drink handed to me and card machine pushed in my face without a word Spoken.

very yum and quick however our table was wobbly and a few tables waited a while for food and we had a bit of bread that was rly burnt

A busy venue but they didn't seem to know how to deal with how busy it was. Had to wait over 30mins just for four cocktails to be made. Will not return.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good but could be bigger Atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant music was a bit loud for my liking as it wasnt too my taste. Overall a good experience, will eat here again and would recommend

Had a brilliant time at Slug and Lettuce! Shaq’s service was absolutely spot on – really attentive and friendly, made us feel right at home. The food was great, and the music set a great atmosphere for a chilled evening. Can’t recommend it enough we’ll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere! Went for a girls night and had one of the best nights out in a long time. Cocktails were made perfectly and the staff had great service. Two members in particular made sure that we had everything we needed (I believe their names were James and Nads). Such a credit to the bar- will definitely be back again!

Lively place with a good atmosphere. Service was quick and staff were very attentive and raised the energy of our group. James and Nads kept spirits high, maintained a speedy service and became friends of the group for the night, going above and beyond our expectations; giving us a night to remember and making this one of our favourite spots to visit once again. Hats off to James and Nads for pulling it out the bag and going the distance 👍

First time doing a bottomless brunch at the O2. It was more than perfect. Great food. Great cocktails. Special shout out to Tillie who was super attentive and lovely. She made our visit a warm, welcoming and amazing one. Totally recommend the whole experience.

Good spot before concert. Right next to the seated area for indigo. Got a drink tower and the zombie cocktail. Service was good, drinks were cheap. Buy one get one deal was awesome!

Walked into the restaurant for the first time and was helped out by Izmir. Very friendly and helpful, he showed me very good deals for food and drinks too which I'm more than wanting to come back to enjoy again! Thank you Izmir, definitely coming back!

There was no visible instruction to go to the bar to place orders. Drinks left on counter top without a shout out to us to come and get them ourselves. Both starter and mains brought to the table at the same time. The steak and chips were cold, curry wasn't well made aside from the really small portion.

Sticky tables and poor bar service! The tables need a serious deep clean! I stood at the bar to order food and drink! One only other person waited before me! We both stood patiently whilst the FIVE staff behind the bar didn’t break off their clothes cocktail class and tilling accounting and the fifth being non descript, despite seeing two customers waiting! VERY POOR

Appalling service on the WOD 29/06. Bar staff standing round making their own drink. Only 1 person serving. Waited 20mins then walked out as it was a joke to see 5 members of staff behind the bar not serving. Walked 2 mins back to another bar and was greeted and served within 5 mins. Wouldn't bother going here as staff DGAF about you.

Friday at 4 pm. Come on, work on the basics. Low staff, dirty tables, slow service. Don't think the pipes and glass washers have been cleaned recently.
