Only 2 people serving but you would never know the service was on point and Izmir was so accommodating to my young niece requesting to sit wherever she wanted and when she asked about the Photo Booth he was very patient and explained why it wasn’t on. We did a bottomless brunch, was served by Deka. Had such a good time, Deka made our experience 10/10, very accommodating. Would definitely do again! Deka deserves a pay rise.

Failure from the start. Walked in, having pre-booked and past our earliest arrival time (it gives you a two hour slot) with staff having no record of the booking, sending us upstairs, saying upstairs was closed, seating us, then having us move. Once seated, we were approached by a gent selling drinks from a tray. Yes, the ones you're thinking of. Asked how much and were told £7 each, which seemed reasonable. Paid, only to finally open the menu and find them at £4.25. Enquired only to be told that this gent is from an agency, so it's fine. Then tried to order food on the app, which was fruitless, having to end up ordering at the bar, and drinks, for which the birthday QR code didn't work (thankfully the manager was used to this). Also turned out that the drinks offers in app don't actually exist, so false advertising on top of everything else. Music was too loud to have any form of conversation, which I understand, having been before, but for an establishment serving meals and still in that time frame, it's a bit much. When food (small sharer plates) did finally arrive (and I will say we ordered later in the day so can understand somewhat) 40+ mins later, it was lacking, to say the least. Having oil dripping from the food, and more oil (genuinely looked like baby oil) as a dipping sauce was a new experience. Visited the ladies and it was definitely a facility that is left off of duties, and sat down to hear someone throwing up while someone gave her advice (girls loos, iykyk). And to top it all off, while trying to eat these, we were rushed by the arrival of the clubbing crowd starting their evening dancing around our table. Unfortunately, there are also no "doggy bags" to take any food in either, meaning it goes completely to waste, rather than going anywhere it may be valued. 100% wouldn't come again, the money you'd spend on drinks to forget this isn't worth it.

Worst meal I've ever had. Most food returned to the kitchen. Fish goujons had no fish in it, everything clearly comes from a tin. Was told a manager will come speak to us, we are still waiting. Drinks they can't mess up

Bar staff not friendly at all in fact no smile, not even a hi. We booked table for 8 pm and then rushed us to go downstairs at 8:45 just when food arrived or asked us to eat quickly. Food is average as well

I went for lunch and I was served by Izmir, very nice guy, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed the food and the vibes.

Appalling food. My Asian Noodle Salad was not fresh. Peppers were literally sludge and the singular baby sweetcorn on plate was grey with a black tip and did not smell good. My partner had fish &chips. Fish was horrible and the batter was inedible. Fish was a U shape on the plate and looked awful I really do feel your kitchen staff need training in how to store fresh food. They obviously take no pride whatsoever in the food that leaves your kitchen. Never again

App wasn't working so went to bar to order, was served quickly and proficiently. Ordered 2 adults meals and 2 kids meals, the kids meals came with desserts. They tried to bring the kids desserts out first and when we told them we hadn't eaten yet the look we got was, can you not have the desserts first, but she did say she will bring them back after. We then received our mains quickly. We finished our mains and then waited for 15 mins and eventually called someone over for the kids desserts, they had no idea what was going on so then nother 15 mins passed and after the waitress looked upstairs downstairs and the kitchen finally brought the desserts out. All the while 6 to 7 staff members including the first waitress stood at the bar area fiddling with each others hair. Maybe a bit more initiative and enthusiasm would go a long way.

Quite a few issues to be fair... When ordering a kids meal deal, it wasn't going through and there was a lot of back and forth as it said on the menus £7 for meal, drink and desert, but was charging individually. Then the beer I chose ran out mid way, and it looked like the guy looked over to see if I was looking and was going to top it up with a different beer, switched what I was drinking so this didn't happen. Then we're waiting for our food and we were presented with a kids burger, without a burger... Turns out it was for the table next to us. My food comes out, no mayo ordered, loads of mayo in it. We finished eating and are waiting for the kids ice creams, we speak to two different people who confirm what we ordered again and go back into the kitchen area... I'm the mean time one of the same waiters brings out a plate of fish and chips and asks if it's mine... Having already served all our food, would have thought he'd known it wasn't. We wait some more for that ice creams, 20mins... Then decide just to leave, much to the disappointment of the kids, and our pockets having source these elsewhere at more expense. When leaving we noticed another family having the same kinda of issues as we were. Looking at the other reviews it must be hit and miss if you get a good or poor experience... But we won't be back.
