Local Rodizio Branch that me and my family come too often . Our recent visit (12/03) was a good experience. The highlight is the different kinds of meats and the variety. I have read other reviews based on this branch, and some employees do express attitude however, the majority are friendly, especially the girl with red hair at the bar and the manager.

Travelled over 1 hour to this branch as it was halal but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Really bad experience. Waiting around for ages to get a bite of raw bland food. Avoid at all costs.

The food was great, but the waitress were very rude with no knowledge how to treat customers. She was very rude from the beginning to end. As I can see in the others reviews it seems to be a recurrent problem that they don’t want to solve. Unfortunately I won’t be going to this branch again.

Having experienced that concept in Brazil, this restaurant didn't really "work". The meat came quite regularly, but the taste was all quite salty and the same. Didn't really distinguish the flavors from each other. Buffet table ok. The stomach was filled, but the taste world was not the best possible. The price, including drinks, is quite high.

Amazing , the staff , food, location and everything

I recently dined at Preto Brazilian Steakhouse in Bayswater and it was a fantastic experience! The variety of meats was impressive, all cooked to perfection and served fresh off the skewer. The staff was attentive, ensuring our plates were never empty, and the salad bar offered a great selection of sides to complement the meal. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. If you’re a fan of Brazilian-style rodizio, Preto is definitely worth a visit.

Food prepared with no care whatsoever. Poor quality, awful food. The staff just don't care and you can feel this in the service and in the food. This was my third bad experience at Preto. There won't be a fourth. All Preto restaurants need to close. They are an embarrassment to Brazilian food.

Fabulous little Brazilian steakhouse! Selection of the best cuts (picanha, maminha, etc.) and buffet essentials (salads, feijoada, etc.). Very tasty, beautiful space, nice atmosphere and staff, and an unbeatable price: $16.95 for all-you-can-eat at lunchtime! Will come back for sure.

The kids really liked the card system for the meats. We had a good time. Walked into the restaurant, but rolled out like a barrel filled with food. I been in the Victoria branch, I cant tell how good was that as it was my stag party, so dont remember much, but we definitely had a good time. This restaurant is just as good. The food was amazing the chef with the tattoos on his arm and the lady with ginger hair was very friendly. Not so much the lady with the darker hair. The place filled up quickly for a Wednesday evening, so definitely book a table if you go there.

I personally love the heart, the meats came, but many times over and we had to ask for the heart, when it came, it was raw. It wasn't worth it. I ordered 1 guarana and the buffet and paid for mine and my son's and it came to 45 pounds, I didn't think it was worth it. Unfortunately. I would recommend this place to everyone. I arrived early, at 7 pm, on a Wednesday. It wasn't crowded, but it didn't live up to expectations. Here we save up our money and when we go to a steakhouse we want to stuff ourselves with meat and that's what happened. Sorry for the long text.* I love it here, I've been coming for years! Nice atmosphere, good prices, staff always provide good service. I highly recommend it, it's not always very crowded, but I still make a reservation to make sure there's a place. I arrived at 9:15 pm and still managed to get a little heart in the all-you-can-drink, just joy and Antarctic guaraná. The caipirinha was perfect (2023)

Grand finale... at 8.50pm you ask if you can have a coffee (2)... negative, machine already clean, so stick to it. Lovely experience. Meat cuts were so tasty and juicy. We were well looked after by all the staff. Nice seating as well.

Visted Sunday lunchtime and were the only ones there for most of our meal. But I will say that didn't stop them from cooking all the varieties of meat and consistently bringing out more. Toilets were also very clean and smelled surprisingly nice.

The food is really delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the experience I had was absolutely unacceptable. Yesterday I had the immense embarrassment of falling off my chair, which simply broke, making me fall to the floor with a loud crash. Everyone got up from their tables and looked curiously to see what had happened. Amidst much laughter, the manager approached and, insensitively, asked if I was okay, and suggested that I had broken the chair because I was drinking caipirinha. At that moment, in addition to the immense embarrassment, I felt a mixture of indignation and offense at the mockery and lack of respect. After this incident, it was clear that all the staff changed their behavior, and the initial friendliness disappeared. There is no doubt that this restaurant is not prepared to deal with accidents that can occur due to obvious maintenance failures or inadequate quality of the furniture. The most outrageous thing is that, despite all this, my bill was around £160 and I received no apology or discount as a sign of consideration. I was already a regular customer at the restaurant, and this incident not only left me extremely disappointed, but also made me realize the total disregard and lack of respect shown by the establishment. I am truly outraged by the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism demonstrated.

La camarera era súper incómoda y no nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, no muy grosero, pero era solo un comportamiento extraño. El ambiente era inexistente, algo de música tranquila, pero que se ahogó por el sonido de mesas y sillas siendo arrastrados a través de las baldosas mientras se reorganizaban, la licuadora extra alta y los platos se apilan sin cuidado en el área de buffet. La elección del bar buffet no fue genial al principio, estaba viciado y el pan era tan duro como las rocas. Lo refrescaron después de que estuvimos allí un tiempo, pero fue un poco tarde. La carne estaba sabrosa y bien cocida, pero nunca nos dieron las cartulinitas para pedir más / evitar que vinieran a nuestra mesa con carne. La selección de postres presentada como ejemplos de lo que está disponible parecía realmente poco atractiva, no estoy seguro de por qué dejan los postres fuera para sudar y hundirse en lugar de solo dejarlo a su imaginación o tener fotos en el menú. Small restaurant offering Brazilian specialties, including rodizio. Overall it was okay, I found the meat a little fatty but the servers are attentive to your preferences (grilled or rosé).

Whilst the food is good I wish the same could be said about the staff. Their attitude is appalling and are not only completely unapproachable but have not got the foggiest idea about hospitality. I would strongly urge the owners to review their waiting staff and their approach to customers

This place is a great choice for a family day out or a romantic table for two, especially if you can take advantage of the 2-for-1 promotion. They have a fantastic selection of assorted proteins, including chicken, beef, pork, lamb and sausages (Halal options are available upon request), all of which are delicious. Additionally, salads accompany the meal, all served in a cosy atmosphere. Lunch is around £17, and dinner is £ 30 for the same spread. Oh! Did I mention that it’s bottomless?

I have been coming here for years and while it is a family favourite, the quality had gone down a lot. Barely any meat is served which also comes around very slowly. The price is also insanely high per person. If they improved the meat servings and increased buffet options, this place would be great

The meats was perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with flavor, while the Feijoada tasted like a comforting home-cooked meal with a gourmet twist. The variety at the salad bar was fresh and complemented the mains beautifully. For dessert, the Brigadeiro was an indulgent treat that left us smiling. Our waitress was not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Her warm smile and genuine recommendations elevated the entire dining experience. She ensured every moment of our meal felt special, and we left feeling not just satisfied but truly appreciated as guests.

Food was amazing, the staff were really friendly. I mark the staff down slightly only because they were quite forgetful. For example; we had ordered drinks and I asked where they were from the table, I then had to get up to go ask someone as they still had not arrived, then they arrived quickly. Similar with the bill, we had to ask twice befor the bill arrived. Now it was very busy in the resturant, yet I would not expect to have to ask twice for more than one thing; it makes me wonder if we had walked out if they would notice.

Cuando llegamos a casa, mi marido y nuestros hijos no se sienten bien. Tuve que vomitar porque no sé qué edad tenía la comida. No lo recomendaría en absoluto. Não recomendo. Não tive uma experiência boa com os garçons, havíamos acabado de comer e pedimos uma água, o garçom anotou o pedido e se retirou. Esperamos por um tempo e ele não retornou, depois de alguns minutos ele retornou com a conta sem que houvéssemos pedido e sem a água, pedimos novamente a água e ele retornou com a garrafa de água e copos sujos, a princípio pensei que fosse marca da água por conta do calcário, mas não era, realmente era sujeira. No mais, o atendimento dos passadores e da moça do caixa foi super profissional e atencioso.

English: We had dinner at this restaurant, all in all nothing special but what really made me angry was the behavior of the waitress who was really unprofessional, my husband accidentally took a dessert from the buffet without realizing that there was a sign saying that the desserts were only for display and that if we wanted dessert we had to ask for it, when my husband started eating it the waitress ran to our table and told us that the desserts on the buffet were old and that they were only for display, while she put her hand in front of her mouth because she felt like laughing, after which she ran to tell what had happened in the kitchen which was right behind us and we could hear their laughter while they were making fun of us, but she didn't stop there she continued to make fun of us with her colleagues and with some customers making us feel extremely embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable the young lady in question should definitely learn seriousness in the workplace and professionalism because being a waitress means above all putting customers at ease and not making them feel embarrassed. As for us, we apologize for the unintended error and that is why we have intentionally left the service charge on the final bill even if it is really undeserved. Thanks to never again.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Most of our party have not done a Rodizio experience before but the member of staff was able to easily explain it to us. Each cut of meat was very delicious. The same goes for the salad bar, which incorporated some very nice Brazilian dishes

For a Brazilian Steakhouse I was disappointed. The food was very slow to come out and the meat was cooked medium to medium well on every cut. The Pork Loin was so over done it was difficult to chew. Some meats were so over marinaded, they aren't good. I want to taste the meat. It's a nice atmosphere, The salad bar is quite small though On the bar, the cheese is old, and the rolls - ice cold. A few things changed and this place would be incredible.

Jennifer was an amazing treasure of a person! I booked for a party for my father’s 60th birthday, we requested the downstairs area and we were able to come early to set up for the party and stayed until later! We were truly among family and friends at this restaurant and my dad and mother regularly attend there due to the great service by Jennifer and the delicious food! We played some games and gave out prizes! We are Brazilian so we knew we wanted as close to authentic as possible and she made that happen for us! We are more than grateful for her, she is incredible.

El servicio fue rápido; sin embargo, cuando solicité un plato, me sirvieron dos muslos pequeños y pequeñas sobras de carne roja del día anterior que eran más difíciles que la cecina de res. La lealtad y satisfacción del cliente no significa nada para preto Queensway, muy decepcionante y recomendaría evitar el plato. Food is very good and you are served proper meat, namely high quality meat (like Picanha) keeps being served. The buffet is really good and with variety, and caters for vegetarians. Service was flawless and caring, with special thanks to Giovana and Alvaro, both made us feel special and went extra mile to care for us.

There is a buffet with hot and cold dishes. All very tasty. During dinner, 2 men walk around and come to your table with a skewer with meat on it. They will cut off a piece of meat for you at the table if you want. A really nice concept. The lighting is quite bright.

Was the meat products on the buffet bar halal? We were informed the place was halal friendly but the non pork producta were too close to the pork one(only on the salad bar) hence we couldnt try it out. Every time I have the chance to return to London, the obligatory stop is the Preto restaurant, in Queensway, a Brazilian churrascaria with excellent meat and a delicious maracuja caipiroska.

Really bad attitude from the guy on the grill. Absolutely refuses to cater for our choice to the point he says “do you want your beef or not?!!”. Sadly the Manger of the restaurant didn’t know how to deal with situation and he continued to be rude. This happened with in 10 minutes of us seating and we had to ask for the bill which the manger immediately shouted “ give them then bill” , And they wanted us to pay for the full price with that attitude even though we had two pieces of meats !!! Complaint Regarding Service and Pricing Issue on Visit Date Dear [Restaurant Management], I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your restaurant on 31 of july . A friend had informed me about the 2-for-1 promotion on Wednesdays, which prompted us to visit. However, upon arrival, we were charged the full price for our meal. When I inquired about this discrepancy with one of your staff members, I was informed that I needed to make a reservation through your website before coming to the restaurant to avail of the promotion. It was disheartening that this information was not communicated to me earlier by your waitstaff. Furthermore, the service we received was subpar. In the span of 40 minutes, we were only served picanha meat once after voicing our concerns. Prior to that, we were given linguiça and chicken. Paying £200 for predominantly sausage and chicken left us feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as customers. I believe in fair pricing for quality service and food, and I expected a more transparent and enjoyable dining experience at your establishment. I urge you to review your communication practices with customers regarding promotions and reservations to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
