Dining at Preto was an unforgettable experience for a Christmas work dinner ! From the vibrant atmosphere to the rich aromas of authentic Brazilian dishes, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The food was simply incredible. The meats was perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with flavor, while the Feijoada tasted like a comforting home-cooked meal with a gourmet twist. The variety at the salad bar was fresh and complemented the mains beautifully. For dessert, the Brigadeiro was an indulgent treat that left us smiling. Our waitress was not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Her warm smile and genuine recommendations elevated the entire dining experience. She ensured every moment of our meal felt special, and we left feeling not just satisfied but truly appreciated as guests.

Food was amazing, the staff were really friendly. I mark the staff down slightly only because they were quite forgetful. For example; we had ordered drinks and I asked where they were from the table, I then had to get up to go ask someone as they still had not arrived, then they arrived quickly. Similar with the bill, we had to ask twice befor the bill arrived. Now it was very busy in the resturant, yet I would not expect to have to ask twice for more than one thing; it makes me wonder if we had walked out if they would notice.

Food average, service below average, atmosphere average. Just the lamb was good. Me, my wife and kids tummy got lose as soon as we reached home.

Cuando nos dieron la factura hubo un cargo por servicio que fue discrecional, cuando le dije a la señora que no estoy dispuesto a pagar que su actitud estaba llena y nos dio tan mala pinta como si dijera que estoy pagando por mi comida también. Muy decepcionado. La carne tarda una eternidad en llegar y te da vvvvvv poco al igual que pequeñas picaduras de palomitas de maíz. Cuando llegamos a casa, mi marido y nuestros hijos no se sienten bien. Tuve que vomitar porque no sé qué edad tenía la comida. No lo recomendaría en absoluto. Estoy muy decepcionado con la comida y el servicio, pero yo diría que el camarero con el pelo rizado era bueno solo. Desperdicio de nuestra tarde y dinero también. Aparte de la carne, la comida en la mesa era tan básica que no había variedad.

Não recomendo. Não tive uma experiência boa com os garçons, havíamos acabado de comer e pedimos uma água, o garçom anotou o pedido e se retirou. Esperamos por um tempo e ele não retornou, depois de alguns minutos ele retornou com a conta sem que houvéssemos pedido e sem a água, pedimos novamente a água e ele retornou com a garrafa de água e copos sujos, a princípio pensei que fosse marca da água por conta do calcário, mas não era, realmente era sujeira. No mais, o atendimento dos passadores e da moça do caixa foi super profissional e atencioso.

English: We had dinner at this restaurant, all in all nothing special but what really made me angry was the behavior of the waitress who was really unprofessional, my husband accidentally took a dessert from the buffet without realizing that there was a sign saying that the desserts were only for display and that if we wanted dessert we had to ask for it, when my husband started eating it the waitress ran to our table and told us that the desserts on the buffet were old and that they were only for display, while she put her hand in front of her mouth because she felt like laughing, after which she ran to tell what had happened in the kitchen which was right behind us and we could hear their laughter while they were making fun of us, but she didn't stop there she continued to make fun of us with her colleagues and with some customers making us feel extremely embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable the young lady in question should definitely learn seriousness in the workplace and professionalism because being a waitress means above all putting customers at ease and not making them feel embarrassed. As for us, we apologize for the unintended error and that is why we have intentionally left the service charge on the final bill even if it is really undeserved. Thanks to never again.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly. Most of our party have not done a Rodizio experience before but the member of staff was able to easily explain it to us. Each cut of meat was very delicious. The same goes for the salad bar, which incorporated some very nice Brazilian dishes

For a Brazilian Steakhouse I was disappointed. The food was very slow to come out and the meat was cooked medium to medium well on every cut. The Pork Loin was so over done it was difficult to chew. Some meats were so over marinaded, they aren't good. I want to taste the meat. It's a nice atmosphere, The salad bar is quite small though On the bar, the cheese is old, and the rolls - ice cold. A few things changed and this place would be incredible.

Food is good, but meat doesn't come around that often, but everything was tasty, the garlic beef was the only thing that was a little tough/chewy

Jennifer was an amazing treasure of a person! I booked for a party for my father’s 60th birthday, we requested the downstairs area and we were able to come early to set up for the party and stayed until later! We were truly among family and friends at this restaurant and my dad and mother regularly attend there due to the great service by Jennifer and the delicious food! We played some games and gave out prizes! We are Brazilian so we knew we wanted as close to authentic as possible and she made that happen for us! We are more than grateful for her, she is incredible.

El servicio fue rápido; sin embargo, cuando solicité un plato, me sirvieron dos muslos pequeños y pequeñas sobras de carne roja del día anterior que eran más difíciles que la cecina de res. Después de enviarlo de vuelta, recibí cuatro obleas - rodajas delgadas en su lugar. La lealtad y satisfacción del cliente no significa nada para preto Queensway, muy decepcionante y recomendaría evitar el plato. Se trata de un cliente que trajo familiares amigos durante todo el Covid y mantuvo el negocio funcionando.

Non stop of grilled meet and chicken in addition to different types of salad

The food was amazing, I went with my partner and had the most tasty meat I have tried in london. Would recommend go with an empty stomach and by the end try the passion fruit mousse.

Great value Brazilian buffet with lots of choice and plenty of food.

Food is very good and you are served proper meat, namely high quality meat (like Picanha) keeps being served. The buffet is really good and with variety, and caters for vegetarians. Service was flawless and caring, with special thanks to Giovana and Alvaro, both made us feel special and went extra mile to care for us.

Unfortunately, it took quite a while for our drinks to arrive. However, this minor issue didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our meal. Overall, we would highly recommend Preto Queensway for a memorable family dinner. The quality of the meat, the variety of the buffet, and the friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

There is a buffet with hot and cold dishes. All very tasty. During dinner, 2 men walk around and come to your table with a skewer with meat on it. They will cut off a piece of meat for you at the table if you want. A really nice concept. The lighting is quite bright.

Was the meat products on the buffet bar halal? We were informed the place was halal friendly but the non pork producta were too close to the pork one(only on the salad bar) hence we couldnt try it out. I hope they reply here to let us no if the chicken and non pork products are halal on the buffet bar.

Every time I have the chance to return to London, the obligatory stop is the Preto restaurant, in Queensway, a Brazilian churrascaria with excellent meat and a delicious maracuja caipiroska.

Really bad attitude from the guy on the grill. Absolutely refuses to cater for our choice to the point he says “do you want your beef or not?!!”. Sadly the Manger of the restaurant didn’t know how to deal with situation and he continued to be rude. This happened with in 10 minutes of us seating and we had to ask for the bill which the manger immediately shouted “ give them then bill” , And they wanted us to pay for the full price with that attitude even though we had two pieces of meats !!! we went to this restaurant the food was so bad l would not go here again the set cost for meal it's not worth the money the meat is heated up so many times and the other dishes are not worth the eating. This company don't care about customer service! DO NOT EAT HERE!! You just wasting your money.

Great discovery during my stay in London. You have to be ready for the tastings and especially remember to return the little box on the table when you are full. Otherwise it's really nice

Complaint Regarding Service and Pricing Issue on Visit Date Dear [Restaurant Management], I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your restaurant on 31 of july . A friend had informed me about the 2-for-1 promotion on Wednesdays, which prompted us to visit. However, upon arrival, we were charged the full price for our meal. When I inquired about this discrepancy with one of your staff members, I was informed that I needed to make a reservation through your website before coming to the restaurant to avail of the promotion. It was disheartening that this information was not communicated to me earlier by your waitstaff. Furthermore, the service we received was subpar. In the span of 40 minutes, we were only served picanha meat once after voicing our concerns. Prior to that, we were given linguiça and chicken. Paying £200 for predominantly sausage and chicken left us feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as customers. I believe in fair pricing for quality service and food, and I expected a more transparent and enjoyable dining experience at your establishment. I urge you to review your communication practices with customers regarding promotions and reservations to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Arrived today and waited at the door with no acknowledgement. Asked three times for assistance and when we finally got served, the lady looks at the buggy and says oh Jesus Christ. This is the lady holding the card machine in the pic. We specifically said we had a buggy on the booking. When asked what she meant by Jesus Christ. She said we are busy and have no room for your buggy. We walked out without even dining here. This was booked by my partner for my birthday. I will be telling everyone to not come here. Staff don't care about their customers. You never get treated like this at the other venues. Staff should consider another role other than customer service.

Decent Brazilian BBQ place. The variety of sides was good, and all the ones I tasted had good flavour. The red meats were all cooked well - personally I found half of them tasty, with the other half acceptable. The chicken was disappointing in flavour - I tried both the spicy and herby options, and both felt like they could have done with a longer marinate or more seasoning, Would still recommend this place, more so if you have a big appetite for meat

As a Brazilian, I thought Preto was exceptional! The meat was perfect the farofa rice and feijoada were soooo well made and also the staff was sooo kind to us and lovely and accommodating. I def recommend this place for a great Sunday Rodizio :) I will for sure go back. Omg the caipirinhas were also top notch

The place is quite small compared to other similar places I’ve been to. I think the tables feel quite small but it’s ok as it’s usually just a few plates needed. The meats were really tasty especially the lamb and the pepper beef. We were never left waiting too long and so service and time was good. The salad bar was decent too, I really enjoyed that. My photos don’t do it justice but that was because I was enjoying it. For £30 plus service charge it does feel quite pricy but I think in line with everything else it’s quite good especially with unlimited meats that actually do taste great!

Great rodízio, feels like Brazil!!!

Avoid if you are expecting meat to be anything like a proper steak or grill place. Salad bar too basic to justify the price either. Meat not to a good standard and low quality cuts. That beef tenderloin looked far too pink and resembled intestines. Lemon chicken and Picanha were the only decent meats on the night. Too cramped and overpriced for what you get. Was better off going to a Lebanese and the bill £90 quid for three was a serious joke. I am sure for the right punter it presents good value but no thanks not touching this place or chain again.

Came to the restaurant at 21:30 to be told at the entrance that they are closed and dinner is finished when it says on Google and their website that they close at 23:00, time wasted and annoyed. As they should provide a service to the closing hours they stated not close earlier because of how they feel like. however went to a nice Turkish place called gokyuzu which I believe we enjoyed more than we would of with preto.

Had the Rodizio Grill when I came, definitely come hungry because you’ll be filled till bursting when you leave! The meats were varied and everything I tried was juicy and delicious. Didn’t manage to eat the full range but if what I tried was any indication, everything was well seasoned and delicious. (Sorry was too busy eating to photograph the meat service lol, but it’s definitely just like other Brazilian places I’ve been to) The self-service salad bar includes Brazilian favourites like coxinha and pão de queijo. I particularly enjoyed having the rice and mashed potatoes with farofa.

The meat was super tasty and they came around all the time with different types of meat. Tried a few things from the buffet, but the meat was the main thing for us.
