Very good food and top service! Was full by the end of it for sure.

The food was absolutely awful. I have never tasted such bad Brazilian food. The food was off. The 2 pieces of meat that were not off or borderline off, were absolutely tasteless, completely bland. T There wasn’t even the standard salt on the meat! My group was made of 12 people and those that ate the food got food poisoning. Avoid at all costs the food- the meat. The “salad bar” is made of a few small dishes. These were nice and this is what we had to rely on in order to eat. The cocktails were very nice although it took ages to make and the restaurant was not busy apart from our large table. The waiters were very nice and attentive but again, the food was actually disgusting. I don’t usually write reviews but this needed to be shared.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Preto BBQ Rodízio, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff’s attentiveness and the cozy ambiance only enhanced the experience, making Preto BBQ Rodízio a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and a great time. I can’t wait to go back!

I wouldn't recommend it, a very poor buffet, few options, the food didn't look good aesthetically, and the rodizio with the wrong cuts of cane and the flavor wasn't pleasant.

Young atmosphere, lots of confusion, friendly staff, trivial side dishes and tasteless meat.

WHAT A WONDERFUL BRANCH!!!!! 2min walk from Basywater station. People, what delicious food! EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! MAYONNAISE SALAD WAS THE BEST I EAT IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! Everything was spectacular. Authentic Brazilian barbecue! I highly recommend it!!!! I took my Romanenoo boyfriend to discover our culinary culture! Delicious natural lemon juice! He loved it!!! We love everything!!!!! I will come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Picadilly Circus branch! Indian grills.... rude passersby... QUEENSWAY will now be my favorite place when we are in London, we live in the country.

The food quality doesn't seem to justify the price. My family of four was charged £156 for the open buffet, despite it being advertised as £19 per person. Furthermore, during crowded times, you may receive only small portions of meat. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what we received.

The food was great, amazing concept. I came for the halal option and I was very happy with the restaurant. I highly recommend it. The salad buffet was lovely and the meat was good quality.

05/04/24 Attended my favourite ridizio restaurant again. This time we were hosted by Shafiq (Manager) Beef ribs, beef neck and roast lamb tonight was an absolute delight! Spectacular evening! Thanks, Shafiq! 👌 We were hosted by Marco and he provided excellent customer service during our dining experience. The bbq was cooked well and full of flavour. Excellent value for money.

Me and my partner came here, our family are brazilian and this is the closest you will come to it! Food and caipirinhas were amazing! Joao was our waiter he was so polite and warming cannot recommend enough.

It's really gone downhill since my last visit. The staff appeared to be deliberately offering the cheapest cuts of meat. The alcatra only came round once. Had to request picanha and then it took ages. When I first arrived I asked for garlic bread, well that didn't even appear. Won't be back

I went there for lunch and had the salad buffet with meat. The waiter serving was friendly and smiley good looking Brazilian. Food was hot and salad was fresh. I Love the salad bar and am there more for the salad bar than meat. I like it here because where else can u get an unlimited salad bar like this? If you like salads, fresh bread and cheese with different types of sauces, you will like this place! 😇😀❤️

Expected more from the buffet, on a usual brasilian rodizio, we have a lot more options

Try this restaurant for a second time Absolutely disgrace, The people who serving the food are moody and angry, They take so long to serve you food, At the beginning I ask how many meats they have which the answer was 12 but they bring only few and after I spoke to one of the workers then they add one more meat 😄 Didn’t like it at all and even I mention it’s my dad Birthday then still no effort not so ever The most funny part when we got a bill and after all that rubbish service then they charged us £10 for service charge for 2 people without any service 🤔 Not recommend and not coming back again 👎

Amazing place to eat Halal steak. The servers are a bit slow and bring meat very slowly to tables. They want you to get full on Salad Bar stuff. Service is not amazing but the steak quality is superb. When the bring meat take more thats my advice otherwise you will wait long. Rump steak is bestttttt

Ema, Mazzola, Samantha and Jhennifer, were the team that served me, I have to say they were exceptional, they always served with a smile and empathy in the restaurant and were always willing to meet my requests without waiting time when I asked for something, I hope that The boss is aware of how committed the team is to serving the customer with maximum quality, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation, for my first experience at this restaurant I am super satisfied, as the meat was good and the service was excellent. I'll be back soon

Good service - hot and salad buffet with good variety and quick replacement. Meat rotation with good serving dynamics, with no need to wait long for the next meat. Brazilian music and good atmosphere. I recommend it for lunch or dinner to anyone looking for a good selection of picanha and brisket, with a good price and good quantity/service.

Must say! I used to visit this before! Last time I went was a disappointment! Prices have gone up and quality of food gone down! Have order few deliveries from here first two times I mean they sent reasonable amount for wat I had ordered! But lately both quantify and just kept on going 🤔 and most recently had not even received and of what I had ordered! Really disappointed with how down hill this has been going 😕

Quality of the food is so poor compared to other similar brazillian steakhouse place in London. Most of the meats were dry. Less cuts available. Starter and side dish menus are poor. Salads were not washed and I even found bug in my salad! Service is also not good. Had to wait longer peroid of time for meat serving, as only one person was serving to the whole restaurant. A total disappointment!

Very well received here, great food

Big disappointment. High prices with very basic buffet and mostly dry meat without salt. Very tight space. The tables are so small that two men can hardly seat together. Anyway we came for food and the meat was served all the time as expected. The problem is that it was simply not tasty.

If you plan to go there and wait for your friend to join you later, you should consider that your friend, who will join your table later, [after 15:50 ] will be treated as a new customer and not in lunch deal ! .Therefore, the bill will be a separate bill .

Been here many times, great food and selection of food. Sometimes it takes a long while for the BBQ to arrive, had many staff walked passed whilst we are waiting. Had to end up asking for more meats, though the "more meat please " card is flipped on the green side.

I've been a regular customer of Preto Queensway. Actually, Preto in general. But the Queensway restaurant is by far the best I've visited.

Unfortunately there has been no way to get a medium rear meat, i went with no expectations and left with no joy :)

I gave it four stars because the meat took a while to arrive about fifteen minutes after we got access to the buffet but even though that happened Jennifer welly took care of that and is in general just really kind and polite.

Restaurant was packed and the people queuing for a table were crammed inside the restaurant next to diners. Due to the location of the queue being next to our table, my friend's jacket was pickpocketed at our table by someone in the queue and his wallet was stolen. Staff were unable to do anything about it, despite having access to the security footage. The issue was discovered by another diner waiting in line who told us to check our jackets after she observed someone going through our jackets. The restaurant needs better security / crowd control to prevent this from recurring. Additionally, one of my party had a gluten allergy and the servers who came around with the meat had no idea which dish contained gluten or not. Numerous staff members didn't even know what gluten was due to a language barrier. One made an attempt to guess whether a dish had gluten, and guessed incorrectly. Luckily, we looked up the allergens list online to prevent a worse outcome. It was an absolutely awful experience.

Chances are you won't remember the food. Keep your belongings safe. The restaurant is a circus. I was warned about this by my friends but seeing is believing. A reservation is really just a gesture to make you feel more hopeful as you stand in a long queue of impatient people. If you're unlucky you'll be seated next to this queue, which inexplicably is allowed to form right next to several tables. This felt pretty uncomfortable. A constantly changing cast of people bumping you as you try to sit at your table. Also, the wait staff don't want to contend with the rabble, so you don't see them very often at these particular tables. The climax was when another guest, who was waiting in the queue, informed us we should check out pockets as someone had walked in amongst the chaos, sat on the floor and gone through the jackets of seated guests. Sure enough, my wallet was gone. I informed the staff and received from each a blank shrug – my read was that this has happened before, perhaps often. The manager also shrugged and told me I should file a police report and they can have a look at the CCTV. The bill arrived with discretionary surcharge there as usual. Ha. The same guest, who, on reflection, must have been waiting in the queue behind our table for a full hour, informed me apologetically that she had informed the staff of what she was watching unfold and they ignored her. She apologised saying she was too scared to intervene or alert us. No hard feelings towards her. Just what an endorsement of a venue's ability to provide a safe environment – surely the minimum expectation.

We have our this is not worth any amount of money, and does not compare at all to Texas de Brazil, or Fogo de Chão. This is awful.

Turned up without a booking but restaurant empty. A couple of waiters totally uninterested but eventually gave us a tiny table for 6. Opened the single menu which we were given to find it was filthy and sticky. Left at that point and went to a nice restaurant instead! No idea if the food is ok but based on the state of the menu I wouldn't risk it.

Really tasteful! It's like when I was in Brazil. You get to taste 10 different meat pieces that's served by waiters on-demand, while you have a buffet of everything else. I came quite early so it was easy to get a table to sit. This is a place you should spend some time at and also be mindful not to eat too much since 10 pieces of meat is quite a lot.

Good value, we had 2 for 1 offer. All the meat was cooked well, and super tasty. The side bar was good, but not massive. Staff friendly and helpful

All you can eat Brazilian steak house, Different meat options. (pork, chicken, beef) The food was very nice, the only Bad thing is that some Things are laying around a little bit to long.

Today was another treat after the first time I was here a year ago. Food is as excellent, now we have the lovely Jennifer who made the best cocktails and amazing service was taking care of us from the begging till the very end, very energetic also Pedro and the chefs are super welcoming and definitely love their jobs!! I wish the business and the staff lot's of good fortune and more great service. Eat as much as you can haha so be prepared to eat as much as your eyes and heart wants!!! ❤️

Very poor service- waiter was useless- slow, brought alcohol containing drinks when we specifically specified no alcohol. Brought an alcohol containing beverage for my minor son! We had to wait a long time for the meat to be brought- our table just bypassed. Buffet wasn’t topped up- empty most of the time . Bartender dropped a knife she was using to cut limes and went on using in without washing it. Very disappointing experience - pity no zero rating option

Absolutely amazing food spot in Queensway! Really recommend doing a rodizio buffet as great value for money and waiters come around with different types of meat so regularly, you don’t even know if you want more!
