Fantastic base in York for family get together. A house within walking distance of centre with parking for 3 cars. 3 generations ideally catered for in immaculate conditions, even some outdoor space, a little basic but great on a warm night. Couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Amazing food and staff. We had the taster menu and it was all just beautiful. The atmosphere is good, not stuffy at all abd the staff were incredible Will definitely book again

We had a special event here for my partners menu. Hengata was absolutely incredible! They prepared a totally new tasting menu for the occasion which was much better value for money than anywhere else in Harborne. The food was perfect and the chefs and the waiting team couldn’t have looked after us better. Thank you to the Hengata team!
