Just been to Ali & Val's Sandwich Bar in Morley, had an egg buttie - absolutely delicious, egg cooked perfectly. Super clean place friendly staff, 5 stars for the on site fresh baked cakes! Highly recommend, will definitely be going back!!

La primera vez que visité aquí con amigos y la primera aparición fue, es un pub encantador desde fuera y por dentro era aún mejor. Hermosa decoración. Nos sentamos rápidamente y el servicio del personal también fue agradable y rápido, no te molestaron demasiado, solo revisaron de vez en cuando todo estaba bien para ti. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa y porciones de buen tamaño, no demasiado, pero lo suficiente para dejarnos satisfechos y el precio era realmente bueno para la comida que recibimos. En general perfecto en todos los aspectos y definitivamente lo recomendaré a todos y volveremos pronto.

I've taken the kids here for years. Great spot in my home town. Only issue is, it's never open! Such a shame because it's a great asset to morley

Wrong closing timings online and on the store as well. Used to be open till 12am before then 10pm but you closed it before 10pm even when on your door it says 10pm? Arrived at 9:31 but closed?

Really disappointed in our recent visit to this pub. We usually love it here but our recent visit to celebrate a birthday was disappointing from start to finish. We were first told that they were out of chips, but was not told this when we first sat down. We were only told this as they were taking our food orders. I did not want mash or jacket potato with my burger so I had to think quick about another order as everyone else had already ordered their food and they were waiting on me. Because of this I quickly skimmed the menu and saw peppered steak so ordered this. After ordering, I wondered why they were able to offer mash and jacket potato but not chips when everything is supposedly homemade? Anyway, before the food arrived they took another drinks order and my drink got missed off so I had to ask again for this. They realised this was missed and did apologise for this. When our meals finally came, the peppered steak was not what I expected at all. I don't know how you can call it a steak when it was just pieces of thin beef in a pot of sauce with vegetables. It was definitely more of a stroganoff/stew than a sliced steak with peppercorn sauce. Anyway I went up to the bar to politely say I wasn't expecting this so asked if I could swap the pot of beef and sauce with a steak and pay the difference. The woman was very abrupt and said if I wanted to do this I would need to pay for both meals. I'm not sure why I would need to pay full price for both meals when only one was being eaten...I was happy to pay the difference? I explained I didn't feel like it was made clear on the menu and she argued back straight away that it was. Her quick response makes me think that other people have had the same complaint. Anyway I said to leave it as I didn't want to pay for two meals which would amount to over £50 when I was only eating one. I don't think the quick change of meal I had to make helped either due to you not being able to supply chips (which come with almost every dish on your menu). Anyway I ended up leaving hungry and disheartened because I did not eat my meal and I was stilled charged full price. It just seems to me that you are more bothered about the money than making sure your customers are happy. The other meals also were not the most flavoursome either.

Manager had a disgusting attitude toward customers and any personal comments should be made out of hearshot

Terrible servicio al cliente, no estoy seguro de si nuestro servidor estaba odiando estar en el trabajo . . . total mala actitud para mí y mi amigo. Ignorada en el punto de servicio al hablar y apartar la cabeza de nosotros mientras dábamos nuestra orden. Después de hacer nuestro pedido, , dijo "ir por allí" tan abrupto . . solo salvando gracia de nuestra visita, fue la comida era realmente agradable para una patata . .
