I ordered 4 extra hot latte and various food buy time I had paid for ordered the person had already made the coffee's I felt the cups and new straight away that they were not extra hot as I order them all the time. I mentioned it to the woman making the coffee are they extra hot and she said yes then charged her mind as she looked at me and then said we only do them to a certain temp. I said I think they usually heat the cups first with hot water then she said I ready did that which she did not. Took them to the table and as we drank them they only warm but it was pointless taking them back how is it at most costa when you order extra hot they make an effort to make them hotter not impressed.
