Called in yesterday around 11-25, bought carrot cake. coffee, a pot of tea. Took away Quiche, the best I’ve tasted for a long time. Such a friendly place, very rustic.. and so welcoming. Thank you.

We had a great experience here with the food and the service was fine too. We joined our friends who live in Newbury, and had recommended it to us. We will be back in December and will come again.

Very disappointed with the coffee this morning .no large lids .and the price.this was not the first time this as happened.

Another excellent meal and service at the Pub/restaurant. Very dog-friendly and our dogs feel very welcome here. We will be back.

Ordered a black filter coffee to go. Very hot drink, quick service and tidy surroundings. Shame about the location within an uninspiring Welcome Break.
