My two friends and I had breakfast in Fego. I had the Ranchero and my two colleagues had The Full English. Fantastic food. The staff were very professional, attentive and friendly.

Service very slow. Had to ask multiple times for service; got up to get extra water as staff would just ignore us even though there appeared to be many of them, but they just seemed to not be doing much. Food took a long time to come & then only some of the food arrived & one of our party had to wait another 8-10mins before their main arrived but with no explanation or apology as to why it arrived long after the others had. Toasted sandwiches were burnt black in the middle on 2 separate orders - unbelievable they can serve food like that which was inedible. Haven’t been here for years, and this experience reminded us why. Never again!

This has been our 'go to' for a Sunday roast for a few years, reliable and great food. I am sorry to say not any more. Our 3 x roasts were all served cold, we sent them back. They were replaced fairly quickly. The roast chicken was terrible, it was dry and hard. The 2 people that had it couldn't eat it. The 2 x dishes were taken off the bill, and a 20% discount on the remaining food, but that didn't really help, as our Sunday outing was spoiled. 2 people had a mini crumble and that was luke warm, again not great. The service was friendly and apologetic. Looks like we'll have to find a new Sunday favourite, which is disappointing.
