Lovely place for brunch. Friendly welcome and fresh, well-cooked food. Perfect when travelling through on the way from Hastings to Worthing, as right on A259.
£4.40 for a bad coffee (which I didn't even finish) while someone plays a piano too loudly and butchers Over the Rainbow (might be part of the reason why I didn't finish the coffee).
