Fabulous place, fabulous food, fabulous people. What more needs to be said. We eat there regularly and haven't ever been disappointed.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We went with my elderly, disabled parents, and they couldn’t do enough for us. The home-made cakes are to die for and the view. I could’ve sat there for ever.

So glad to see this place open again. Food is very good and well priced. Friendly and helpful staff and wonderful views inside and out. We're local and know the best places...this is one of them. It's now back on our list of places to eat.

"Our experience at Chequers Inn was disappointing. We found the 10 meals to be expensive given the poor quality of the food. Out of our group of ten, only two burgers were decent, while the rest of the dishes were of low grade. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. If we were to consider returning, significant improvements in both food quality and customer service would be necessary."
