Have been driving past Scoop for the past couple of months since it opened and itâs always busy - we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, the staff are great and talked us through the best way to âbuildâ our dessert!! You choose your base (you can have a brownie, waffle, cookie dough đ€€ and even half a croissant !!) then select your ice cream flavour, then sauce and then topping! This place even does candy floss đ€€ For our first visit we had a waffle with millionaire ice cream topped with caramel sauce and honeycomb pieces. I had milk chocolate cookie dough topped with millionaire ice cream, biscoff sauce and biscoff pieces. They also do milkshakes, donuts and coffee! Will be back again soon

This was my second visit in a month . The staff are so friendly and welcoming , there is a great selection of both breakfast food and lunches and cakes / snacks . The coffee is very good and they have a very large range of soft drinks . Tables are a good size and spaced well for those with children , dogs or limited mobility . The cafe is dog friendly with bowls and space . There is a toy cupboard which my grandson particularly likes as he can explore safely the toys and books . Cafe is fully enclosed . Iâve had breakfast , which is very good and also sandwiches which are very reasonably priced and come with good quality crisps and fresh salad . There is plenty of parking and the garden centre is a good reason to stay longer . This is a gem which is a real asset to the local area .

This is a great place to pop in for a coffee and/or meet friends or colleagues for lunch. There is a good selection of drinks and brunch or lunch options and a great selection of cakes if you want to be a bit naughty! There is loads of space, ample free parking, free wi fi, and the lady serving on the couple of occasions I have visited so far is absolutely lovely she really makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Prices very reasonable as well - what's not to like? Only a couple of minutes from city centre, I thoroughly recommend you give this lovely cafe a try.

We absolutely love this Starbucks. It is extremely clean and the drinks are always 10 out of 10 exactly as you customise them! Bobby is always so friendly and efficient and Kim and Susie always greet us with a smile. We also often get delivery from Uber Eats/just eat and the banks always come with a friendly hand written message its so sweet! We literally have never had a bad visit and we are there at least 3 times a week

Amazing view of the surrounding area, directly connected to a public footpath that takes you straight to the South Downs. Great for a warm coffee or a cool drink or ice cream, perfect for dog walks, hikes, or simply relaxing in the sun in a peaceful area by a vintage barn.

Do not be put off by the slightly dull exterior of the Royal Oak, inside is superb and at the rear are tables overlooking open countryside. A very friendly welcome from the landlord and the offer of freshly cooked food is all that two weary and hungry walkers could ever hope for. Having chosen the âall day breakfastâ we were not disappointed. It was fantastic value for money.

On our way down the M4 we decided it was worth a 4 min detour to try somewhere other than a service station. Great little cafe set amongst a cluster of artisan shops. Lovely crispy bacon bap and excellent coffee. Friendly staff and pretty surroundings, so much nicer than the services and better value too.

The staff at the Clock Tower Cafe are always incredibly polite and helpful. The food is cooked fresh and always delicious. If you have room for pudding, or fancy an afternoon tea and cake, the selection of cakes is vast and absolutely scrummy. Dishes are available all day, which keeps the kids happy if they fancy pancakes for lunch! Excellent value. Cannot fault in any way.

Youâre greeted with a huge menu board outside, there is so much to choice from it was nearly impossible to decide as everything sounded amazing! All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and eager to please. The cafe is spotless! Itâs so cosy too. And then, the best bit, the food! It was so obviously cooked to order and fresh, the portion was huge (not complaining as I took what I couldnât eat home with me). 100% will be visiting again to work through the menu. Thank you đ€
