Visited before 2nd lockdown and everything was run to keep customers and staff safe, food was incredible and staff lovely. Will definitely return soon as we can. Very dog friendly

We chose Retreat as it is a very pleasant setting and the location was convenient. The food was good quality and the portions were adequate for a lunchtime meal. Service was attentive but they didn't get everything right even though it was very quiet. Prices are a little higher than other places in the area but not outrageous.

Amazing food, old traditional classics done really well. Proper pub grub Lovely classic desserts Great food and drink menu Lovely friendly staff Only thing I could complain about was no Cognac to finish
