Found this lovely cafe by penshaw monument and had a cake and drinks. Never again ( at least before Christmas). The cake and drinks were lovely. However sitting outside with my dog under cover they have decided to place a man with a chainsaw for Christmas trees in the same place. Left with a headache due to petrol fumes and a terrified dog due to the noise.
