terrible experience ,this place is going downhill , someone should recap the cain and take it back to the stars

Llegó con familiares para tomar café y pastel. Tuve que borrar una de las 5 tablas que quedó sin borrar. Encontré pequeñas moscas sobrevolando la comida, así que tomé café y me fui rápidamente. Lástima ya que es caro y esperábamos un montón de personal mejor en así que no hay excusas!

Amazing choice of delicases , I can vouch for the Pistachio Milkcake, yum and the coffee takes you right back to the Arabic region of the world. By far this is a must go shop for me when I’m in the area. Excellent people , excellent atmosphere and excellent food , what more can you ask for?

Patrick the Italian manager is brilliant. He makes the best coffee there and is attentive to his customers. He was recently off and it wasn't the same without him. Great employee to Nero as he keeps me going back for my coffee

Sábado 15, 4 pm - dos chicas en servicio extremadamente groseras. Uno de ellos hablaba en italiano todo el tiempo frente a los clientes. Reír haciéndonos sentir incómodos. Mal servicio al cliente. ¿Es esta la forma de administrar una cafetería?

Recently returned to Nero in Sheen and it didn’t disappoint. Carefully crafted coffee and lovely service. Spacious seating inside which is cosy! Highly recommend.

Been past a few times recently This place appears to have now closed down Not a problem as There are plenty of better coffee shops close by to choose from

This was the 2nd time we have recently visited the Cafe as we do not live locally. My husband had the Dirty fries and I had the Egg & Cress on granary sandwich. Both were excellent, in fact the sandwich was so full of filling I think it was probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The Dirty fries were excellent too done with fresh chillies. Both were well presented and a good idea that the plates were bought to the table on a placemat. Rena was very pleasant and explained the specials which were available. We are planning another trip up to Feltham in a couple of weeks when we will definitely be in to try your special breakfast menu 😃

Family run Cafe with an abundance of choice, friendly staff and owners too, Food cooked by 2 able chefs. They've been here a long time and have a raport with locals and those from afar too. Always clean and tidy and also cheap compared to other Kingston Cafe's

While packed in the crowd in Westfield, we always stop at Sacred, very good service, excellent espresso and a space to sit and reinvigorate before going back to the shopping madness.

Great atmosphere and good food. Had the Nicholson’s fish and chips and portion was just right and the fish cooked nicely, loved it! Recommend a visit when in London.

Encantado de encontrar que este pequeño lugar ofrece buena comida a un precio decente para esta excelente ubicación. Tuve una ensalada griega y café, sentado en una mesa exterior. Buen servicio, personal amable, buena comida durante todo el año.

The day we got more than just a wrap……. Food - delicious, tea & coffee - lovely Staff……. Well……. After spending £25 and eating in, just as we were leaving; the owner decided to ‘tell’ me not ask me if he could, but decided to ‘tell’ me how I should parent and what I did wrong. I have a just 2yr old - who was absolutely fine in there (no damages and anything she dropped on the floor I picked up and cleaned the chair too). And a 4 month old. I was meeting my dad who I don’t see very often as we live far apart and wanted to have a nice catch up over a bite to eat with his granddaughters. The owner told me how I should parent, what I should say, what I shouldn’t say or do etc etc etc What I would like this person to know is that you never know what’s going on in someone’s life. And unless you do and you’re very close to them DONT tell them what they should and shouldn’t be doing with their children. You have no idea what’s going on in my life and why I was so close to Kingston hospital and why I was only meeting my dad for a very quick bite to eat. To say mentally I’m struggling with stress and health scares etc etc is an understatement. So your ‘advice’ was very much unwanted/unneeded/uninvited…..! The shop says Sandwich Shop - stick to what you’re good at. And unless someone opens up to you, keep your opinions to yourself! I will not be eating here again. I will be telling people and all my clients/family/friends/colleagues about this experience and this man’s parenting advice; just so they know to avoid this place too. Especially women; who it seems he treats terribly from other reviews I’ve read!

Visité aquí solo por segunda vez y tuve una experiencia agradable. El ambiente era agradable y casi lleno cuando llegué, no demasiado ruidoso. Pedimos las gachas y el Americano negro, que llegaron a tiempo, calientes y sabrosos. Las gachas de avena tenían una buena textura y consistencia con una buena cobertura de yogur fresco, frutas y semillas. El café era bueno y no demasiado fuerte. Volveremos de nuevo la próxima vez que pase por la zona.
