Me recomendaron probar el plato de sopa de fideos de pato hoisin y pensé que era bastante sabroso. El único problema es que el caldo que vierten no estaba muy caliente. Cuando se mezcla con los fideos fríos y gyoza solo está tibio. El gerente cambió mi primer tazón, pero el segundo fue solo un poco más caliente.
