I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at fumiko. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort. The food was exceptional every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the ramen rich and satisfying, and the tempura perfectly crisp. I especially loved the miso cod it was creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious. The service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. Whether you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine or trying it for the first time,fumiko is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely love Santa Nata custard tarts. The pastry is so light and the filling just perfect. Always pick some up when I visit London!

please don’t eat in this place!!!! food quality 1/10 food quality 1/10 food quality 1/10 service 8/10 money worth not at all . the manger tried us trick us when we asked to remove the Cover charge “ a gift to the company “ he did remove it from bell but not from total !! i dont recomend this place no matter what.

Fantastic cafe with a varied menu of perfectly prepared and presented dishes from quality ingredients. Something for everyone. Friendly atmosphere in a light and spacious environment with great staff. Looking forward to visiting again!

Pizza was really good value and came with a drink. Unfortunately I found that it lacked seasoning and had too little tomato sauce.

Cafes and restaurants are caught between a rock and a hard place. Costs are going up and too hefty price increases reduces customer footfall. The Grumpy Goose seems to under stand that many want quality and are willing to pay a tad more to get it. We had savoury pancakes - fluffy pancakes, maple syrup, a couple of decent rashers, a poached egg and a very good banger. Coffee had a good bite and the team there are personable and polite.

We waited 45 mins for our food to arrive, with no water being topped up in the process. Menu was different to the one on the website, with limited choices of small plates. The food was fine, but I don't think it justified the price.

This is a small, cosy restaurant so booking may be necessary. We visited when there were two 6pax parties so it was a little noisy. Food was delicious,lamb was tender. We ordered 2 starters and three main courses plus the tahdig rice. There was plenty of food, we could have ordered one less main. For the tahdig, we expected it to be more crunchy like in a bibimbap. Meal was good but pricey.

Sashimi fresco, con personal muy atento y buen conocimiento de la comida y el sake. Lo recomendaría. El tiempo de asiento es limitado durante la temporada de mucha actividad, se aconseja llegar a tiempo

Beautiful place. Good drinks, good service. Try the banana espresso martini!
