Its a cafe but does old fashioned cafe food very well. The bacon and eggs are great. Nice staff too. A comfortable place to visit.

Unfortunately we went again. Poor shisha and service. Older Arab man who cannot make shosha. Tasted burnt and could only taste coal. Avoid.

I simply asked for a coconut chai latte. I was given a half full cup and simply asked why it was this way. I was literally scolded. The female staff then in turn said in the loudest voice okay I'll do take two on the late then filled all The way to the top. Sorry again I paid for a latte. Why shouldn't my drink be the size I paid for. she had the most awful attitude and again multiple people commented on it. And I still haven't been rude in anyway. If you have a small business like this. Hire pleasurable people. Rude staff will break this business.

It's Sunday and I'm feeling bored. I went to Cafe Nero at Harrow on the hill and tried their pistachio iced Cafe latte plus their new Italian cream bun. It's a waste of money! Horrible taster of both items! Never again!

Treated myself while on a rare trip to the office. Cheese and tomato toastie was burnt and had the most minuscule amount of cheese in it. Coffee was tepid. Had great expectations but sadly not met. Staff were sweet but one wore his mask under his chin!!!

Rude customer service. Turned up to the counter to have the cashier oblivious to waiting customers as he was preoccupied with his phone. I asked him to change one of the doughnuts and he huffed and puffed. Made to feel like a nuisance.

We chose this cafe for lunch today as it was a convenient place before travelling back on the M25. What a good choice we made! The staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. Our orders were cooked from scratch and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch. I particularly recommend their omelettes with a choice of toppings at a very reasonable price. Halloumi and mushroom was a winner for me! Give this place a go if you're passing by!
