Excellent welcome provided by an ethos attic and friendly staff. The coffee and donuts are excellent too. This is a very good place to rest while visiting the lakeside complex and a ready welcome awaits all those that make the effort to find it.

I visit this store very often. Staff is really helpful especially a young lady called Bailey and all the supervisors and managers will go and extra mile to help the cust6. Store is clean and they have plenty of offers in store. A member of staff is always present at the front door to greet customers with a lovely smile.

Dreadful service……. trying to serve order so quickly (even when there was no que). And so proud to hand over 2 incorrect coffees…..hardly any salted caramel sauce, a quick squirt of cream and no sprinkles. Tall guy making the coffee was absolutely incandescent when I asked for the correction. It’s the small things that give pleasure in life…..and when you’re paying through the roof for a shall pleasure you want it to be right! Do better!!!!

The breakfast is superb as is the coffee, forget Costa, get your coffee here instead. I had a bacon baguette and it was well priced and very nice indeed. However, what makes Cafe Giardino stand out is the amazing service delivery of the staff, they are so very welcoming and friendly. Well done.
