The best restaurants serving Mexican food in Guildford South East

The food was amazing I got the beef brisket and it was so flavourful, the guy explained the process to me and even checked up to make sure the meal was good 100% coming back soon

Ordered for click and collect - order was not ready on time and I was eventually handed a sealed bag with correct name and order on it, drove 45 mins home to find bag contained someone elses food - I'm a vegetarian (ordered a veggie burrito) and the bag contained a chicken quesidilla. Would strongly suggest avoiding the click and collect service / opening the sealed bag they give you before leaving. Am awaiting a refund but will likely have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback as have heard nothing back from Chipotle.

On the positive side I thought the food was lovely - perhaps not authentically Mexican but closer than the tex-mex served elsewhere. The restaurant has an interesting layout - we had booked ahead and had been allocated a table closely opposite a very wide female toilet door - if I were to return I would ask for a table in the main restaurant near the kitchen/service area and away from the toilets. The service was disappointing - a lot of staff but it was as though we were invisible - the first order of starters was forgotten and we were just left there for 10 minutes without anyone coming to check what we would like to order. Asking a passing waiter if we could have some more water for the table he looked at us and completely ignored us. As service charge of 12.5% was added to the bill I am guessing the staff don't feel they need to put in any effort as at the end of the day they still got £13 from our table for poor service. Yes I would visit Gordos again as I like the food - but I am disappointed I cannot give this restaurant a 5 star review.

Order cancelled over half an hour after being accepted. Never ordering from Tortilla again.

Burrito was good deal for money with a generous filling. quesadilla tasted fresh and the staff were very upbeat. Shoutout to Miguel the manager who was very friendly.

Been twice for food and I can say I’ve really enjoyed the food, however I went today and a staff member who I think was called “Nicoleta” was extremely rude and had poor customer service.
