The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in Haringey London

Este fue un gran pequeño restaurante turco en Green Lanes que solo duró unos meses. Tuve una excelente comida aquí y el gerente y el personal fueron muy amables y amables. Lamentablemente, Magara no pudo competir con los nombres más conocidos cercanos, donde la gente hace cola afuera porque han escuchado que tal o cual restaurante es a lo que deberían ir. En lugar de permanecer en la acera durante media hora esperando para sentarse, podrían haber ido inmediatamente a la casa de al lado y haber comido bien.

First visit to this restaurant. I tried the chicken platter and it was delicious, and generously served too. Every ingredient was perfect and tasty: the veggies, the rice and of course the chicken. The staff is friendly and service is fast. Recommended.

Newly opened restaurant. Had a mezze and coffee and both were excellent. Portions were very generous. Will be returning for sure!

This place is wonderful. A great atmosphere in the lovely community of Muswell Hill. Great food, lovely staff, can’t wait to come back!

Went for a meal at the Oasis Grill Bar and it was very disappointing, in truth it was really awful... One starter was unedible and the 2 mains were very disappointing... Will not be going there again.

The food is really great and the presentation and service are of a very high standard. They have a lovely seating area in the back which is covered but feels like you’re outside and the selection of food was reasonably priced and delicious.

They fit us in for an early dinner without a reservation. Fast with the food, lovely service and they had a high chair for our toddler. Loved the food and the restaurant was really nice with some mood lighting and a comfortable bench seat

Treated our son, son in law and 1, 1/2 year old grandson. They loved it. So sad to see that it is permanently closed as wanted to treat them again and they live in Muswell Hill.

Fui por el almuerzo de precio fijo, desafortunadamente mi primera opción (tortas de pescado de salmón) no estaba disponible, pero la ensalada griega era muy fresca y sabrosa, servida con pan tostado y aceite de oliva. Mi única crítica fue que el aderezo estaba un poco afilado, ya sea demasiado jugo de limón o un vinagre balsámico demasiado fuerte. De postre elegí el pastel de banoffee que era excepcional. El servicio estaba atento - comencé fuera, pero un aguacero resultó en un traslado dentro! Estoy de acuerdo en que algunos elementos en el menú eran caros, de ahí mi elección del menú fijo. I travelled 2 hours to return to Taksim (now Rosey's restaurant) which was one of my favourite places to go to in my old neighbourhood. While the food was still good, the staff rather shortsightedly, decided to rip us off by £15. When questioned, they did not even apologise and only offered to return £5 to us, charging us £10 for biryani rice (plain rice) when the biryani meal including grilled meet (which we did not order) was £15. This would mean that the grilled meet was worth £5 while the rice was £10. I don't think so. I did not enjoy being made a fool of and it really ruined all my nostalgic memories of one of my favourite places. When getting the bill, make sure it is itemised and matches the prices on the menu. Such a shame and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I don't why they did this. I would have left a tip, returned here and recommended it to others and now I feel compelled to warn others of the pitfalls. Very poor approach to running a hospitality business.
