4-5 North End Parade West Kensington, London W14 0SJ England, EnglandMade an online booking, received confirmation. Was travelling to London for 2 days so booked a hotel close by. Arrived for my dinner at 8pm and restaurant was closed! Why on earth are you guys taking bookings causing so much inconvenience to people to travel to your restaurant, only for you to be closed. It’s very poor business etiquette. If you can’t accommodate your customers booking, then change the opening hours or your establishment rather than just confirming booking and your restaurant is closed.
