Wassouf Lounge in Hammersmith and Fulham

Made an online booking, received confirmation. Was travelling to London for 2 days so booked a hotel close by. Arrived for my dinner at 8pm and restaurant was closed! Why on earth are you guys taking bookings causing so much inconvenience to people to travel to your restaurant, only for you to be closed. It’s very poor business etiquette. If you can’t accommodate your customers booking, then change the opening hours or your establishment rather than just confirming booking and your restaurant is closed.

Booked a table based on reviews, they even confirmed the reservation and when we turned up for dinner was completely closed. A Sunday evening with booking and e mail to confirm an hour before. Totally unreliable no idea if food any good as didn’t get the chance to eat it as it was closed.

A fabulous and authentic Lebanese restaurant. A great choice of dishes and each one (I was in a group of 11 and we ordered a really broad range of dishes) was delicious. Great value for money, highly recommended!

we received two requests to reconfirm reservation dinner May 12 we arrived at the restaurant It was closed. No sign on the door. Went next door to Indian Express... great meal there but very unprofessional and poorly managed

We came a group of 4 on friday night. We ordered few mezza dishes and 4 main courses. The food was delicious and the shisha we had was so nice. The atmosphore was so nice and very warm to sit outside with all the heaters. I highly recommend this place!

The food and service at this place is simply outstanding. Fantastic vegan and meat options which suited our group. We were looked after from the moment we walked in.

Lovely shisha chilled vibe. The waiter was polite. Relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend trying this if you are around the area.

Food here is excellent the only reason I think it's all stars was that the meal served cold they actually returns of the new fresh dish which is much hotter but really I believe they should get it right first time

Came in for a date few days ago. Did not expect much but got pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were incredible. Seasoning was on point - my taste buds were dancing. Server was very helpful and polite, welcomed us with big smile. If you are looking for something actually authentic, give it a try.

Stopped here for a meal before a gig at Olympia. We had a lovely meal, meze starter and mixed grill main. They don't serve alcohol but are happy for you to bring your own and there is a Sainsbury's across the road. Nice traditional decor and relaxed atmosphere, would definitely come again if I'm in the area.

Kind and attentive staff. Very good food. Tried the Kafta Meshwiyeh. Enjoyed the shisha! Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Food arrived in less than 30min, even though the estimate was about an hour and 15min. Food was amazing as always! You don't get as much food for your money though as from some other places.

It took over an hour and a half to deliver the food despite estimating 45-60 minutes. It came over half an hour later than the estimated arrival time, and when it came it was very cold. I ordered this for me and my girlfriend and we were very disappointed, especially as it is usually very good fro this restaurant. Very disappointed customer.

An old favourite of mine. A bit more expensive than some, but the food quality is amazing. Delivery was really quick too.

The food was very very greasy. Also, smelled with fat., not oil.

This was the worst possible food I had ordered from a middle eastern resturant. The food was too oily, but besides that I order d a milkshake ,and it came in a small bottle, and the funniest part, the small.bottle was only 1/3 full. When we received the food we actually thought this was a prank. Would not reccomend.

One part of my order was wrong, and delivery person was short on change, but otherwise speedy delivery and very tasty food.

Service was great. I really wanted to like the food, was really looking forward to it but unfortunately I didn't like any of it, the wrap was far too tangy and the breakfast was tasteless. The coffee was good though.

Food was a bit salty and not very flavoursome, I'm afraid. The lentil soup was too salty as was the chicken and pickles which you would expect to be a little salty were far too salty rendering them inedible and I'm someone who likes salt!

Everything was good, but you forgot to bring spoons, forks, and tissues. Otherwise, good was very tasty and good and on time.

Starter was cold, this was not because it had taken time to be delivered, the sauce was hot but some of the veg was refrigerator cold. The lamb wasn't great either....won't be using again.

I love the food from Wassouf Lounge as it delicious! Chicken Sharma and Taouk are the best I've ever had. Good sized portions and fast delivery!

Seemed reasonably priced, arrived on time and the portions were generous. However, the food just wasn't that good which is a pretty fundamental failure!

The best delivery Lebanese meal in West London, and I've tried quite a few. Quality and quantity were both superb for the price. Mixed shawarma meat was properly shredded and flavourful 10/10, Hummus, 10/10, halloumi 10/10 soujok 10/10 and there was plenty of them, same with spicy potatoes, lots of them, nice and spicy too 9/10.

Fresh and good quality food! Highly recommend.
