We are eat here for the first time for my husband’s birthday meal, the price good, the food wasn’t too bad but the service were not impressed at all. Never been asked by staff if everything ok and we have to always looking for someone to asked for extra while staff pulled unhappy face at the table. The seafood ramen look terrible with no taste and with carrots and courgette which I never experienced that before. However my husband didn’t mind as he can’t be bothered to wait or speak to someone.

Don't be put off by the outside. And, yes it is a little dated inside. But, this restaurant serves great food. The staff are really lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We will definitely eat here again. Sorry I didn't take photos, I was enjoying the evening and I forgot.

Poor customer service by overweight woman. She didn’t like us asking questions. They do not accept cash. Yet didn’t tell us when we ordered. Food is ok not great. It is very commercialised. So not much attention in the cooking. Rice is very stodgy like rice pudding. Need to brush up on Customers met service and maybe tell the Obese lady to join the gym.

Had lunch here whilst visiting a craft market. The quality of food was reasonable. They had enough cooks but didn't seem to have enough serving staff. My main issue was when I paid I was shown an ecopy of the receipt on a small PDA type device (hard to see properly) and only received my receipt by email. Once I had a proper look at it I'd been overcharged for two dishes when I only had one. I complained to head office from the email on the receipt and they did correct it a couple of days later.
