The best restaurants serving Italian food in Wales

Ordered food from here confirmed the order and it never arrived with the app saying the food had been delivered

Well absolutely discusted with deano pizza place in old cwmbran my daughter who is 16 made an order through uber eats the order was cancelled as they were too busy but still took money from her account. So my girl phoned deanos just to see what was happening his attidute was very bad from this point saying she needs to contact uber eats. Uber eats then told her to get in contact with deano pizza so she did to which his temper went from 5 to 100 towards her shouting swearing making threats on her that he was going to ring the police. Ive only just found this out today so thought i would give him a ring to get to the bottom of it. Not usually one to post my buisness over sm however his reaction to my call was absolutely vile calling me thick and desperate and if i needed the money bad he would come give it to me shouting profanities i had to hang up as i was shaking with rage, question is how the hell is this place still trading? Shocked is an understatement think he needs to back off the roids and take a chill pill discusting #

Appalling delivery was over an hour and a half late food was cold had to keep my little sister up till past 12am she is only 9 and was very tired and very hungry absolutely Appalling and will never be ordering from them again just finished the edible bits of the meal (meal deal 6 and extra garlic mushrooms) the food was vile and we both could only eat our burgers I'm not happy at all

I have no complaints about this place except they don't open late enough :(. Food is really good and fresh. Shoutout to the chef!

Absolutely amazing! Love the food and the delivery is fast, the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend don’t know what the other reviews are on about
