Pizza & Cafe Milano in Ceredigion

Ordered a few times from here and never had a problem but tonight I got told the order couldn't be done and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund Quick enough at taking the money but takes the mick when it comes to refunds

0/5 hygiene rating on the door was sadly spotted after I’d ordered. Oooh errr missus. Food wasn’t terrible but certainly not good either, chicken was dry, salad was manky, asked for a wrap but got pitta which was dry, lamb was ok but chips were undercooked despite 30min wait, pizza was fine but unremarkable (not many pizzas are that remarkable to be fair) and whilst it isn’t cheap it’s not expensive enough to have high expectations. so 2 stars overall. Would maybe have given 2.5 if able but the hygiene rating doesn’t help, not sure I’ve ever seen 0/5 ever… and I’ve eaten in some filth places over the years.

Little bit slower on delivery this evening but that's the joys of summer season. Well worth the wait and great customer service. Thank you

Probably the worst food I have ever had. Couldn't eat it all it was that bad. Definitely will not be returning.

Lamb was cut from the rack, put on a plate using his hands, and then warmed up on the hot plate. No hand washing before or after cutting lamb. Tried cutting the doner meat using the same knife used to cut lamb. No hygiene practiced. Wouldn't recommend, even if drunk!

Disgusting food, slow service. This was meant to be a kebab with garlic mayo.

You get a great wrap here. I am pushing them to add 'Italian' thin proper pizzas as opposed to the 'American' deep pan bready ones that everybody everywhere does... They do them for me so I say..... ask them

Great food would recommend friends. A suggestion for you it would be nice to have the option to have chilli sauce as a base sauce for pizza's

Been waiting 3 and a half hours for our delivery , terrible service on the phone have called 4 times Still haven’t received food or money back

Ordered 4 pizzas 2 chips and nuggets. The guy didn’t really understand my orders I got one pizza out of 4 that was what I ordered the other 3 were nothing like ! All 3 had pepperoni on I can only imagine he thought it was ham. The ham and pineapple and peppers and onion came as pepperoni and mushroom !! The next one I asked for ham olives peppers and onion they guy didn’t know what an olive was so I just said give me mushrooms instead what we was served was spicy and had everything but we ordered on the top ! The last was a meat feast that was there abouts right with some extras ! The chips were stone cold rubber the nuggets were best part of the meal ! £50 wasted as no one enjoyed it as it wasn’t what they ordered or wanted. We’re here on holiday but if we were in the area again we would avoid.

Ordered a take away and it never showed up called 3 times to chase the order and on the last call was hung up on after being told my order was on route on the second call a hour later [ we are 15 min away ] after a 2 hour wait we called another take away service whom will actually show up and not be d***ks

Didn't even arrive kept ringing them back up but kept saying they can't find Llanrhystud waited 2 and a half hours but hang up on us

I traveled a long way from London to this fabulous place for holiday. Here I come across Pizza and cafe Milano where I dined in for my dinner. I got to say the food is so delicious and outstanding besides that they provide the best costumer service. I had a pleasure talking to them through out the evening and couldn’t get any friendlier. I absolutely recommend this place and whenever I come back I will deffo order from them again. Great food and service guys!

Honestly, when I first came here the amazing smell of the food was the first thing I had been presented to. Very hospitable people out here, the pizza and the chips were on point definitely going to bring me and the boys here again! 💯

Had a great experience at Milano. They were fast and the pizza was delicious. The price is really affordable and pretty cheap. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Thanks to the chef! Would definitely visite here again!

Ordered a takeaway in aberaeron for delivery it came over a hour and a half later, Cost £6:50 for delivery even though it was in aberaeron and they were very late, we’d phoned after a hour to ask where our delivery was and got told it would be another 20 minutes. In which we waited another 50 minutes later when we got our food the chips were cold and so was the pizza. The driver had given us £2 off delivery which we thought was bad considering how long we waited and the food wasn’t satisfactory. We decided to give this takeaway a try as it was new however, it wasn’t worth the wait. If you want a good takeaway that presents hot food on arrival and cheap delivery along with good service in aberaeron, would 100% recommend paradise pizza 👍🏻

Worst pizza we’ve ever had! A co op warm up in the oven would of been better. Ordered bbq chicken tasted like aniseed.

Ordered 2 pizzas to quay west holiday park they said 45 minutes we waited at entrance of park to make it easy for driver hour and halve later got stone cold pizza. Great

first time gong there was great the second time wasn't as the person working was different causing a completely different experience
