Quite hard getting through to them on the phone so easier to just leave comments in the comments section when ordering. My favourite part about this restaurant is the responses they leave on people's comments on just eat! So straight forward and blunt; Absolutely hilarious! But we've always had lush food from here I don't see how people ordering on the same night as us have had a bad experience, so I can understand them protecting their business and defending themselves! Good for you, and keep the responses coming because they crack me up!! Thanks guys! 🤣

Always top quality I get 1/2 lb cheese burger with a hash brown and every time it is the best burger that I have !!

If their response to a valid review isn't telling enough... (see attached image). Very professional... My food came 30 minutes late and the driver forgot an item so had to come back to deliver it 20 minutes later. The food itself was awful. The pizzas were very small for a large and there were barely any toppings. The chips tasted like cardboard. The garlic bread (the item they forgot and came back 20 mins after to deliver again) was mushy in the middle. It hardly even resembled bread. I suppose the bottle of pepsi max was fine, though. I called multiple times because the food was marked delivered but nothing was received and again when there was food missing. After 3/4 calls, she finally picked up. This happened both times. It's overpriced for the garbage you receive. There are so many places in the area that are cheaper and have significantly better food. Go elsewhere. I wish I had looked at the reviews online before purchasing.

I rang multiple times to check where my order was, and no answer- I ordered through Uber eats and actually had to walk to the place after waiting for two hours and still didn’t get my order- got told by the Uber driver that multiple of them waited for my order but had to leave because they were taking too long. When I arrived all they had were two customers in the shop, I work in hospitality and I understand it’s hard but this is an absolute joke! For a couple of wings and bites two hours is ridiculous.

Can't comment on their food quality. After I placed the order I was to collect in 30 minutes. I drove to the shop and it was closed for repairs. Hopefully they stop people placing orders for collection when they're closed in the future.

Deliveroo order of burger and chips. First time ordering and food was ok. Tasty burger, but the bread in the bun became very soggy and pretty much disintegrated. Chips were ok but tasted as if they were frozen, rather than expected chip shop quality.

Better chips than all the local chippy, my go to for a greasy fast food stop, great kebabs and pizzas too

just read how chicago bulls respond to their customers on Just Eat... absolutely despicable and cannot spell to save their lives... honestly don't know how Just Eat are still in business with them! Wouldn't order from them based on that.

Appalling NOT fresh food. Horrible decor ( old chicago bulls posters with Michael Jordan, really?) unfriendly staff. No refund no compensation. She let me walk away absolutely frustrated. Do yourself a favour and do not enter this shop.

Chicken was huge, ordered two peices, each peice was a beast and drumstick, and the fries with gravy and cheese was the closest thing I've found in Cardiff to poutine since moving here from Canada. Plus they deliver at ridiculous hours

Food was perfectly acceptable for a reasonable price. Have ordered from them 2 times and both were positive. I like the restaurant's decor.

Have ordered from here a few times now and always had excellent service. The food is very tasty and affordable and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. Second time placing an order and second time they’ve messed me about, been waiting on my order for over 2 hours to them get in touch for the 5th time and have the driver answer the phone telling me I’ve pissed him off because they’re restaurant ain’t organised and can’t get anything right, driver said he couldn’t get in touch with me after I left my number in the notes and called multiple times.. joke!

What a waste of my time completely scammed me ordered a burger for me and my partner end up having to share because the hadn’t put mine in forgot the bottle of coke witch charged me 2.9 didn’t say anything and took my money then didn’t pick up the phones he looking forward to phoning them tomorrow wouldn’t recommend this place at all also arrived half hour late and cold

Had a disgusting encounter where my food was taken by somebody else and the manager/driver refused to offer any solution whatsoever and was incredibly rude to me. I felt personally attacked and violated by this man and the way he addressed me as a regular customer who had already paid but had not received any food or support whatsoever. I struggle to even give them a single star quite frankly.

Ordered for delivery, woman on the phone claiming it was for collection so we couldn't get our order and we had paid by card on hungryhouse....submitted a complaint and a refund request, previous delivery we were short changed as the driver didnt have enough change also..., rude customer service sad excuse of a takeaway...

Name is misleading, me and my husband travelled all the way from Brazil to go and see his faviourate team the Chicago Bulls, when we arrived we asked the police for directions to the stadium which led us to a small shop which we later discovered was a resteraumt, I'd struggle to give our journey more than a 2/5.

Food was vile, chicken had clearly been sat around for days as it was hard and almost impossible to eat. Curry sauce was lumpy and had hard bits in it and chips were cold in the middle. When we rang to complain the supervisor began shouting down the phone and accusing us of trying to scam him because we 'had no money' despite the fact we'd already paid for the food. Food and customer service were both horrific and I would advise anyone to stay away from here

Disgusting food. Chicken was dry and had been fried days earlier, curry sauce looked like sick and the fish was rubbery. Please do not eat here even if you have a serious case of the munchies!

We used to eat here during our freshers days and honestly the food is not fantastic, the fried chicken is just chicken tbh and the chips are terrible! Save your money or go to chicken cottage!

Chicago Bulls is mine and my friends' favourite takeaway after a night out, the mozzarella dippers are a must have, yes its cheap but very cheerful.

So one day I was walking down the road, thinking about having some mozzarella dippers from Mc'Donalds and then in the window of chicago bulls I saw a giant picture of mozzarella dippers.... and so I went in. I have never looked back since, these are genuinely the best dippers in town. Mr and Mrs Mozzarella will accomodate all your needs whether than be a quick kebab, mozzarella dippers or a helping of cheesy chips and gravy. Very cheap so won't break the bank and 100% a go-to after every night out. 10/10 Mr and Mrs Mozzarella.

Awful takeaway .... ordered a spicy pizza and it wasn't spicy. The restaurant also needs a deep clean. You feel like you are going to get ill by simply walking in the place

Quick delivery, pizza was hot but way to much cheese and dodgy ham (ordered hwalian) Would be a good option if you were drunk.

Rather disappointed to be fair. We often order from Takeaways from around the Roath area and thought we'd tried this one - sadly, we won't be coming back. The business clearly lacks 'training'. The poor delivery driver couldn't find the address after using a satnav on his phone (really I'm surprised the company doesn't supply one) and then when the food came, it was -RIDICULOUSLY- overcooked. The food was very chewy, felt rock hard and you could VERY EASILY tell that it wasn't fresh. This wasn't even just like leftover chicken from the previous day, this was AT LEAST a few days old. It was just disgusting and to be honest, a huge waste of money. I didn't even end up finishing one piece of chicken and I'd ordered 3. The only thing decent was the chips and well - it's not hard to make chips is it. I won't be going back to this place :/ (Review wouldn't let me rate it 0/5)

I spent most of my phonecall explaining what website I was reading the menu from Well let me think YOURS! This took longer than the order and gave up before I could finish Know the website you use! Not my job@

Terrible experience. Not only was the food stone cold, inedible and WRONG, the attitude of the person I had to deal with was vile. I rang to inform them of the issues to see if anything could be done and within seconds I found myself asking him to stop shouting at me. My manner was polite but his was of a pig! Very rude and upsetting and the food was disgusting and inedible. Worst £40 spent EVER! Unfortunately they were too incompetent to include the dips we ordered as that would have helped mask the taste of the food. Not recommended at all!
