We had an an amazing experience at Spaghetti Junction in Derry-hands down the best Italian restaurant in the northwest. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A big thank you to Alison, Ellen, Waldo and Max who were all fantastic. They managed our large party with ease attentive without being intrustive, which is no small feat. Apologies for not remebering everyone names, but the whole team was wonderful. The food was incredible, full of flavor and perfectly cooked, the carbonara was rich and delicious and the tiramisu was a standout, light creamy and unforgettable. What made the evening more sppecial was the singing by Bruno. His performance brought such a great atmosphere and made the night truly memorable. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine with incredible service and memorable ambience Spaghetti Junction is a must. Highly Recommended.

The ambience in the restaurant was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our order was taken quickly, wine and bread brought (we asked for water but they forgot). However, we ordered a sharing platter of antipasto and had to wait about 25 minutes for it. When it came, it was delicious, in fairness, but given that it was a cold platter, we were puzzled at the delay I was a bit disappointed by the antipasti menu - I travel to Italy a lot and most of the items on the menu were not Italian dishes - confit duck with plum sauce, chicken liver paté, tempura prawns, for example. I was looking forward to authentic Italian dishes like vitello tonnato, bruschetta, insalata caprese... My rigatoni with pancetta and asparagus was very nice, as was my husband's monkfish, and the desserts were lovely too. Overall, a nice meal, but the lack of Italian starters, plus the long wait at the start took away from the experience

When we went in, the server was very rude and seemed to not know a thing about the booking we’d made a month before. When we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and even then it was because we asked for it to be. The food came before the drinks as they’d forgotten about them. The couple beside us had to ask for menus after being seated for 20 minutes. The food was lovely but I’d probably just order takeaway from here. Needs way more vegetarian options too.

Had a pizza last night on the way home. The place was closing up but the gentleman kindly served us and fired up the oven. The pizza was 10/10.
