The best restaurants serving Italian food in Moseley and Kings Heath Birmingham West Midlands

Really Lovely and accommodating staff and brilliant food. It is a small business, so wait times can be longer when it's full, but still well worth it! Group gatherings can be a bit more difficult as we found the manager hadn't really given our requests to the staff on the day and it was a bit stressful. But the staff who were in still did all they could to help solve the situation and made it a wonderful experience nonetheless!

Observation: Not for you if you're looking for a relaxing ambience. It is more bustling, quick moving cafe than restaurant. Positives: Food very good. Negatives: Staff manic, asked within 30 secs of sitting down if we were ready to order. When I asked for wine menu I was told they were not licensed and sternly told "we've been here 20 years" in other words, "you should have known". Not quite sure of the logic of that. As soon as we had finished one waiter lent across me almost knocking the dessert menu out of my hand, to clear the remaining tableware. Was tempted by a sweet until I saw the price of a piece of apple pie £8.50. Final straw for me was being given incorrect bill, £77 instead of £57. No doubt a symptom of the manic approach to the service. Incidentally this was a 6;30pm booking. Can't imagine what it would be like at 8pm on a Saturday. Won't be returning.

I visited this store today for dessert around 4 pm. First of all, the lady who was working there doesn’t know any customer service at all and she was so uptight. I received no welcoming at all. Secondly, most of the ice cream containers were empty without cleaning and the signs of each taste was dropped into the container and the lady was taking the ice cream in between the signs which is not hygienic at all. And the worst part was the moment that the lady took the peanut butter ice cream and she used the same scoop for another taste without washing the scoop or changing it. She did not ask about any allergies and also did not care about nut allergies and use the separate scoop for each taste. This store truly ruined my day and I don’t know how can I trust any dessert shop anymore.

This is a new business and I don't like to bash working people, alas. The pizza could have been lovely - had it been warm. If you're receiving an order from a bit of a distance you don't send a lad on a bicycle to deliver it, it's unfair on him as he gets stick you should get for sending him in the 1st place and it's unfair on the poor sod that paid a bit of a daft price for some warm dough.

The staff had really bad manners and it looked they didn’t have any respect for customers. We didn’t get any nice welcome from the person who served us. The cakes we ordered were so old and we just waste our money. We ordered Chocolate and cherry cake and ginger cake and it looked both of them were for few days ago. Honestly, this is the worst choice for MAC centre. Just waste pf money!
