I attended the Oxford Rd, Moseley, Birmingham B13 9EJ due to the regal Brand. The branch is run by a bunch of school kids. What a joke! - The order took 30 minutes to arrive. - Coffee was stone cold by the time the order arrived- I asked them to warm it up, but they vanished. They arrived with fresh coffees (which was nice) - Order was served no spoon, knife and fork. I asked 2 waiters for cutlery. - Cookie dough was uncooked- sent it back. - Waffles were cold- and thrown together. - Cutlery arrived, just for 1 person. There are 2 people at the table! Hello? - I left my coffee paid and walked out! Never again!
