The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

We tried this restaurant after walking past a couple of times recently, and we are so glad we did! We were seated whilst the restaurant was fairly quiet, and were pleased to find homemade pastas that were a little different to most average Italian restaurants, we had spaghetti with clams, perfect pasta with huge clams, seasoned beautifully, and truffle tagliatelle served at the table in a Parmesan wheel, which was quite possibly the nicest thing I have eaten in a long time! Perfect portion sizes and small but very decent wine list. We also tried the homemade tiramisu which was fantastic too! Service was friendly even though the young lady serving us was on her own with 20+ customers! We will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends! Thanks for a lovely evening!

Collected a pizza to take home, superb value and quality, the food is always top class. Wellington is so fortunate to have an Italian of this quality

We arrived on a rainy Monday night after a wet and weary walk from Weston. We were given a warm welcome and the pizzas were absolutely awesome. We'd definitely be regulars if we lived locally.

Fabulous Italian food very well cooked and prepared by great people. Whether you have pizza or pasta you won't be disappointed. The starters are rather filling so be warned as the main courses need to be done justice to, the chicken fusili or the carbonara are both awesome as are the freshly made pizzas which you can design yourself. Add to this a good selection of wine, cocktails and limoncello than you have a great time to look forward to. Just remember to book a table as it's a small place. Even better book for two nights, one for pasta and one for pizza!

The best artisan pizza I've ever had! The Slinky Fox is a must try if you haven't before! They're based in Old Sarum and do pop-ups and events so keep your eye out for them!

I had heard good things about The Cornish Italian but the time never seemed to be right for me to visit. Well the time as right last night and I’m really very glad I got myself going and out the door and up the hill. The lobster and crab chili linguini special was simply outstanding. Service was just perfect and lovely ambience with quaint Italian music. Good value too. I will return with friends. Thank you.

Hun liefde vertaalt zich ook in heerlijke gerechten. We kunnen ons werkelijk geen betere plek voorstellen om een pure en eerlijke gastronomische avond te beleven met producten van topkwaliteit (de versheid van hun producten en de fierheid waarmee ze hierover vertellen is subliem). This restaurant is a little gem 💛 The food was absolutely beautiful! We had the chicken thigh for starters and we both have said since that we can’t stop thinking about it as it was SO good. I had the Ragu which was simply stunning and my partner had the Nduja, he was full of praise for it. Great service, and all round brilliant night! We will absolutely be back - we often travel to get a decent Italian meal, I can’t tell you how chuffed we are that we finally have one in our hometown.

We love their takeaway it’s our go to pizza. We decided to sit in again for a change. The restaurant is lovely inside and the pizza is even better fresh out of the oven! We had great service from Elisa as well! Best pizza in leamington by miles.

We popped in here on the off chance on our first day of our holiday and received a very warm welcome. We had a lovely meal of olives, cheese & pizza and the owner was friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was delicious and the restaurant is just a lovely and relaxing place to be. We hope to go back again before the end of our holiday!

Nice size pizza but from my experience there could have been more topping for the price. I had it delivered so might be better having it in the restaurant next time so cannot really judge fully. It did have good toppings.
