Basil&Co in Bristol, City of

Fantástico almuerzo para llevar focaccia. Elegí el relleno de ensalada caprese con prosciutto añadido. Absolutamente delicioso - casi tan bueno como conseguir esto en Italia.

Very easy to miss this spot, since it's just off of Victoria st but out of the way of a lot of lunchtime footfall. Great value and welcoming, pleasant service. Mushroom risotto was rich, hearty, and good value. Cannoli a real treat. Will definitely be going back to try more of the menu.

Para mí es una visita obvia para el almuerzo, ya que está muy cerca de mi oficina en Redcliff. Los sándwiches siempre se preparan a pedido y las carnes, el queso y las verduras son siempre frescos.

Este fella es para sándwiches lo que David Gilmour es para guitarras. En verdad son así de buenos. Todo es fresco y el sabor máximo derivado de cada ingrediente. No te metas con los subs; Añadir un poco de queso, tal vez, pero nada más requerido. Verdadero genio sándwich.

Love their risotto boxes for lunch, the flavours are all vegetarian with extras that can be added. They have a great selection of subs too. All very well cooked, fresh ingredients and a meal deal with includes a drink and a packet of crisps / piece of fruit for a fiver. The only thing is, it is pretty quiet in there. People seem to go to the cafe on the corner (which is also excellent) but don't always know that Basil and Co is there too. I can't help but feel that their business would be helped by some better signage.

Ero in vacanza a Bristol settimana scorsa, panini FINALMENTE differenti da quelli che trovate nelle diverse catene (quelli che hanno i sapori tutti uguali per intenderci). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo l’ho trovato eccellente, ci sono stato più volte durante il mio soggiorno, eccellente la qualità dei prodotti!! Consiglio il Pulled pork ed il Pulled chicken!!! 😀
