Good food! And it’s a very cosy restaurant. You must get the olives for the table, I would go back again just for them.

Perfect afternoon in the garden. Exquisite food and the loveliest staff with my two year old grandson who also ate a big bowl of cheese pasta. Faultless in every way.

The food here is other worldly. We had the Agnolotti dish which was a simple Dish with fior di latte and tomato in a stuffed pasta and it swear on my life we have never tasted anything so incredible. My wife had the spaghetti with mussels with Amalfi lemon oil and it was to die for. What is incredible is the dishes are so reasonable - £18 and £19 respectively. We were already thinking about moving down to Bristol from London and I think this might have just cemented the deal for us. Well done to Chris, and especially Laura and Jen who were so so attentive and we couldn’t recommend more highly. Beautiful food. We will be back.

This place is fantastic. There fresh pasta that you can see being made everyday when you walk past is amazing. Simple but extremely delicious dishes and the service is always first class. Three course lunch menu is only £26!

I simply cannot recommend Little Hollows Pasta enough, the food was absolutely sensational and the service was excellent. My wife and I were visiting family and discovered it on the Michelin guide, a place it well deserves. We can’t wait to visit again.

First visit to this wonderful restaurant yesterday and it will not be the last Everything was absolutely perfect couldn’t fault a thing .

Eight different styles of pasta made on the premises so there should be something for everyone. We went with friends, the first visit for all of us, one is gluten intolerant but that wasn't a problem. Do ask about all the pasta options as not all the names are obvious. Two had agnolotti (ravioli type) in a butter sauce, one had bucatini (a thicker spaghetti) with a tomato based topping, the last had fish and salad. The pastas were delicious as was the fish and salad, plenty of parmesan (extra£1.50), all washed down with a bottle of Sangiovesi. It was lunchtime but almost full, it did become quite noisy. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We had desserts and coffees, the whole lot for £40pp.

Maybe we expected too much after hearing good opinions about this place. Sadly it didn’t live up to the hype. Service was great, our waitress was attentive and nice. However the food lacked flavour. I had a seafood spaghetti and it wasn’t anything special. It wasn’t horrible either, but it lacked flavour.

Starters and mains were lovely. Fresh, hand-made pasta was very nice. Staff were great as was the service. Dessert was the highlight - The Pistachio Tiramisu was literally the best thing I've ever eaten!

Have heard a lot about Little Hollows. I thought it was okay but not amazing. In general the food tasted good. Personally I don't like the style of having bread crumbs over pasta but others might like it.

Absolutely delicious food in a lovely cosy atmosphere, served by friendly and helpful staff. They even seated us earlier than our reservation. Excellent value for money as well.

We had a superb lunch at one of the garden tables in this friendly restaurant. Main courses are entirely pasta focused but imaginatively conceived. Interesting starters and desserts. Portions are on the small side. Lovely wines and service.

Food was good, but there's very little you can eat if you are expecting as it either contains alcohol, raw food or unpasteurised lactose..

All the food we ordered was amazing ! The pasta was even better than pasta we have had in Italy and the pistachio tiramisu was honestly the best dessert I’ve ever had. The waitress was so lovely and helpful and it was just an all round lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks <3

Even my husband that dislikes Italian food & he was really impressed & almost converted. But if you get the chance do try the Pistachio Tiramisu, it is so good

Staff were lovely! However pasta was very hit and miss. Two of our table for the pest tagliatelle and it was verrrry undercooked (not al dente) and cold and needed seasoning. All pasta seemed undercooked and not in a nice way. Was excited for this place but won’t be returning unfortunately. Tiramisu was amazing though!

Last month I was travelling Italy for 2 weeks. Then went to Bristol to visit family. We were taken here for lunch… and HANDS DOWN the best pasta we have ever tasted! Even better than any of the pasta we tried in Italy! Everything is made with fresh ingredients from Italy, but made with a personal touch. Get the Ragu, you will not regret a single bite. Even the bruschetta of the day and house butter were phenomenal. Also, do not skip on the tiramisu! To sum up… Well done!

Burrata starter was tasty but needed a little salt, the pasta chef went to fetch some from kitchen as there was none available in the restaurant. However when the main course of pork and fennel pasta arrived it was very salty and I was unable to finish, only managing to eat half. The pasta chef cleared our plates and asked how the meal was and we replied that the pork was very salty. A half hearted apology was not reflected in the bill and we were surprised to see that we had been charged more for our drinks than the price specified on the lunch menu. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she was surprised and said 'Oh you wanted the smaller glass of wine?' when the only price listed on the menu was for the small glass of wine! She offered to reimburse us the difference for our drinks but by that point we were leaving and a bit fed up. Service is automatically included and honestly I would have preferred the option as this was certainly not the best service I have received and overall a disappointing experience :(

Set lunch menu is brill, bruschetta never ceases to amaze!

I think we got unlucky with Little Hollows because even though I’d booked 6 weeks in advance we got this bad table next to the kitchen door.. it’s open so literally can everything going on and breaks the atmosphere, all other tables didn’t have this issue so bad luck on that I think. Sitting down in an expensive place at a table like that, for me it put a downer on the whole experience, considering £60 for bread, two pasta and two cheaper wines. The bread was delicious, really excellent and lots of butter with it. We had two vegetarian pastas, the pasta was amazing quality and can’t be faulted, I had the pistachio and basil tagliatelle and enjoyed, like the title says the portion was just so small. My gf is frankly a tiny person and even she came away hungry. Seems like you have to get a few small plates to come away from here feeling good/full but obviously then pushing bill much closer to £100. Overall great food but value for money isn’t there, service was very good, friendly staff.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Little Hollows Pasta! The service was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect and the food was incredible! We had a warm welcome on arrival and the lady serving us was so friendly and happy, the restaurant itself feels cosy and relaxed, perfect for a date night. The menu has a nice variety and lots of veggie options. Prices are really reasonable particularly for the quality of the food. I had the agnolotti and my husband had the linguine, both were just so delicious, genuinely the best pasta we have ever eaten. We can’t wait to return and try some new dishes!

This was a stunning meal. Food was absolutely delicious and Jonah deserves a special shout-out as was so welcoming and insightful about the menu, flavours and pairings. We were celebrating a special anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Would happily recommend and will definitely return next time in Bristol.

All the deserts looked incredible but I had to get the affogato, and my god it was good. Restaurant vibe and service was amazing, great drinks selection and great menu. Really absolutely top notch Italian food that I’m finding it hard to think of anywhere on this same level in Bristol.

We were warmly welcomed, the staff were delightful, the food was EXCELLENT! There were four of us & we all chose something different. It all looked so good, we had to taste each other's dishes, it was all DELICIOUS! We will have to go back!

This was my first visit to Little Hollows after much anticipation, and it did not disappoint! Each course was beautifully presented, and tasted incredible. The service was fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and they knew the menu inside and out. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I’m not from the area, but I’ll make a point to come back, just to visit Little Hollows again ☺️

Love this place. Visited Bristol twice now, 2022 and 2024 and it’s been absolutely amazing. Great food, the best pasta here and also one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. Would recommend anyone to try.

Really great restaurant. Our server was informative on the menu, patient when we were taking a while, and so friendly and welcoming. We had three courses and a large glass of wine , which came to £45 each. The fish of the day - a seabass baked in caper and garlic butter was arguably the best fish dish I've had, with some great sourdough on the side. Then we had two different stuffed pastas, the pasta was beautifully al dente and filled with a creamy, cheesy, cherry tomato sauce and covered in Parmesan butter. The tiramisu was also amazing. Lovely atmosphere too, I'd rush back. So many vegetarian options too, which is always a bonus.

A delightful dinner at Little Hollows. Friendly, attentive service and absolutely amazing food. The pistachio tiramisu was the best tiramisu I’ve ever consumed in my 25 years on this planet. I would say the only let downs of the meal were the difference in portion size between the 2 mains we ordered, a good size portion for the taglioloni but a rather small sized portion of the cappalletti, and a slightly sad, not very frothy espresso martini. Overall the meal was absolutely delicious though and I would definitely come back :)

What a lovely place! I have been wanting to try Little Hollows for the past few months and finally got the chance and it really is brilliant. Came in and received a lovely welcome from staff, quickly placed in a nice table and ordered drinks. Wine list is a great size for this kind of place, a good variety but not too long so staff are able to give great suggestions. Everything we ate was brilliant. I personally really loved the cauliflower dish to start and the tagliolini I had for my main was beautiful. The best pasta I have had in a long long time (if not ever), and I’m really not a crazy pasta person. Hazelnut tiramisu was also fantastic. Staff were all lovely. Chatty, interested in you and gave great recommendations on what to try. Reasonable prices as well, considering we had nibbles, three courses alongside 3/4 drinks each 60£pp seemed more than fair. Can’t wait to go back.

I loved Little Hollows Pasta, the food was delicious and so fresh. The service was quick but I didn’t feel rushed. It was a great meal and very reasonable price for the quality!

I recently went here for an annivessary meal. The staff were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about wines, pairing both of us individually to our course. the food was incredible and the atmosphere was relaxed while still feeling upmarket and fancy. we went for the bruschetta, ragu, a fish pasta, tiramisu and 2 wine glasses and it was wonderful while not breaking the bank. I love how a lot of the ingredients were local or from nearby regions. will definitely come back! Would say not the most diverse of options but for us it was plenty to choose from :)

I can't even begin to describe how good the food was last night. We've been meaning to come for a very long time and finally booked for valentine's day. The Agnolotti was otherworldly, you start eating it thinking this is the best fresh pasta you've had and half way you think it is the best pizza you've ever had then realise no, no it is pasta 🤣🤣 the braised lentils again oh my, my, my - absolutely epic. Salad was great, bread, desserts all great and the service fab too. I will say though (because I have to say it but could not possibly fathom deducting a star for it!) the crab pasta - compared to the standard of everything else - was a bit meh. I think if it wasn't a set menu and I had paid considerably more for the crab than for the Agnolotti I might have been left a little bit less happy. But hey, again, that is relative to how incredibly good everything else was!!

Our first visit to Little Hollows, and it was excellent. The pasta really is perfect, and it’s refreshing to see some innovative dishes. As much as I love a carbonara at a traditional Italian, I really enjoyed being presented with a choice of unique recipes. I went for the skate wing tagliolini, which was so fresh! The atmosphere and the service were also excellent. One negative I have to point out is the 10% service charge. Little Hollows is by no means the only restaurant doing this, and it is clearly stated on the menu, but it still doesn’t sit well with me. Just charge the price you need to charge, and allow the guest to add a tip (which I certainly would have done). If a guest doesn’t want to tip, they shouldn’t be put in an awkward position.

Delicious ! Super friendly service, reasonable prices, and some of the best pasta I’ve had in a while. Highlights of the meal for me were burrata (super fresh), the pulled skate wing pasta, and Flo’s tiramisu. So good !

Exceptional quality food, bespoke service, and homely, welcoming decor. Pasta dishes are something else, so recommend only having one small plate person; which are delectable in themselves. Hazelnut tiramisu is something else, so don't forego dessert.

We are pretty regular here and every visit is perfect. The atmosphere, staff (especially) and the above all the pasta are all top quality. We are so lucky to have LH on our doorstep. We shall be back.

Agnolotti was nice, but quite sweet. Thought the food in general was nice, but not worth the money. It’s really crowded in the venue, with the tables close together, hard to hear the conversation of the people you’re with, and feel completely overlooked by other diners. Service from one person was really great (genuine and personable. short brown hair), but the other (young, blonde, long hair) was not very welcoming & a bit standoffish.

Wonderful, friendly service, lovely relaxed atmosphere and delicious food, what’s not to love! Particularly enjoyed the homemade cherry shrub and the agnolotti with roasted tomato filling was melt in your mouth and out of this world. Oh, and not forgetting the sourdough and butter, dreamy! This was a most excellent find. A busy little restaurant- I was very pleased they found a table for me. I had two absolutely brilliant dishes, both were of the highest quality. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I loved it and will be returning next time I’m in Bristol. I went to congratulate the chef it was so good.

I have been many times to Little Hollows and it never disappoints! The roasted garlic agnolotti is the best pasta I have ever had. This time I also tried a cherry shrub which was lovely and we had the buratta with artichoke and chilli and citrus dressing. For dessert I had the vegan chocolate mousse with praline and marmalade. This is a small restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and service is always great!

Returned to Little Hollows for the second time and had a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to guide us through the menu with enthusiasm. Their drink and dish recommendations were spot-on. The red wine, as usual, was amazing. The olives were a tad strong for my taste, but they exuded a romantic charm and a delicious flavor. Now, the leaf salad was an absolute treat. The bitterness from the cabbage stems, the nutty goodness of walnuts, and the delightful sweetness of the dressing created a perfectly balanced and scrumptious combination. And let me tell you about the casoncelli pasta—it completely changed my perspective on pasta. The texture was just divine, and the walnut and honey dressing added a delightful crunch and balanced flavor. The salty notes perfectly complemented the sweetness of the sauce. Overall, it was a fantastic culinary experience, especially for someone who appreciates good wine and food. Highly recommended!

Incredible. We’ve been many times. Always perfection. Such great flavour and wonderful pasta. The small plates starters and hazelnut tiramisu are worthy of 5* on their own. Love the seasonal changes and variations on the menu while keeping the classics. The wine and cocktails are also brilliant. 2 drinks and 3 courses for £50pp for dinner is amazing value. Love the service and can’t wait to go back!

The service was tops, the food delicious, tried an unusual wine, “orange wine” which was also delicious. This restaurant has become our granddaughters (and her flat mates) favourite restaurant and we know why. We shall be back!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve eaten in Bristol recently, I had such a lovely time here! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the service is outstanding. Every waiter is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic and passionate about the food and making sure you have a great time! We sat outside and it felt like we could’ve been abroad, yet also just in someone’s back garden- it had an intimate dinner party feel. Highly recommend the Hazelnut tiramisu- gorgeous!

What a wonderful find. Amazing, beautiful food, cooked to perfection. The lamb shank rigatoni was divine and the pannacotte was the best I've ever tasted. Absolutely great! A very tasty and delicious dishes. The small veggie plates are fresh and tasteful (if you can enlarge the quantity it will be perfect). The stuffed pastas are perfect! Tiramisu is excellent! Been there couple of times and always a success, highly recommended

I have to give the food 5 stars here because the starters were so delicious. The bruschetta of the day was incredible, and the salad was the best salad I’ve ever had for a starter. I think that the pasta we had for our mains was good, but not as impressive as the starters. I had a vegetarian bucatini dish, which I enjoyed, especially because I love capers. My partner had a meaty mafalde dish, but he preferred my choice. We sat outside at the back, which was lovely. It was surprisingly quiet, since it always looks really busy when I walk past.

The best service and absolutely delicious food! Our waiter went above and beyond, he gave fantastic food and wine recommendations and even picked up that we were celebrating my birthday and brought out a candle in my pudding which was such a lovely surprise! Their garden at the back of the restaurant is such a nice place to eat, it felt very relaxing. Thank you for such a fab evening!
