The best restaurants serving Italian food in Rother South East

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Small and cosy, delicious food, super friendly and personal service. I have been a number of times and it is my go-to restaurant for meeting friends for lunch/dinner and a catch up, also perfect for a date night with my partner. The prices are so so reasonable as well. 1000% recommend novecento.

hello x I came today to the restaurant today after along time not to celebrate mothers day .I was very pleasantly surprised to be greeted so warmly. The food was amazing and just had the best time x so as a local ill be in more often xx thanks to Jordon and the team to making our visit so special x Danielle

Very polite girl took the booking on the 'phone. When we arrived we were shown to a table for four in the 'VIP' zone. We ordered drinks then the lunches. All arrived at the same time delicious and hot served by an attentive waiter. Two of us had a glass of wine and a carafe of water was served too. The portions were large and satisfying. We had coffees and complimentary sweets. We were there for 2 hours. Would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly

The food has no flavour what so ever and everything was dry! The main host stephano I think his name is? Was very touchy feely with all the women including his youg female waitress! Was extremely disturbing and off putting. I heard he hires young girls and acts very weird around them. So please don’t ever work there. Disgusting. Update for your reply, you think it’s okay to put your hands/arms around peoples waist etc…you know exactly what I mean. You touch female staff constantly & touch customers!

Incredible. Brilliant value (£9.50 for a collection pizza) and super tasty. Definitely recommend.

Well, I loved it here…..I had the Seabass in cream and brandy, it was amazing. My wife had the vegan risotto. We started with the usual olives and breads…fabulous ….they lest us alone to chill until the mains came which I liked a lot…no rush to get us out, no main courses sitting around waiting … Cheap house red was fantastic and a double expresso to keep us awake during the support bands (definitely needed in this case).. All in…£60 odd…..we will be back….best Seabass I’d had for a while…
